100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 4-9 parts of plant asphalt, 9-15 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.4-1 part of warm mixing agent, 4-8 parts of talcum powder, 1-3.5 parts of zinc borate and 5-9 parts of plant oil.

The high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 9 parts of plant asphalt, 14 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.8 part of warm mixing agent, 4 parts of talcum powder, 1.2 parts of zinc borate and 5.3 parts of plant oil.

The high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 6 parts of plant asphalt, 12 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.7 part of warm mixing agent, 6.5 parts of talcum powder, 2.9 parts of zinc borate and 7.9 parts of plant oil.

The high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 7.5 parts of plant asphalt, 11 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.9 part of warm mixing agent, 7.3 parts of talcum powder, 3.1 parts of zinc borate and 5.7 parts of plant oil.

The high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein SBS comprises a star-structured SBS and a linear-structured SBS; the percentages of the SBS with the star structure, the SBS with the linear structure and the SIS are respectively 30-35%, 50-60% and 5-20%.

7. The high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the warm-mixing agent is composed of cracked polyethylene wax 50-60% by weight and stearic acid 40-50% by weight.

8. The high durability SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane as claimed in claim 6, wherein the percentages of the SBS in star structure, SBS in linear structure and SIS are 34.8%, 57.6% and 7.6% respectively.

9. The method for preparing the high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

s1, according to the parts by weight, fully heating petroleum asphalt and plant asphalt in a high-temperature oven at 150-160 ℃ to a molten state, then adding plant oil, then adding SBS, SIS, a warm-mixing agent and zinc borate, and placing the mixture in an oil bath pan;

s2: heating the mixture to 190 ℃ at the rotation speed of 500-700r/min on a high-speed shearing machine, shearing for 30min, adding talcum powder, and continuously shearing for 1.5-2h to obtain a modified mixture;

s3: cooling the modified mixture to 150-160 ℃ to obtain modified asphalt;

s4: and uniformly coating the obtained modified asphalt on the pre-soaked base course, and covering the base course with an isolating film to obtain the high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

Background

The waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product for resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a first barrier for waterproofing of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering; the product mainly comprises asphalt waterproof coiled materials and polymer waterproof coiled materials.

The SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is one of the most important and most common waterproof coiled material products with moderate price, good waterproof effect and convenient construction. However, with the requirement that the waterproof working life of the roll material in the waterproof engineering design must reach 25 years and 30 years, which are the same as the service life of the building, the traditional SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll material cannot meet the use requirement.

According to the high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, SBS comprises a star-structure SBS and a linear-structure SBS; the percentages of the SBS with the star structure, the SBS with the linear structure and the SIS are respectively 30-35%, 50-60% and 5-20%.

s2: heating the mixture to 190 ℃ at the rotation speed of 500-700r/min on a high-speed shearing machine, shearing for 30min, adding talcum powder, and continuously shearing for 1.5-2h to obtain a modified mixture;

s3: cooling the modified mixture to 150-160 ℃ to obtain modified asphalt;

s4: and uniformly coating the obtained modified asphalt on the pre-soaked base course, and covering the base course with an isolating film to obtain the high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adds SBS and SIS with linear and star structures, and modifies asphalt according to different proportion, which can improve the high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, and other properties of modified asphalt coating material, and optimizes the proportion of SBS and SIS, to make the added SBS and SIS appropriate, to save material cost, and the production process is easy to control, and the durability index can meet the requirement

The following examples are given to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Example 1:

the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 5 parts of plant asphalt, 10 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.6 part of warm mixing agent, 7 parts of talcum powder, 2.5 parts of zinc borate and 7 parts of plant oil.

Example 2:

the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 9 parts of plant asphalt, 14 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.8 part of warm mixing agent, 4 parts of talcum powder, 1.2 parts of zinc borate and 5.3 parts of plant oil.

Example 3:

the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 6 parts of plant asphalt, 12 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.7 part of warm mixing agent, 6.5 parts of talcum powder, 2.9 parts of zinc borate and 7.9 parts of plant oil.

Example 4:

the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 7.5 parts of plant asphalt, 11 parts of SBS and SIS, 0.9 part of warm mixing agent, 7.3 parts of talcum powder, 3.1 parts of zinc borate and 5.7 parts of plant oil.

In examples 1 to 4, the warm-mix agents were each composed of 55% by weight of a cracked polyethylene wax and 45% by weight of stearic acid;

in examples 1-4, the vegetable oil is peanut oil, soybean oil, linseed oil, castor oil, rapeseed oil in any proportions;

in examples 1 to 4, the petroleum asphalt was 90# petroleum asphalt;

in examples 1 to 4, the percentages of the SBS in a star structure, the SBS in a linear structure and the SIS are 34.8%, 57.6% and 7.6%, respectively;

in examples 1 to 4, the preparation methods were all as follows:

The tests carried out on the high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membranes prepared in examples 1-4 gave the following data:

from the data, the high-durability SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material disclosed by the invention is excellent in basic performance and meets the requirements of GB18242-2008 elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
