1. A foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent is characterized by comprising a suspension obtained by mixing a surfactant, an antistatic agent and water, wherein the surfactant, the antistatic agent and the water are mixed according to the ratio of (0.1-0.2): (0.04-0.08): 32, are mixed.

3. The foamed concrete basalt chopped strand dispersant according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic agent is one of an antistatic agent SN, an antistatic agent TM or a PK-antistatic agent.

4. The method of using the dispersant of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

1) preparing the dispersion liquid according to claim 1, and stirring the mixed liquid for 2 to 3 minutes to prevent the suspension from showing obvious insoluble substances;

2) mixing basalt fibers and the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 1) according to a mass ratio of 5:33, and slowly stirring the mixture for 30s by using a glass rod;

3) dispersing the mixture of the fibers and the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 2) for 15min by using an ultrasonic vibration rod, or standing for 10min, and then slowly stirring for 10 min;

4) filtering the basalt fibers obtained in the step 3) by using a screen, slightly washing the basalt fibers, and cleaning foams on the basalt fibers until the surfaces of the basalt fibers have slight friction feeling;

5) stirring cement and mixing water for 2-3 min to prepare cement paste, pouring the basalt fibers cleaned in the step 4) into the cement paste, stirring at a low speed for 2min, stirring at a high speed for 10s, and standing for 1 min;

6) filling foam prepared from animal foaming liquid into the cement paste obtained in the step 5), uniformly mixing the foam and cement paste to prepare foam concrete paste with certain density after filling a proper amount of foam, and then pouring the foam concrete paste.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a fiber dispersing agent, in particular to a foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent and an application method thereof.

Background

The basalt fiber has stable chemical property and strong acid and alkali resistance, the reinforced inorganic polymer cement concrete has more excellent fracture resistance, and the basalt fiber is distributed disorderly in a three-dimensional space, so that the structure of holes of the foam concrete is changed, and the mechanical property of the foam concrete is enhanced. Due to the geometric characteristic of large slenderness ratio of basalt fibers and the surface hydrophobicity of the basalt fibers, the basalt fibers tend to agglomerate and coagulate into fiber blocks under the action of mechanical stirring force, so that the mechanical property of the foam concrete is influenced.

In the process of manufacturing the foam concrete, foam is filled into cement paste, so that the cement paste has certain complexity. If the surfactant and the antistatic agent are directly added into the mixing water and cement to be stirred according to the conventional method, the quality of cement paste is deteriorated, and the charged foam cannot stably exist in the cement paste. Therefore, in conclusion, the invention provides the basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent for the foam concrete, which can effectively disperse basalt fibers in a cement matrix, does not reduce the quality of cement paste, effectively solves some problems in the manufacturing process of basalt fiber foam concrete, and improves the performance of a composite material.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent is characterized by comprising a suspension obtained by mixing a surfactant, an antistatic agent and water, wherein the surfactant, the antistatic agent and the water are mixed according to the ratio of (0.1-0.2): (0.04-0.08): 32, are mixed.

Further, the surfactant is one of carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate or potassium polyacrylate.

Further, the antistatic agent is one of an antistatic agent SN, an antistatic agent TM or a PK-antistatic agent.

Further, the application method of the dispersing agent comprises the following steps:

1) a dispersion according to claim 1 is prepared, and the mixture is stirred for 2 to 3 minutes so that no insoluble matter is visibly observed in the suspension.

2) Mixing basalt fibers and the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 1) according to a mass ratio of 5:33, and slowly stirring the mixture for 30 seconds by using a glass rod.

3) Dispersing the mixture of the fibers and the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 2) by using an ultrasonic vibration rod for 15min, or standing for 10min, and then slowly stirring for 10 min.

4) Filtering the basalt fibers obtained in the step 3) by using a screen, slightly washing the basalt fibers, and cleaning foams on the basalt fibers until the surfaces of the basalt fibers have slight friction feeling.

5) Stirring cement and mixing water for 2-3 min to prepare cement paste, pouring the basalt fibers cleaned in the step 4) into the cement paste, stirring at a low speed for 2min, stirring at a high speed for 10s, and standing for 1 min.

6) Filling foam prepared from animal foaming liquid into the cement paste obtained in the step 5), uniformly mixing the foam and cement paste to prepare foam concrete paste with certain density after filling a proper amount of foam, and then pouring the foam concrete paste.

Detailed Description

The embodiment of the invention is as follows:

a basalt foam concrete chopped fiber dispersing agent comprises a high molecular polymer dispersing agent, an antistatic agent, water, a surfactant, the antistatic agent and the water, wherein the weight ratio of the surfactant to the antistatic agent to the water is (0.1-0.2): (0.04-0.08): 32, are mixed. An application method of a foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent comprises the following steps:

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, an antistatic agent TM and water are mixed according to the weight ratio of 0.1: 0.05: 32 to obtain a dispersing agent, stirring the dispersing agent for 2-3 minutes, and mixing the basalt fibers and the dispersing agent according to a mass ratio of 5:33, stirring for 30s with a glass rod, dispersing for 15min with an ultrasonic vibrator, and slowly stirring for 10 min. And then filtering out the basalt fibers by using a screen, slightly washing the basalt fibers, washing off foams on the basalt fibers until the surface of the basalt fibers has slight friction feeling. The samples without the dispersant added under the same conditions finally measured that the mass dispersion of the basalt chopped fibers was 2.1%, 1.6%, 1.8%, 1.3%, 1.5%, 2.8%, and there was a lumping phenomenon, and the fibers could not be effectively dispersed.

Mixing sodium carboxymethylcellulose, an antistatic agent SN and water according to the weight ratio of 0.15: 0.06: 32 to obtain a dispersing agent, stirring the dispersing agent for 2-3 minutes, and mixing the basalt fibers and the dispersing agent according to a mass ratio of 5:33, stirring for 30s with a glass rod, dispersing for 15min with an ultrasonic vibrator, and slowly stirring for 10 min. Example 3

Mixing the carboxypropyl methyl cellulose, the antistatic agent PK and water according to the weight ratio of 0.12: 0.07: 32 to obtain a dispersing agent, stirring the dispersing agent for 2-3 minutes, and mixing the basalt fibers and the dispersing agent according to a mass ratio of 5:33, stirring for 30s with a glass rod, dispersing for 15min with an ultrasonic vibrator, and slowly stirring for 10 min. Example 4

Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, an antistatic agent SN and water are mixed according to the weight ratio of 0.18: 0.08: 32 to obtain a dispersing agent, stirring the dispersing agent for 2-3 minutes, and mixing the basalt fibers and the dispersing agent according to a mass ratio of 5:33, stirring for 30s with a glass rod, dispersing for 15min with an ultrasonic vibrator, and slowly stirring for 10 min. Mixing sodium polyacrylate, antistatic agent TM and water according to the weight ratio of 0.17: 0.04: 32 to obtain a dispersing agent, stirring the dispersing agent for 2-3 minutes, and mixing the basalt fibers and the dispersing agent according to a mass ratio of 5:33, stirring for 30s with a glass rod, dispersing for 15min with an ultrasonic vibrator, and slowly stirring for 10 min. Six samples are selected from different parts of the formed foam concrete added with the mixture of the basalt chopped fibers and the dispersing agent, and the measured fiber content difference is stabilized within 20 percent, so that the good dispersing effect is achieved, and the method has good application significance and prospect.
