The wet-type multi-disc brake is an important part of a brake system of an electric drive mining vehicle, has good sealing performance and enough strength, can generate a large amount of heat energy by a friction plate set in the use process of the wet-type multi-disc brake, adopts flowing media to bring the generated heat energy into an external radiator, and carries out cooling through the radiator and other devices, so that a cooling cavity of the wet-type multi-disc brake is required to be still in a sealing state when the friction plate set of the brake rotates.

However, the wet-type multi-disc brake is large in size and weight, so that the static friction force of the friction plate set is very large, the manual detection is difficult to overcome, and whether the wet-type multi-disc brake meets the sealing performance of the technical requirement cannot be judged, so that the running reliability of the mining truck product is reduced, and meanwhile, a large amount of manpower and material resource losses are brought.

The invention aims to provide a sealing detection device for a wet multi-disc brake of a large electric transmission tramcar and a use method thereof, which can solve the problem of detecting the sealing performance and improve the detection efficiency when detecting various performances of the wet multi-disc brake.

The base 1 is used for fixing parts thereon, is of a frame structure and is formed by welding structural steel, and a plurality of mounting holes which are symmetrically distributed are formed in the bottom. The first reference seat 2 and the second reference seat 20 are fixed on the upper part of the base 1, the first reference seat 2 is positioned on the left side, and the second reference seat 20 is positioned on the right side.

In order to match with the working condition of the hydraulic motor, a connecting flange 10 and a coupling 11 are added, the rotating shaft of the hydraulic motor is connected with the connecting flange 10, and the coupling 11 is connected between the connecting flange 10 and a driving shaft 12.

The brake mounting support 15 and the follow-up holding device 16 are fixed on the upper part of the second reference seat 20, and the follow-up holding device 16 is positioned between the brake mounting support 15 and the first reference seat 2. The brake mounting support 15 is provided with a detection device control cabinet 17 and a fixed retainer 18, and the fixed retainer 18 is opposite to the connecting disc 13.

The follow-up holding device 16 is of a special-shaped structure, and the follow-up holding device 16 is provided with a flexible roller 19. The detection device control cabinet 17 is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the motor 5 and the power motor 9. In order to collect the lubricating oil flowing out from the wet type multi-disc brake 20 during the detection process, an oil collecting box 14 is arranged at the lower part of the second reference seat 20, and the lower part of the oil collecting box 14 is connected with the base 1.

The application method of the wet multi-disc brake sealing detection device for the large electric transmission tramcar specifically comprises the following steps:

step 1: the right end of a wet type multi-disc brake 20 is arranged on a fixed retainer 18 of a brake mounting support 15, and the lower part of a wet type multi-disc brake 23 is abutted against a follow-up retaining device 16;

the lower part of the wet-type multi-disc brake 23 is dragged by the special-shaped follow-up holding device 16 provided with the flexible roller 19, so that the brake is reliably fixed. The wet multi-disc brake 20 is integrally mounted to the fixed holder 18 of the brake mounting bracket 15 using a quick-fit fastener on the wet multi-disc brake 20.

Step 2: the motor 5 drives the push rod 7 to work, the push rod 7 pushes the power motor support 6 to move towards the right side, and after the connecting disc 13 is aligned with the wet-type multi-disc brake 20, the friction plate group of the wet-type multi-disc brake 20 is fixedly connected with the connecting disc 13 through a screw;

the motor 5 drives the external cylinder 21 to rotate, the push rod 7 extends, and the power motor support 6 is pushed to slide towards the right side on the rolling guide rail 4.

The rolling guide rail 4 on the base 1, and the electric push rod support 3, the motor 5 and the push rod 7 which are fixed on the reference seat 2 are matched for use, automatic movement is realized by utilizing a control system in the detection control cabinet 17, the problem of clamping and stopping caused by deviation generated during movement can be effectively eliminated by adopting a hinged propulsion mode, and rapid butt joint installation is realized.

And step 3: the power motor 9 drives the connecting disc 13 to rotate through the driving shaft 12, the connecting disc 13 drives the friction disc set of the wet-type multi-disc brake 20 to rotate, the working state of the wet-type multi-disc brake 20 is simulated, and the sealing performance of the cooling cavity of the wet-type multi-disc brake 20 is detected.

The control system in the detection control cabinet 17 controls the power motor 9 to rotate, the control system in the detection control cabinet 17 is utilized to realize automatic rotation of the friction plate set of the wet-type multi-disc brake 20, and the design of the connecting flange 10 and the coupling 11 can compensate the interface error of the friction plate set of the connecting disc 13 and the wet-type multi-disc brake 20, so that quick installation is realized.

During the rotation of the friction plate set of the wet multi-disc brake 20, a part of the lubricating oil flows out, and the flowing lubricating oil falls into the oil collecting box 14 at the lower part, so that the lubricating oil generated during detection is recovered.

The wet type multi-disc brake 20 is a cylinder piston structure component, the sealing requirement of a cooling cavity of the wet type multi-disc brake 20 is strict during working, if effective sealing detection is not carried out, the serious leakage problem can be caused, the manual detection of the sealing performance is very difficult, and after the invention is used, the problem of the detection sealing performance can be solved during the sealing detection process of the wet type multi-disc brake 20, and meanwhile, the detection efficiency is improved.
