In the prior art, after the elevator hardware is installed on the elevator, the elevator hardware is subjected to offline verification through an elevator control system, however, in the practical application process, on one hand, the method cannot prevent the elevator hardware from being stolen or used (for example, old parts of original manufacturers are used for replacing the existing new parts, and the new parts are used to other places), and meanwhile, after the hardware information of the elevator hardware is illegally copied, the elevator control system cannot effectively identify the illegal property of the currently installed elevator hardware, so that the loss of the elevator manufacturers is greatly improved, the safety of the elevator is reduced, the failure rate of the elevator is improved, and the user experience is reduced.

In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention realizes the traceability and validity verification of each elevator hardware by adopting an off-line and cloud-based dual verification mode, and each elevator hardware is registered when leaving a factory in a specific implementation process.

For example, in one embodiment, for a newly installed elevator, its elevator hardware is pre-registered prior to production of the completed package, e.g., each elevator hardware is registered in a cloud server. The cloud server monitors whether a registration request of the elevator hardware is acquired in real time, for example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the registration request of the elevator hardware is directly sent to the cloud server by a manager of an elevator manufacturer, and each elevator hardware may be registered in the cloud server through a manufacturer management terminal (a personal computer, a handheld terminal, a dedicated terminal, etc.), for example. After acquiring the registration request, the cloud server acquires first related information of the elevator hardware, for example, the first related information includes information such as a hardware code of the elevator hardware and an elevator code of an elevator to be installed, and generates corresponding registration information according to the first related information, for example, the corresponding registration information may be generated based on a preset encryption algorithm in combination with the first related information.

In a possible implementation manner, the cloud server may perform corresponding feedback according to various verification results of the elevator hardware, for example, in a case that the verification result of the elevator hardware is that the binding is successful, store the first associated information of the elevator hardware in a bound state, and feed back the verification result that the binding is successful to the elevator, after the elevator acquires the verification result, store the hardware information of the elevator hardware in the memory, and execute a corresponding elevator operation according to a control instruction of the elevator control system, for example, control the elevator hardware to execute a corresponding control operation according to the control instruction.

In another embodiment, the elevator acquires the alarm information fed back by the cloud server, for example, the cloud server detects that the elevator hardware is illegal hardware, so that access to the elevator hardware is denied (at this time, the elevator cannot normally operate), and corresponding alarm feedback operation is executed, for example, alarm feedback information of illegal hardware or hardware loss is prompted to field maintenance personnel through an elevator control system, so that the legality and reliability of each elevator hardware are ensured, the use safety of the elevator is effectively ensured, the failure rate is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

Further, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a safety protection method for elevator hardware, which is applied to an elevator, where the elevator is connected to a cloud server, and the method includes:

s10) hardware information of the elevator hardware is obtained;

s20) judging whether the hardware information is legal information;

s30) obtaining elevator attribute information under the condition that the hardware information is legal information, and generating a binding request of elevator hardware based on the elevator attribute information and the hardware information;

s40) sending the binding request to the cloud server;

s50) obtaining feedback information of the cloud server based on the binding request, and executing safety protection operation on the elevator hardware based on the feedback information.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: after the hardware information is acquired, judging whether the hardware information of newly configured elevator hardware exists or not; and judging whether the hardware information of the newly configured elevator hardware is legal information or not under the condition that the hardware information of the newly configured elevator hardware exists.

In an embodiment of the present invention, said performing a safety protection operation on said elevator hardware based on said feedback information comprises: under the condition that the feedback information is successfully bound, storing the hardware information and executing corresponding elevator operation; executing corresponding prompt feedback operation under the condition that the feedback information is prompt information; and if the feedback information is alarm information, refusing to access the elevator hardware and executing corresponding alarm feedback operation.

The following describes a safety protection device for elevator hardware according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 4, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a security protection device for elevator hardware, which is applied to a cloud server, where the cloud server is connected to an elevator, and the device includes: the first judgment unit is used for judging whether a registration request of elevator hardware is acquired; the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring first associated information of the elevator hardware under the condition of acquiring the registration request; the registration unit is used for generating corresponding registration information based on the first associated information; the second judgment unit is used for judging whether a binding request of the elevator hardware is acquired or not, and the binding request is generated based on second associated information of the elevator hardware; the verification unit is used for verifying the binding request based on the registration information under the condition that the binding request is obtained; and the protection unit is used for executing safety protection operation on the elevator hardware based on the verification result.

Further, referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a safety protection device for elevator hardware, which is applied to an elevator, where the elevator is connected to a cloud server, and the device includes: the first information acquisition unit is used for acquiring hardware information of elevator hardware; the judging unit is used for judging whether the hardware information is legal information or not; the second information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the elevator attribute information under the condition that the hardware information is legal information and generating a binding request of the elevator hardware based on the elevator attribute information and the hardware information; a binding request unit, configured to send the binding request to the cloud server; and the protection unit is used for acquiring feedback information of the cloud server based on the binding request and executing safety protection operation on the elevator hardware based on the feedback information.
