Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 to 19, an auxiliary device for teaching and drawing for drawing spiral lines includes a scale rod 1 and a rotating rod 2 connected to the end of the scale rod 1, wherein the scale rod 1 is provided with scale marks 11;

a painting brush component 8 is arranged on the rotating rod 2;

In this embodiment, the scale rod 1 may be fixedly connected to the rotating rod 2. The scale rod 1 can also be rotatably connected with the rotating rod 2, an angle locking piece 71 is arranged at the joint of the scale rod 1 and the rotating rod 2, the angle locking piece 71 can be selected from bolts, nuts, screws and the like, and therefore the distance between the painting brush assembly 8 and the circle center pin assembly 5 can be conveniently adjusted.

The bottom end of the circle center foot component 5 and the bottom end of the supporting component 3 are positioned on the same horizontal line. In order to observe the circular scale 321 conveniently, the ruler stem 1 can be made of transparent materials. The supporting member 3 may be made of transparent material to facilitate observation of the position of the center supporting leg 52.

In this embodiment, brush 6 is mounted on brush assembly 8, which may be chalk. Firstly, referring to the scale 11, adjusting the positions of the circle center pin assembly 5 and the support assembly 3 to enable the distance between the circle center support pin 52 and the painting brush assembly 8 to be one unit, and then locking the positions of the support assembly 3 and the circle center pin assembly 5 through a support locking piece; referring to the circular scale 321, the relative position between the supporting and positioning cylinder 32 and the supporting movable head 31 is adjusted; placing the circle center foot assembly 5 and the support assembly 3 on a drawing board to be drawn (which can be a common blackboard), enabling the circle center support foot 52 to be located at the circle center position, fixing the position of the support positioning cylinder 32, and then rotating the circle center foot connecting head 51, so that the scale rod 1, the support movable head 31, the rotating rod 2 and the painting brush assembly 8 are driven to rotate by taking the circle center support foot 52 as an axis, referring to the circular scale 321, and when the circle center foot assembly and the supporting assembly rotate by 90 degrees, completing a first arc-shaped section; when the second arc-shaped section is manufactured, the distance between the circle center supporting leg 52 and the painting brush component 8 is continuously kept by one unit, the relative position between the supporting and positioning cylinder 32 and the supporting movable head 31 is adjusted, as shown in fig. 18, the fixed cylinder yielding position port 322 is positioned at the position of the right side end of the supporting and positioning cylinder 32, the circle center is kept unchanged, the circle center leg connector 51 is rotated to 90 degrees again, the second arc-shaped section is completed, and at this time, the scale rod 1 is just positioned in a state of being parallel to the fixed cylinder yielding position port 322, as shown in fig. 19; when the third arc-shaped segment is manufactured, as shown in fig. 2, one unit of the circle center leg assembly 5 (two units of the distance between the circle center supporting leg 52 and the painting brush assembly 8) needs to be moved to the right side, the position of the supporting and positioning cylinder 32 is fixed, the supporting and locking member 33 is unlocked to lock the circle center leg assembly 5, the circle center leg connector 51 is slid to drive the circle center supporting leg 52 to pass through the movable head clearance opening 311 and the fixed cylinder clearance opening 322, the scale rod 1 is extended and the scale 11 is referenced to move one unit to the right side, as shown in fig. 4, the changing track of the circle center can be observed through the separation arrangement of the circle center leg assembly 5 and the supporting assembly 3, after the circle center supporting leg 52 is moved to the right position, the supporting and positioning cylinder 32 is moved to surround the circle center leg assembly 5 through the sliding and supporting and locking member 33 is used to lock the positions of the supporting and positioning cylinder and the relative positions of the supporting and positioning cylinder 31 and 32 are adjusted, and the fixed cylinder clearance hole 322 is located at the position right in front of the supporting and positioning cylinder 32, and then the circle center pin connector 51 is rotated, so that the scale rod 1, the supporting movable head 31, the rotating rod 2 and the painting brush assembly 8 are driven to rotate by taking the circle center supporting pin 52 as the axis, the circular scale 321 is referred, and when the rotation is 90 degrees, the drawing of a third arc-shaped section is completed. The subsequent arc segments are also drawn with reference to the method described above.

In the process of drawing by adopting the embodiment, reference can be provided for the movement amount of the circle center foot component 5 through the arrangement of the scale rod, and the movement of the circle center foot component 5 can be limited. Through the setting of supporting component 3, not only can provide the reference for centre of a circle foot subassembly 3's rotation volume, still can let a centre of a circle foot subassembly 5 separate rather than, can clearly observe centre of a circle foot subassembly 5's removal orbit like this to there is a clearer understanding to Fibonacci series.

In order to reduce the friction between the circle center supporting foot 52 and the drawing board, a supporting foot ball 521 may be disposed at the bottom end of the circle center supporting foot 52 in a rolling manner.

In order to realize the rotatable connection between the supporting movable head 31 and the supporting positioning cylinder 32, the supporting movable head 31 further has a movable head connecting section 319 capable of being connected to the bottom ends of the two supporting movable sliding blocks 315, a positioning cylinder connecting groove 324 with a small opening and a large inner cavity can be formed at the top end of the supporting positioning cylinder 32, and a positioning cylinder connecting head 325 capable of being rotatably matched with the positioning cylinder connecting groove 324 is connected to the bottom end of the movable head connecting section 319.

To facilitate rotation of the circle center pin assembly 5, a circle center pin handle 53 may be connected to the top end of the circle center pin connector 51.

In order to fix the support positioning cylinder 32, a positioning cylinder anti-slip ring 323 may be provided on the outer surface of the support positioning cylinder 32.

In order to realize the movable connection between the circle center foot connector 51 and the scale rod 1 and the movable connection between the support movable head 31 and the scale rod 1, preferably, the middle part of the scale rod 1 is provided with a scale strip-shaped opening 12;

the circle center pin connector 51 is provided with a circle center pin sliding block 512 which can be in sliding fit with the scale strip-shaped opening 12, two sides of the circle center pin sliding block 512 are provided with an upper circle center pin sliding plate 513 which can be in sliding fit with the top end of the scale rod 1, and the circle center connecting hole 511 is formed in the upper circle center pin sliding plate 513;

the supporting movable head 31 is provided with two supporting movable sliding blocks 315 which can be respectively matched with two sides of the scale rod 1, each supporting movable sliding block 315 is provided with a movable head notch 312 which can be matched with the circle center foot sliding plate 513 in a putting mode, the supporting movable head 31 is further provided with a supporting locking cavity 313 which penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the supporting movable head 31 and is communicated with the movable head notch 312, and the supporting movable head 31 is further provided with a locking limiting groove 314 communicated with the supporting locking cavity 313;

the supporting and locking member 33 includes a supporting and locking rod 331 capable of penetrating through the supporting and locking cavity 313, a locking and limiting ring 332 disposed in the locking and limiting groove 314 is disposed on the supporting and locking rod 331, a locking abutting head 333 is disposed at the top end of the supporting and locking rod 331, the supporting and locking member 33 further includes a locking elastic member 334 disposed in the locking and limiting groove 314, and the upper and lower ends of the locking elastic member 334 respectively act on the groove wall of the locking and limiting groove 314 and the top end of the locking and limiting ring 332, so that: the locking abutting head 333 abuts on the supporting movable head 31, and the lower end part of the supporting locking rod 331 can be positioned in the center connecting hole 511.

In this embodiment, the circle center foot sliding block 512 is engaged with the scale bar-shaped opening 12, so that the circle center foot assembly 5 can be moved along the scale rod 1 conveniently, and the circle center foot assembly 5 can be clamped and positioned to some extent. Through the clamping cooperation of supporting movable slider 315 and scale pole 1 both ends, both can be convenient for remove supporting component 3 along scale pole 1, can have certain joint positioning action to supporting component 3 again.

The movable head 31 and the circle center pin connector 51 can be conveniently locked and supported by matching the movable head notch 312 with the circle center pin sliding plate 513. When locking, the positions of the circle center pin connector 51 and the support movable head 31 are adjusted, so that the support locking cavity 313 is opposite to the circle center connecting hole 511, the lower end part of the support locking rod 331 is abutted in the circle center connecting hole 511 under the action of the locking elastic piece 334, downward pressure can be applied to the circle center pin connector 51, and the stability of connection of the circle center pin assembly 5 and the scale rod 1 is improved. When the unlocking is needed, the supporting locking rod 331 is pulled upwards until the supporting locking rod exits the circle center connecting hole 511. The locking limiting groove 314 is matched with the locking limiting ring 332 to limit the up-and-down movement of the supporting locking rod 331.

To facilitate locking the elevated height position of support lock bar 331, the lower end 335 of support lock bar 331 may be threadably coupled to the lower end 318 of support lock chamber 313.

In order to further improve the stability of the clamping fit between the circle center foot connector 51 and the scale rod 1, preferably, lower circle center foot sliding plates 514 capable of being matched with the bottom end of the scale rod 1 are further arranged on two sides of the circle center foot sliding block 512.

In order to further improve the stability of the clamping fit between the supporting movable head 31 and the scale bar 1, preferably, the supporting movable sliding block 315 is provided with a concave movable sliding block limiting groove 316;

the scale rod 1 is provided with a scale limiting bulge 13 which can be matched with the movable slide block limiting groove 316 in an embedded mode.

In order to fix the supporting and positioning cylinder 32, preferably, the supporting and positioning cylinder 32 includes a supporting cylinder section 34 and a supporting and positioning section 35 connected to the supporting cylinder section 34, and the supporting and positioning section 35 has at least two fixing assemblies 4.

In this embodiment, if the fixing member 4 is applied to a drawing board having metal, the fixing member 4 may be a magnet, and as shown in fig. 6, three fixing members may be provided, and the three fixing members 4 are distributed along the bottom end of the supporting and positioning section 35. The position of the positioning cylinder 32 can be fixed and supported directly by placing the fixing member 4 on the drawing board.

If the fixing component is applied to a common drawing board, preferably, the fixing component 4 includes an adsorption cylinder 41 and a suction cup 42 connected to the bottom end of the adsorption cylinder 41, axial guide slots 411 communicated with the inner cavity of the adsorption cylinder 41 are correspondingly formed on two sides of the adsorption cylinder 41, an adsorption supporting disc 43 is arranged in the adsorption cylinder 41 in a manner of being capable of moving up and down, guide pins 46 capable of respectively passing through the axial guide slots 411 are arranged on two sides of the adsorption supporting disc 43, and the bottom end of the adsorption supporting disc 43 is connected with a piston 45 capable of being matched with the adsorption cylinder 41 through a supporting connecting rod 47;

the fixing assembly 4 further includes a support ring 49 capable of screw-fitting with the adsorption cylinder 41 and acting as the guide pin 46.

When the drawing board is applied, the movable suction cup 42 is contacted with the drawing board, and the suction cup 42 can be adsorbed on the drawing board. After the positions of the circle center foot assembly 5 and the supporting assembly 3 are adjusted, the supporting ring 49 is manually rotated, the supporting ring 49 rotates and performs threaded motion with the adsorption cylinder 41, the supporting ring 49 moves towards the direction close to the supporting cylinder section 34, the supporting ring 49 moves to drive the guide pin 46 to move, the guide pin 46 drives the adsorption supporting plate 43 to move, the adsorption supporting plate 43 drives the piston 45 to slide in the adsorption cylinder 41, negative pressure is formed between the sucker 42 and the blackboard, and the adsorption force of the sucker 42 is further improved. When it is desired to adjust the position of the support assembly 3 again, the support ring 49 is reversed, so that the piston 45 is reset and the support assembly 3 can be easily moved.

Preferably, a bellows 44 connected to the top end of the adsorption support disk 43 is further disposed in the adsorption cylinder 41.

In this embodiment, the bellows 44 can improve the vertical movement stability of the adsorption support tray 43.

In order to reduce friction between the guide pin 46 and the support ring 49, it is preferable that the bottom end of the guide pin 46 is further provided with a guide pin protrusion 48 having a hemispherical shape, and the bottom end of the guide pin protrusion 48 is in rolling contact with the top end of the support ring 49.

In order to adjust the height position of the supporting and positioning section 35 relative to the supporting cylinder section 34, preferably, the supporting and positioning section 35 is connected to the bottom end of the supporting cylinder section 34, and the supporting cylinder section 34 is in threaded connection with the supporting cylinder section 34.

In this embodiment, when the supporting component 3 needs to be fixed, the bottom ends of the supporting and positioning sections 35 and the bottom ends of the circle center supporting feet 52 can be located on the same horizontal line; when it is necessary to move the supporting component 3, the bottom end of the supporting and positioning section 35 can be slightly higher than the bottom end of the circle center supporting foot 52.

In order to facilitate the control of the height position of the supporting and positioning section 35 relative to the supporting cylinder section 34, an inward concave cylinder section thread groove 342 is formed on the inner wall surface of the lower end part of the supporting cylinder section 34, and a cylinder section anti-drop ring 343 is further extended inwards from the bottom end of the supporting cylinder section 34; the support positioning section 35 has a positioning section threaded projection 351 capable of being threadedly coupled to the barrel section threaded groove 342.

Preferably, a circumferential limiting member 341 is connected to the top end of the supporting cylinder section 34 in a vertically slidable manner;

the lower end of the supporting movable head 31 is provided with a movable head circumferential limiting groove 317 capable of being matched with the circumferential limiting member 341, and the movable head circumferential limiting groove 317 penetrates through the bottom end of the supporting movable head 31.

In this embodiment, after the positioning section 35 is fixed and the position of the circle center pin assembly 5 needs to be adjusted, in order to prevent the movable head 31, the circle center pin connector 51 and the scale bar 1 from rotating under the action of their own weights, the circumferential position-limiting member 341 may be moved, so that the circumferential position-limiting member 341 enters the movable head circumferential position-limiting groove 317, and thus, the circumferential position of the movable head 31 may be locked. Thus, the moving track of the circle center supporting foot 52 can be observed only by moving the circle center foot assembly 5 along the scale rod 1.

The top end of the supporting cylinder section 34 is provided with a limiting member clamping groove 346, the circumferential limiting member 341 is clamped in the limiting member clamping groove 346, the circumferential limiting member 341 has a limiting member upper pull head 343, when the circumferential limiting member 341 is clamped at the bottommost of the limiting member clamping groove 346, the limiting member upper pull head 343 protrudes out of the top end of the supporting cylinder section 34, the circumferential limiting member 341 also has a limiting member gap 344 corresponding to the limiting member upper pull head 343, and the limiting member gap 344 can be shifted to support the normal rotation of the movable head 31. To facilitate moving up the stopper upper slider 343, an upper pull notch 345 may be provided in the stopper upper slider 343.

Preferably, the brush assembly 8 comprises a brush outer barrel 81, the brush outer barrel 81 is provided with a hollow brush mounting cavity 813, the brush mounting cavity 813 penetrates through the bottom end of the brush outer barrel 81, and the top end of the brush outer barrel 81 is provided with an upper outer barrel opening 812 communicated with the brush mounting cavity 813;

In this embodiment, when replacing the painting brush 6, the clamping sleeve 84 is pushed by the painting brush inner barrel 82 to extend out of the painting brush outer barrel 81, the two clamping sleeves 84 are in an expansion state due to the fact that the tightening effect of the painting brush outer barrel 81 is lost, the painting brush 6 is placed at the clamping groove 841, the painting brush inner barrel 82 is loosened, the painting brush elastic piece 83 resets, so that the two clamping sleeves 84 move into the painting brush outer barrel 81, the painting brush outer barrel 81 extrudes the clamping sleeves 84, and therefore the chalk 6 can be fixed, and the chalk 6 can be replaced more conveniently.

To improve the convenience of moving the brush inner cylinder 82, an inner cylinder pressing member 822 may be provided at the top end of the brush inner cylinder 82.

When the painting brush 6 is made of chalk, the painting brush preferably further comprises a dust suction assembly 9;

the bottom of painting brush urceolus 81 cup joints corrugated cover 85, the lateral wall of corrugated cover 85 passes through hose 91 and dust absorption subassembly 9 intercommunication.

In this embodiment, the dust generated by brush 6 is collected in bellows 85, and when suction assembly 9 is activated, it can be drawn out through hose 91.

In order to fix the hose 91, the rotating rod 2 can be fixedly provided with a snap ring 24, and the hose 91 is clamped in the snap ring 24. The hose 91 is fixed by providing the snap ring 24.

The hose 91 communicates with a dust box 92.

During the application, start air pump 93, air pump 93 starts the interior air of suction dust-collecting box 92 for form the negative pressure in the dust-collecting box 92, make the dust that produces when hose 91 is to the painting brush suction, and then make the dust follow hose 91 get into dust-collecting box 92 in, and then avoid the dust to diffuse and cause the injury to the human body. Dust entering the dust collection box 92 is filtered by the filter cover 95 and stays in the dust collection box 92, after the filter cover 95 is blocked, the air pump 93 pumps to enable the filter cover 95 to move towards the air pump 93, the elastic rope 98 is stretched, when the air pump 93 stops pumping, the elastic action of the elastic rope 98 enables the filter cover 95 to move towards the direction far away from the air pump 93, the limiting pin 97 on the filter cover 95 slides in the mounting groove 96 and collides with the suction pipe 94 to vibrate so that dust falls off, the filter cover 95 can be prevented from being blocked, and the dust collection efficiency is ensured.
