The anti-rolling torsion bar device is used as a central part of the secondary suspension device of the bogie, bears the motion load in the running process of the vehicle, and the assembly precision directly determines the stable and stable running performance of the vehicle. The inventor finds that the current assembly mode has the following three types of problems:

The whole anti-rolling torsion bar is 20 kilograms in weight, a special assembly tool is lacked, a method of carrying and assembling by 4 persons in a matching mode is adopted when the torsion bar penetrates into a framework beam cavity at present, potential safety hazards exist seriously in the operation process, and meanwhile, a large amount of operators are wasted.

(2) Without a protection device, the spline at the shaft end of the torsion bar is easy to be damaged

Due to the fact that a special protection tool is lacked, the spline area at the end of the torsion bar shaft is likely to collide with the inner cavity of the cross beam in the process of penetrating into the cavity of the cross beam of the framework, the problem of reworking and repairing of the torsion bar shaft is caused, and the torsion bar device can be scrapped in severe cases, so that personnel and cost are wasted.

(3) Without a positioning device, the process precision is difficult to ensure

The phase deviation of the left and right torsion arms is large after the torsion bar shaft and the torsion arms are assembled, so that a connecting rod device cannot be installed subsequently, the torsion bar device needs to be disassembled and assembled, a large number of fasteners are scrapped, and the purpose that the process precision requirement is met through one-time assembly is difficult to achieve.

By combining the three problems, the original assembly mode causes the phenomenon of rework and time return, increases the production cost and affects the production efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the assembling device for the anti-rolling torsion bar of the bogie, which can effectively eliminate the collision damage, fully improve the operation efficiency and improve the installation and positioning precision.

The invention also provides a working method of the bogie anti-rolling torsion bar assembly device, which supports the anti-rolling torsion bar through the support tool and the torsion bar shaft end protection assembly, and assists the anti-rolling torsion bar to smoothly penetrate through the cavity through the movement and height adjustment of the support tool.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a truck anti-roll torsion bar assembly apparatus comprising:

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

The working method of the bogie anti-rolling torsion bar assembling device comprises the following steps:

the anti-rolling torsion bar D is supported through the first supporting tool A and the second supporting tool B;

a torsion bar shaft end protection component C is arranged at one end of the anti-side rolling torsion bar;

and adjusting the heights of the first supporting tool and the second supporting tool according to the position of the framework beam cavity, locking the first supporting tool, and pushing the second supporting tool to push the anti-side-rolling torsion bar, so that the cavity penetrating process of the anti-side-rolling torsion bar is gradually completed.

Example two

The embodiment provides a bogie anti-rolling torsion bar assembling system, which comprises the bogie anti-rolling torsion bar assembling device and a phase difference judging tool in the first embodiment.

Referring to fig. 6, the phase difference determining tool includes a laser emitting component, and the laser emitting component is mounted on a rotating arm at one end of the anti-roll torsion bar.

Wherein, the laser emission part is an infrared emission part and is provided with a laser pen.

The tumbler at both ends of the anti-roll torsion bar is provided with a positioning pin, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first positioning pin at one side is provided with a laser pen 16, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the tumbler at the other side can be provided with a second positioning pin, and the centers of the two positioning pins are provided with holes, so that the laser pen can be conveniently installed, and the phase difference can be conveniently judged.

A method for assembling an anti-rolling torsion bar of a bogie comprises the following steps:

assembling the anti-side-rolling torsion bar, and respectively installing rotating arms E at two ends of the anti-side-rolling torsion bar;

after the anti-side-rolling torsion bar is assembled, a first positioning pin 17 penetrates through a rotating arm on one side of the anti-side-rolling torsion bar, and a laser pen 16 is installed in an opening of the first positioning pin;

a second positioning pin 18 penetrates through the rotating arm on the other side, and an opening of the second positioning pin 18 is arranged opposite to the laser pen 16;

opening the laser pen, irradiating to the second positioning pin, and if the laser irradiates into the hole of the second positioning pin, indicating that the phase difference of the rotating arms at the two sides is zero; if not, the laser pen is turned on again for judgment after the position of the rotating arm is adjusted.
