1. An ultraviolet surface sterilizer, comprising:

a main body (100);

a chain bar type conveying device (200) mounted on the main body (100) for conveying products;

a protective cover body (300) which is arranged on the main body (100) and is positioned above the chain-link type conveying device (200);

a first ultraviolet disinfection device (400) which is arranged in the main body (100) and is used for generating ultraviolet rays, and a light emitting part of the first ultraviolet disinfection device (400) faces the chain-link type conveying device (200) so that the ultraviolet rays generated by the first ultraviolet disinfection device (400) can be irradiated on a product to be disinfected through the chain-link type conveying device (200);

the second ultraviolet disinfection device (500) can be installed in the protective cover body (300) in an up-and-down mode and is positioned above the chain rod type conveying device (200);

the third ultraviolet disinfection device (600) is horizontally movably arranged in the protective cover body (300) and is positioned at two sides of the chain rod type conveying device (200);

the lifting device (700) is fixed with the second ultraviolet disinfection device (500) and is used for driving the second ultraviolet disinfection device (500) to move up and down;

the horizontal adjusting device (800) is fixed with the third ultraviolet disinfection device (600) and is used for driving the third ultraviolet disinfection device (600) to horizontally move;

and the control panel (900) is arranged on the sterilizing machine and used for controlling the working state of the sterilizing machine.

a first drive (710) secured within the protective shield body (300);

a height adjusting component (720) in transmission connection with the first driving device (710),

and a first connecting bracket (730) rotatably connected to the height adjusting member (720), and the first connecting bracket (730) is fixed to the second ultraviolet sterilizing device (500).

4. An ultraviolet surface sterilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the level adjustment means (800) comprises:

a second drive (810) secured within the protective shield body (300);

the horizontal distance adjusting part (820) is rotatably arranged in the protective cover body (300) and is in transmission connection with the second driving device (810);

and a pair of second connecting brackets (830) movably installed at the left and right sides of the horizontal interval adjusting part (820), respectively, and the two second connecting brackets (830) are fixed with the third ultraviolet ray sterilizing devices (500) at both sides of the transmission device, respectively.

Background

The ultraviolet sterilizing equipment has the sterilizing principle that the irradiation intensity of an ultraviolet lamp tube is utilized, when the irradiation intensity is constant, the sterilizing effect is better if the irradiated sterilizing material stays for a longer time and is closer to the sterilizing lamp tube, and otherwise, the sterilizing effect is worse.

At present, after product production is accomplished, need disinfect to the product surface, in order to promote the rate of disinfecting to the product, place the product on transmission device generally to be equipped with ultraviolet disinfection device on transmission device, make the product accomplish the disinfection of disinfecting of treating the disinfection product when ultraviolet disinfection device, but because current disinfecting equipment has following several problems:

(1) when the disinfection equipment works, because the position of the ultraviolet disinfection device in the disinfection equipment is fixed and cannot be adjusted, when the ultraviolet disinfection device sterilizes a product to be disinfected, the phenomenon that the distance between the lamp tube of the ultraviolet disinfection device and the product to be disinfected is too far occurs, so that the sterilization effect of the ultraviolet disinfection device on the product is reduced;

(2) because the disinfection equipment can disinfect and sterilize products of different models, when the size and the shape of the product to be disinfected are changed, the distance between an ultraviolet lamp tube of the ultraviolet disinfection device and the product is also changed, and the disinfection effect of the ultraviolet disinfection device on the product to be disinfected is also reduced;

(3) when the disinfection equipment works, the transmission device is needed to transmit products, and the bottom surfaces of the products are in direct contact with the transmission device in the transmission process, so that the existing ultraviolet disinfection device is difficult to sterilize and disinfect the bottom of the products

In conclusion, the existing disinfection equipment cannot comprehensively disinfect all positions of a product, and when the model of the product is changed, the sterilization effect of the disinfection equipment on the product is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an ultraviolet surface sterilizer aiming at the defects of the prior art, which can sterilize products in an all-round and high-efficiency manner.

a main body;

the chain bar type conveying device is arranged on the main body and used for conveying products;

the protective cover body is arranged on the main body and is positioned above the chain bar type conveying device;

the first ultraviolet disinfection device is arranged in the main body and used for generating ultraviolet rays, and a light emitting part of the first ultraviolet disinfection device faces the chain-link type conveying device, so that the ultraviolet rays generated by the first ultraviolet disinfection device can be irradiated on a product to be disinfected through the chain-link type conveying device;

the second ultraviolet disinfection device can be vertically moved and arranged in the protective cover body and is positioned above the chain rod type conveying device;

the third ultraviolet disinfection device is horizontally movably arranged in the protective cover body and is positioned at two sides of the chain rod type conveying device;

the lifting device is fixed with the second ultraviolet disinfection device and is used for driving the second ultraviolet disinfection device to move up and down;

the horizontal adjusting device is fixed with the third ultraviolet disinfection device and is used for driving the third ultraviolet disinfection device to move horizontally;

and the control panel is arranged on the sterilizing machine and used for controlling the working state of the sterilizing machine.

Further, the sterilization machine further comprises: a first conveying device and a second conveying device;

the first conveying device is arranged at the first end of the chain rod type conveying device and is used for receiving products to be disinfected;

the second conveyor is mounted to a second end of the chain bar conveyor for receiving the sterilized products passing over the chain bar conveyor, the first end of the chain bar conveyor being opposite the second end.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

by arranging the chain rod type conveying device and arranging the luminous part of the first ultraviolet disinfection device towards the chain rod type conveying device, ultraviolet rays generated by the first ultraviolet disinfection device can be irradiated to the bottom surface of a product to be disinfected through the chain rod type conveying device, so that the bottom surface of the product is disinfected and sterilized, the second ultraviolet disinfection device can be vertically moved and is arranged in the protective cover body and positioned above the chain rod type conveying device, the third ultraviolet disinfection device can be horizontally moved and is arranged in the protective cover body and positioned at two sides of the chain rod type conveying device, so that the distance between the second disinfection device and the product to be disinfected and the distance between the third disinfection device and the product to be disinfected can be adjusted according to the size and the shape of the product, the disinfection machine can be ensured to comprehensively disinfect all positions of the product, even when the model of the product is changed, the sterilizer also can be used for treating the sterilized products to achieve an efficient sterilization effect, and the reduction of the sterilization effect of the sterilizer on the products due to the change of the models of the products is avoided.
