Background

After the existing umbrella is used for shielding rain, once the umbrella is placed, rainwater on an umbrella cover of the existing umbrella can slowly slide downwards to drip, and if a special rainwater container or a local position for collecting the rainwater which drips downwards is not provided, how to treat the rainwater which drips downwards is very annoying.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned "annoying" matters.

The key of the invention is that: the umbrella is provided with an additional rainwater collecting device which is simple and does not influence the using function of the umbrella at all and a using method thereof, so as to help solve the problem of 'annoyance'. The premise is that the normal use of the umbrella cannot be influenced.

Detailed Description

In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following techniques are adopted:

first, the structural requirements of the present invention are:

(II) the structure of the elastic container W comprises: a cylinder consisting of both a cylinder wall 5 and a cylinder bottom G, and also a cylinder-like wall 1 around the cylinder mouth, which is formed by the outer edge of at least one horizontal fold 2, thus creating a flexible, elastic structural condition;

the cylindrical-like body 1 comprises two structural shapes of a cylindrical-like body with a straight cylindrical outer surface outline and a trapezoidal cylindrical outer surface outline with an inclined property;

the above-mentioned vertically telescopic construction of the cylindrical wall 1, which is formed by the outer edge of at least one horizontal fold 2, is naturally extended over a total height H which is greater than the height H of the inner cylindrical wall 5 of the flexible container W, so that:

when the elastic container W is not used and the umbrella cover 3 at the upper top of the umbrella rod 4 is unfolded for rain shielding, the elastic container W positioned at the upper top of the umbrella rod 4 is forced to be compressed vertically, and the umbrella cover 3 unfolded at the lower part is naturally pressed by the upper elastic container W;

when the elastic container W is used and is positioned below the ground to collect rainwater, the horizontal inner fold edge line of one circle close to the horizontal fold 2 with an upward opening is in a contact state with the corresponding vertical outer fold part formed after the umbrella cover 3 is loosely folded, so that rainwater which is dripped downwards from the umbrella cover 3 can be collected and temporarily stored. Ensuring that the rainwater which is dripped off cannot flow out of the range of the opening.

The outer edge formed by at least one horizontal fold 2 can be cut into a trumpet shape, and the direction of the outer opening is towards the umbrella cover 3.

In the process of walking by spreading the umbrella cover 3 to shield rain, horizontal vibration is inevitably generated by hands, so that the inverted buckle shakes at the elastic container W at the top of the umbrella, the shaking can cause uncomfortable feeling (which is the most important) when a person holds the umbrella rod 4 of the umbrella, and the shaking can influence the service life of the elastic container W at the top. However, if the above-mentioned total height H is made larger than the height H of the cylindrical wall 5, it is possible to suppress the spread umbrella cover 3 by means of the downwardly compressed elastic force of the elastic container W positioned on the top of the umbrella, thereby providing for the elimination of the "shaking" phenomenon. However, the degree of eliminating the "shaking" depends mainly on the degree to which the above-mentioned total height H is greater than the height H, i.e., the degree of the elastic force, and it is apparent that the greater the elastic force, the greater the force it takes to prevent the "shaking".

Obviously, the above-mentioned elastic stretching force of the structure state in which the cylindrical wall 1 of at least one horizontal fold 2 can be vertically extended and retracted should be less than the force transmitted to the human hand when it can prop up the umbrella cover 3 of a common umbrella.

The "screw P" method is most suitable for the use with conventional collapsible appliances consisting of a plurality of collapsible poles 4, where the exposed upper top of the pole 4 is extremely short, even nonexistent, if stainless steel screws P (for example, M4 self-tapping screws with a length of 200 mm) are inserted in the center of the top thereof (with a harder soft washer U for cushioning and waterproof sealing) and tightened as shown in fig. 3.

The invention is matched and then collects the downward-sliding rainwater to the use method of the elastic container:

the umbrella cover 3 is firstly folded, the long-distance end buckle of the umbrella cover strapping D with the double-buckle spacing adjustment loosely locks the umbrella cover 3 to be folded, or the umbrella cover 3 is folded by a self-locking mechanism in the umbrella.

Then, at the wall or other depending place (the umbrella is laid on the ground), the elastic container W on the top of the umbrella cover 3 is placed on the ground, and the rain water attached to the umbrella slowly and smoothly flows along the vertically folded umbrella cover 3 into the elastic container W with an upward opening on the ground for temporary storage.

The distance between the two buckles (for example, the distance between the two buckles is 100 mm) in the umbrella cover strapping D can be used for tightening and storing the umbrella cover strapping D when the rain gear is not used for storage. When rain gear is used and rainwater needs to be collected, the umbrella cover strapping tape D can be used for buckling the umbrella cover strapping tape D in a slightly loose state (the position of the buckle with the length of 100mm is lengthened), so that rainwater sliding in the vertical folds on the umbrella cover 3 can be ensured to slowly slide along the slightly loose and bound umbrella cover 3 and flow into the elastic container W with the opening upwards.

When the umbrella cover 3 is furled by using the self-locking mechanism in the umbrella, the loosening degree is generally difficult to control, and in order to ensure that all rainwater is collected, the caliber of a horn-shaped opening in the elastic container W needs to be increased (for example, the diameter of the opening is slightly larger than 10-20 mm) for taking measures. If the diameter of the umbrella cover 3 after being folded is not very large (the specific situation of the umbrella with different models is different), the opening diameter can be unnecessarily increased.

Thirdly, the structure of the invention is an improved reference scheme in more aesthetic aspect:

The present invention is related to the suggestion of material drawing and other requirements in the structure manufacturing:

the cylinder wall 5 and the cylinder bottom G which form the elastic container W can be made of thick 2mm plastics, the cylinder-like wall 1 for the outer edge of the fold can be made of thin 0.5-1 mm plastics, and the elastic container W formed by the three can be made by a complex one-time plastic composite grinding tool forming process.
