8. The emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol or 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.

9. A method for preparing an emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of,

s1) accurately weighing each component;

s2) adding hydrocarbon, anionic emulsifier, nonionic emulsifier, dispersant, solubilizer and penetrant into a reaction kettle, heating and stirring for 2-3 h;

s3), continuously adding the antioxidant after cooling, and keeping the temperature for 1-1.5 h;

s4) cooling and discharging to obtain the emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent.

10. The method for preparing an emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent according to claim 9, wherein the temperature in S2 is 80-85 ℃ and the temperature in S3 is 40-45 ℃.

The existing hydrocarbon cleaning agent in the market mainly cleans oily stains, and has poor cleaning performance on special types of stains such as carbon black, resin, polishing wax, rosin and the like on workpieces, and the reason for the poor cleaning performance is that impurities cannot be efficiently stripped, emulsified and dispersed, cannot be quickly and effectively removed from the workpieces, and cannot meet the requirements of customers on cleanliness.

The present invention aims at providing an emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof to solve the problems in the background art.

s3), continuously adding the antioxidant after cooling, and keeping the temperature for 1-1.5 h;

s4) cooling and discharging to obtain the emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent.

As a further optimization, the temperature in S2 is 80-85 ℃ and the temperature in S3 is 40-45 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the working solution can better permeate into the surface of a product to be treated through the synergistic action of the penetrating agent, the solubilizer and the dispersant to solubilize and dissolve impurities attached to the working solution, and then the impurities and the like are dispersed in the working solution through the dispersion action, and the impurities and the like can be quickly stripped from the surface of the product through the synergy of all components;

2. the emulsion can efficiently carry out emulsification by the synergistic effect of the anionic emulsifier and the nonionic emulsifier, the impurities are wrapped in the emulsion, the emulsion is easy to clean and prevent from being back stained, and the emulsion formed by the anionic emulsifier and the nonionic emulsifier has better stability;

An emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent comprises, by weight, 68 parts of isomeric decane, 5 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 710 parts of AEO-alpha-naphthalenesulfonic acid condensate, 2 parts of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, 1 part of dimethyl succinate and 2 parts of 2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: s1) accurately weighing each component; s2) adding isodecane, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, AEO-7, alpha-naphthalenesulfonic acid condensate, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and dimethyl succinate into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-85 ℃, and stirring for 2-3 h; s3), continuously adding 2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol after cooling, and keeping the temperature at 40-45 ℃ for 1-1.5 h; s4) cooling and discharging to obtain the emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent.

Example 3

An emulsified hydrocarbon cleaning agent comprises, by weight, 56 parts of n-undecane, 7 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 78 parts of AEO-alpha-naphthalenesulfonic acid condensate, 3 parts of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, 1 part of ethylene glycol diacetate and 2 parts of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.

Application examples

Indexes of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent prepared in the examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 are detected, and the detection method comprises the following steps:

the appearance was visually observed; KB value is the number of ml of diluent required to extract kaurigum from 120g of standard kaurigum-butanol solution at 25 ℃, higher KB values indicate better solubility; the stability of the emulsion is tested according to the regulations of GB/T16497 and 2007 test of the storage stability of the water-in-oil emulsion of the surfactant.

According to the experimental data, the emulsion can be efficiently emulsified through the synergistic effect of the anionic emulsifier and the nonionic emulsifier, the emulsion formed by the anionic emulsifier and the nonionic emulsifier has better stability, and impurities and the like can be rapidly stripped on the surface of a product by combining the synergistic effect of the penetrant, the solubilizer and the dispersant, so that the cleaning agent has excellent cleaning capability.
