2) the center of the top end of the supporting part is connected with the center of the collecting net through an iron wire or a cotton wire, the center of the collecting net is lifted upwards to form the highest point of the net surface, at the moment, the collecting net is tapered, and phytoseiulus persimilis crawls to the highest point of the collecting net along the net surface of the collecting net and crawls upwards to the center of the top end of the supporting part and the connecting part through the iron wire or the cotton wire in sequence;

Background

Tetranychus is the dominant harmful mite which is commonly generated and seriously harmful on agricultural and forestry crops such as fruits, vegetables and the like, and at present, chemical control is always the main measure for controlling tetranychus at home and abroad. Because the pesticide is unreasonably used for a long time, the natural enemies are killed and the ecological balance is destroyed, the spider mites have serious drug resistance to various pesticides, the use concentration of the pesticide or the use times of the pesticide has to be increased in the production, the prevention and treatment cost is greatly increased, and the serious environmental pollution is caused. Therefore, with the long-term and large-scale use of chemical pesticides, the problem of pest mites on agricultural and forestry crops becomes more and more serious.

In recent years, the biological control research on spider mites is increasingly paid attention, and the 'mite control by mites' becomes the most effective measure in biological control of harmful mites, particularly the phytoseiid mites Chile, which are the dominant natural enemies of spider mites. The predatory mites have the advantages of strong adaptability, large predation amount, strong fecundity, agility in action, strong diffusion capacity, good harm control effect, no harm to people and environment, commercial availability and the like, are successively introduced by many countries, are subjected to commercial production, and are primarily applied to agricultural production.

In order to meet the application requirements, researchers are constantly exploring the large-scale production process of phytoseiid persimmons. Phytoseilus persimilis is a special predator of spider mite pest mites, needs to be fed by spider mites, and is complex in scale production. The large-scale production of phytoseiid persimmons is composed of a series of key links, and mainly comprises a series of technical links such as production of host plants of the tetranychus persimmons, mass propagation of the tetranychus persimmons serving as foodstuff, feeding of the phytoseiid persimmons, separation and collection of the phytoseiid persimmons, packaging and storage, and logistics transportation. Wherein the separation and collection of phytoseiid persimmons is a key link for obtaining pure phytoseiid persimmons. However, most of the conventional methods for separating and collecting predatory mites employ methods such as manual brushing, dry ice stunning, blowing, an insect sucker, and passive diffusion in a collection frame separately fixed on a planting bed. Although the methods can obtain relatively pure predatory mites, the methods either need to cut and collect the plants, so that the plants are rapidly necrotic and withered to cause the death of harmful mites, thereby reducing the food supply time of the predatory mites, causing a large amount of predatory mite eggs, young mites and mite which cannot develop into adult mites, and reducing the production efficiency; or the operation method is complicated, the occupied space is large, and the centralized collection cannot be realized. Meanwhile, the operation method has the advantages of high cost, serious escape, high death rate, low collection efficiency and poor collection effect, and is not suitable for industrial production. Therefore, there is a need for a collection method that is easy to handle and has a higher collection efficiency.

Therefore, how to provide a collection device and a collection method convenient for collecting phytoseiid persicae is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention provides a device and a method for collecting phytoseiid persicae, which simplify the device and method, and are simple to operate, and the purity of phytoseiid persicae is as high as 99%.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a collecting device for phytoseiid persimmons comprises a tetranychus generating device, a collecting net, a collecting bracket and a collecting bottle; the tetranychus urticae koch generating device is arranged at the bottom of the collecting support, the collecting net covers the tetranychus urticae koch generating device, and the center of the collecting net is detachably arranged at the bottom of the collecting support; the collection bottle is dismantled and is set up the top of collecting the support.

As a preferable technical scheme, the spider mite generating device comprises a planting box, wherein a host plant is planted in the planting box; the collecting net is covered on the host plant; the planting box and the host plant are both arranged at the bottom of the collecting bracket.

As the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the fixing frame is made of stainless steel; the support frame is made of iron.

As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the depth of the collecting bottle is more than or equal to 150mm, and the material comprises polyethylene.

As the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the collecting net is made of nylon, real silk or cotton and linen.

As the same invention concept, the invention also discloses a method for collecting phytoseiid persicae by using the collecting device, which comprises the following steps:

1) placing the planting box at the bottom in the collecting bracket, and covering a collecting net on the surface of the host plant;

2) the center of the top end of the supporting part is connected with the center of the collecting net through an iron wire or a cotton wire, the center of the collecting net is lifted upwards to form the highest point of the net surface, at the moment, the collecting net is tapered, and phytoseiulus persimilis crawls to the highest point of the collecting net along the net surface of the collecting net and crawls upwards to the center of the top end of the supporting part and the connecting part through the iron wire or the cotton wire in sequence;

3) sleeving the collecting bottle on the connecting part, wherein the bottle mouth is not contacted with the connecting part; when the phytoseiid persimmons begin to overflow from the bottleneck in a large amount, the collection bottle is taken down for subsequent packaging.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the open type physeiid persicae centralized collection device and the open type physeiid persicae centralized collection method are designed by utilizing the biological characteristic that physeiid persicae is capable of moving upwards quickly. The method has the advantages of convenient material taking, simple operation, automatic collection, no need of any treatment on the host plant, and continuous collection of the physeiid mites growing on the host plant in a living state, wherein the young mites, nymphs and eggs of the physeiid mites can continue to grow and develop to adult mites in the collection process, so that the growth time of the physeiid mites is prolonged, and the collection effect is improved.

The phytoseiid persimmons collected by the method has strong vitality, the purity is as high as more than 99%, the number of the phytoseiid persimmons per unit area is more than that of the phytoseiid persimmons collected by the method in the traditional method, and the industrialized production technical system of the phytoseiid persimmons is perfected; in addition, after the phytoseiid persimmons are propagated for several generations, a large number of phytoseiid persimmons are seen to crawl on the leaf surface of a host plant, and when the ratio of the number of the tetranychus persimmons to the number of the phytoseiid persimmons is close to 1:1, the optimum collection opportunity of the phytoseiid persimmons is achieved.

2) the center of the top end of the supporting part 322 is connected with the center of the collecting net 2 through a wire, the center of the collecting net 2 is lifted upwards to form the highest point of the net surface, at the moment, the collecting net 2 forms a cone shape, so that phytoseiulus persimilis can crawl to the highest point of the collecting net 2 along the net surface of the collecting net 2, and crawl upwards to the center of the top end of the supporting part 322 and the connecting part 323 through the wire in sequence;

3) the collecting bottle 4 is sleeved on the connecting part 323, and the bottle mouth is not contacted with the connecting part 323; when the phytoseiid persimmons start to overflow from the bottleneck in a large amount, the collection bottle 4 is taken down for subsequent packaging.

The invention simplifies the collection device and the collection method, has simple operation, and the purity of phytoseiid persicae is as high as 99%.
