Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive materials, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material.

Background

The elastic sealing adhesive material is a two-component and spraying elastomer material, and can be used for a long time at the temperature of minus 80-100 ℃; the material can be adhered to various materials and is suitable for most substrate surfaces, such as surfaces of metal, wood and the like. The elongation at break, shear strength, tensile strength and flame retardant property of the elastic sealing adhesive material are influenced by the proportion of the material components contained in the elastic sealing adhesive material, however, when the existing elastic sealing adhesive material is manufactured, the proportion of the material components is not optimized properly, so that the elongation at break, the shear strength, the tensile strength and the flame retardant property of the elastic sealing adhesive material are poor, and potential safety hazards exist during use.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a method for manufacturing a highly durable elastic sealant adhesive material with high elongation at break, high shear strength, high tensile strength and good flame retardant property.

For example, the chinese patent application No. CN201910158466.7 discloses a thermosetting adhesive, a method for preparing the same, and an adhesive tape containing the adhesive, wherein the thermosetting adhesive comprises 2-50% of acrylic polymer, 5-94% of polyolefin elastomer, 1-20% of polyurethane, 1-10% of epoxy resin, 1-25% of organosilicon material with double bond, and 0.1-5% of crosslinking initiator. Although the prepared thermosetting adhesive has high adhesive strength, excellent heat resistance, strong corrosion resistance and short curing time, can be stored for 6 months at normal temperature without influencing the performance, and can be widely applied to machinery, ships, aerospace equipment, underwater equipment facilities, optical and electronic equipment, batteries, chemical engineering experiments and production equipment, the thermosetting adhesive has the defects of poor flame retardant property and stability, inapplicability to wood surfaces and potential safety hazards during use.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material with high elongation at break, high shear strength, high tensile strength and good flame retardant property, aiming at overcoming the problems that the elongation at break, the shear strength, the tensile strength and the flame retardant property of the elastic sealing adhesive material are poor and potential safety hazards exist in use because the proportion of the components of the material is not optimized properly in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the manufacturing method of the high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing a component A material, wherein the component A material comprises an end group polyether composition, a chain extender, a nano oxide, a coupling agent and a flame retardant;

s2, selecting a clean and dry container, adding the component A material, uniformly mixing the component A material, and placing aside to finish the preparation of the component A material;

s3, preparing the material of the component B, taking another clean and dry container, mixing Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) according to the proportion of 2:1, uniformly stirring, and placing aside to finish the preparation of the material of the component B;

s4, selecting a clean and dry AB rubber cylinder, and respectively adding the component A and the component B into the AB rubber cylinder according to the required proportion; after sealing, the AB glue cylinder and the dynamic mixing tube are assembled, and the material in the AB glue cylinder is sprayed on a clean iron plate and stands by a manual push type AB glue gun.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:

s5, taking a plurality of clean and dry AB rubber cylinders, repeating the operation of the step S4 for a plurality of times, adding A, B component materials with different proportions each time, and keeping the rest operations unchanged;

s6, recording the solidification time of the material sprayed on the clean iron plate, and performing a strength test on the material mixed with the A, B components in various proportions.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the method is safe, non-toxic, high in tolerance to environment, and has the characteristics of high elongation at break, high shear strength, high tensile strength and good flame retardant property; (2) the high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical property and good material stability; (3) the high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the method has the characteristics of simple operation, mild conditions and high curing speed.

In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, the following description will explain the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example 1:

s1, preparing a component A material, wherein the component A material comprises an end group polyether composition, a chain extender, a nano oxide, a coupling agent and a flame retardant;

wherein the proportion of the components of the end group polyether composition is 20-80%; the component proportion of the chain extender is 20-40%; the component proportion of the nano oxide is 0.5-10%; the component proportion of the coupling agent is 0.05% -1%; the proportion of the components of the flame retardant is 5%. The fire retardant is FJ330 fire retardant.

S2, selecting a clean and dry container, adding the component A material, uniformly mixing the component A material, and placing aside to finish the preparation of the component A material;

s3, preparing the material of the component B, taking another clean and dry container, mixing Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) according to the proportion of 2:1, uniformly stirring, and placing aside to finish the preparation of the material of the component B;

As can be seen from table 1, the curing time of the adhesive materials C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6 are the same, the elongation at break of the adhesive material C2 is the highest, the shear strength of the adhesive material C2 is the highest, the tensile strength of the adhesive material C2 is the highest, and the flame retardant adhesive materials C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6 are the same. Therefore, the elongation at break, shear strength, tensile strength and flame retardant properties of the sealant adhesive material are best at a material ratio of A, B component of 1:1.

The high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the invention is safe, nontoxic, high in environmental tolerance, insensitive to moisture and humidity, free of influence on reaction and curing of the adhesive material due to the temperature and humidity of the construction environment, capable of being used under the high-temperature or low-temperature environment condition, and has the characteristics of high elongation at break, high shear strength, high tensile strength and good flame retardant property; the high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical property and good material stability; the high-durability elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the method has the characteristics of simple operation, mild conditions and high curing speed.
