Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive materials, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material.

Background

The elastic sealing adhesive material is a two-component and spraying elastomer material, and can be used for a long time at the temperature of minus 80-100 ℃; the material can be adhered to various materials and is suitable for most substrate surfaces, such as surfaces of metal, wood and the like. The elongation at break, shear strength, tensile strength and flame retardant property of the elastic sealing adhesive material are influenced by the proportion of the material components contained in the elastic sealing adhesive material, however, when the existing elastic sealing adhesive material is manufactured, because the proportion of the material components is not optimized properly, the curing speed of the sealing adhesive material is very slow, the manufacturing efficiency is influenced, and meanwhile, the potential safety hazard also exists when the elastic sealing adhesive material is used.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a method for manufacturing a high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material capable of accelerating the curing speed of the sealing adhesive material.

For example, the chinese patent application No. CN201910158466.7 discloses a thermosetting adhesive, a method for preparing the same, and an adhesive tape containing the adhesive, wherein the thermosetting adhesive comprises 2-50% of acrylic polymer, 5-94% of polyolefin elastomer, 1-20% of polyurethane, 1-10% of epoxy resin, 1-25% of organosilicon material with double bond, and 0.1-5% of crosslinking initiator. Although the prepared thermosetting adhesive has high adhesive strength, excellent heat resistance, strong corrosion resistance and short curing time, can be stored for 6 months at normal temperature without influencing the performance, and can be widely applied to machinery, ships, aerospace equipment, underwater equipment facilities, optical and electronic equipment, batteries, chemical engineering experiments and production equipment, the thermosetting adhesive has the defects of poor flame retardant property and stability, inapplicability to wood surfaces, potential safety hazards during use, and low manufacturing efficiency due to low curing speed of the prepared thermosetting adhesive.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material, which can accelerate the curing speed of the sealing adhesive material and aims to solve the problems that the curing speed of the sealing adhesive material is very low, the manufacturing efficiency is influenced and potential safety hazards exist in the use process of the existing elastic sealing adhesive material in the prior art because the component proportion of the material is not properly optimized in the manufacturing process.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

s1, preparing a component A material, wherein the component A material comprises an end group polyether composition, a chain extender, a nano oxide, a coupling agent and a flame retardant;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the method is safe, non-toxic, high in tolerance to environment, and has the characteristics of high elongation at break, high shear strength, high tensile strength and good flame retardant property; (2) the high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical property and good material stability; (3) the method for manufacturing the high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material has the characteristics of simple operation, mild conditions and capability of accelerating the curing speed of the sealing adhesive material.

In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, the following description will explain the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example 1:

s1, preparing a component A material, wherein the component A material comprises an end group polyether composition, a chain extender, a nano oxide, a coupling agent and a flame retardant;

wherein the proportion of the components of the end group polyether composition is 20-80%; the component proportion of the chain extender is 20-40%; the component proportion of the nano oxide is 0.5-10%; the component proportion of the coupling agent is 0.05% -1%; the proportion of the components of the flame retardant is 5%. The fire retardant is FJ330 fire retardant.

S2, selecting a clean and dry container, adding the component A material, uniformly mixing the component A material, and placing aside to finish the preparation of the component A material;

s3, preparing a component B material, taking six clean drying containers, mixing Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) according to different proportions, uniformly stirring, and placing aside to finish the preparation of the component B material, thereby finally obtaining six parts of the component B material mixed by HDI and IPDI according to different proportions;

As can be seen from table 1, the setting times of the adhesive materials C3 and C6 are the same and shortest, the elongation at break of the adhesive material C3 is the highest, the shear strength of the adhesive material C2 is the highest, the tensile strength of the adhesive material C3 is the highest, and the flame retardant adhesive materials C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6 are the same. Therefore, in the component B material, when the ratio of HDI to IPDI is 2:1, the sealing adhesive material has the advantages of fastest solidification speed, optimal elongation at break, and better shear strength, tensile strength and flame retardant property.

The high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the invention is safe, nontoxic, high in environmental tolerance, insensitive to moisture and humidity, free of influence on reaction and curing of the adhesive material due to the temperature and humidity of the construction environment, capable of being used under the high-temperature or low-temperature environment condition, and has the characteristics of high elongation at break, high shear strength, high tensile strength and good flame retardant property; the high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical property and good material stability; the method for manufacturing the high-strength elastic sealing adhesive material has the characteristics of simple operation, mild conditions and capability of accelerating the curing speed of the sealing adhesive material.
