1. An expansion joint protection device for protecting an expansion joint, the expansion joint protection device comprising:

the surrounding part is formed by curling a sheet structure, the surrounding part extends along the extension direction of the expansion joint, and flanges at two ends of the expansion joint are arranged in the surrounding part;

the locking part is arranged at one of the flanges of the surrounding part corresponding to the expansion joint, the locking part fixes two ends of the sheet structure of the surrounding part so that the sheet structure surrounds into an annular structure, and the annular structure of the locking part is in interference fit with the flanges.

2. The expansion joint protector according to claim 1, wherein the number of the locking portions is plural, a plurality of the locking portions are arranged in the extending direction of the expansion joint, and none of the plurality of the locking portions is adjacent to the other flange of the expansion joint.

3. The expansion joint protector as claimed in claim 1, wherein said locking portion comprises:

bolt holes formed in both end portions of the surrounding portion, respectively, a plurality of the bolt holes being arranged in an extending direction of the expansion joint, none of the bolt holes being close to the other flange of the expansion joint;

bolts inserted into the bolt holes on both the end portions, respectively;

and the nut is arranged at one end of the bolt after penetrating out of the bolt hole.

The expansion joint protector according to claim 1, wherein said expansion joint protective sleeve comprises a buffer member, said buffer member is disposed inside said surrounding portion, said buffer member is disposed outside said expansion joint, and said buffer member is attached to said ring structure.

5. The expansion joint protector as claimed in claim 4, wherein said buffer comprises a rubber lining.

6. The expansion joint protector as claimed in claim 4, wherein said buffer is affixed to said surround.

7. The expansion joint protector according to claim 1, wherein said locking portion is provided on the shaft side of said expansion joint remote from the ground, said locking portion extending toward the end remote from the ground.

8. The expansion joint protector according to claim 1, wherein the number of the locking portions is two, the two locking portions are respectively integrally formed at both ends of the surrounding portion, and the two locking portions are connected by welding.

The locking part 2 is arranged at one of the flanges of the surrounding part 1 corresponding to the expansion joint 100, and the locking part 2 fixes two ends 3 of the sheet structure of the surrounding part 1, so that the sheet structure surrounds an annular structure, and the annular structure of the locking part 2 is in interference fit with the flanges.

The locking parts 2 are arranged along the extending direction of the expansion joint 100, the fixing effect of the locking parts 2 on the surrounding part 1 can be enhanced, so that gaps are not easily generated at the end parts 3 of the sheet structures of the surrounding part 1, meanwhile, the locking parts 2 are not close to the other flange of the expansion joint 100, and the locking parts 2 cannot cause interference on the normal operation of the expansion joint 100.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the locking portion 2 is provided on the shaft side of the expansion joint 100 away from the ground, and the locking portion 2 extends toward the end away from the ground. The expansion joint 100 is arranged on the ground, and the locking part 2 is arranged at one end far away from the ground, so that the locking part 2 can be conveniently opened and closed when needed.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the locking portion 2 includes a bolt hole 4, a bolt 5, and a nut 6. The plurality of bolt holes 4 are formed in both end portions 3 of the surrounding portion 1, respectively, the plurality of bolt holes 4 are arranged along the extending direction of the expansion joint 100, and the plurality of bolt holes 4 are not close to the other flange of the expansion joint 100. A plurality of bolts 5 are inserted into the bolt holes 4 on the two end portions 3, respectively, and nuts 6 are provided at one ends of the bolts 5 after passing through the bolt holes 4 on the two end portions 3. The bolt holes 4 are arranged along the extending direction of the expansion joint 100, so that the bolt holes 4 and the bolts 5 are matched, the locking effect of the expansion joint 100 is strengthened by the plurality of mutually matched bolt holes 4 and bolts 5, and a gap is not easy to generate at the end part 3 of the sheet structure of the expansion joint 100. All the locking parts 2 are not close to the other flange of the expansion joint 100, and since the inner diameter of the flange of the expansion joint 100 is larger than that of the telescopic part of the expansion joint 100, the bolts 5 can fix the surrounding part 1 on the flange of the expansion joint 100 without affecting the movement of the expansion joint 100.

The expansion joint protection device is provided with a buffer 7, the buffer 7 is arranged between the inner side of the surrounding part 1 and the outer side of the expansion joint 100, and the buffer 7 is attached to the annular structure. The buffer member 7 is tightly attached to the expansion joint 100, so that the energy of expansion vibration can be absorbed when the expansion joint 100 moves, the connection stability of the expansion joint protection device and the expansion joint 100 is improved, and the locking member is prevented from being separated from the expansion joint 100. The buffer member 7 can adopt a rubber lining which is commonly used and easily obtained, is convenient to process and can realize the buffering effect.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, one surface of the buffer 7, which is far away from the expansion joint 100, is adhered to one surface of the surrounding part 1, which is close to the expansion joint 100, so that the buffer 7 is not easy to separate from the expansion joint protection device in the use process of the expansion joint 100, and the use stability of the buffer 7 is improved.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the surrounding portion 1 and the locking portion 2 are formed by curling an integrated sheet structure. The quantity of locking portion 2 is two, and integrated into one piece is respectively in the both ends of encirclement portion 1, and locking portion 2 can be through two tip 3 of the sheet structure of welding encirclement portion 1 for sheet structure constitutes ring structure, makes locking portion 2 with the fixed setting on expansion joint 100 of encirclement portion 1.
