1. A novel drainer is characterized by comprising:

the body is provided with a drainage channel, and a valve port is arranged on the drainage channel;

the water stop piece is movably arranged below the valve port and is matched with the valve port in an opening and closing manner;

the surface cover is arranged above the valve port and is in transmission fit with the water stop piece;

the driving component is in transmission fit with the water stopping piece so as to drive the water stopping piece to move between positions for opening or closing the valve port;

the driving component drives the water stopping piece to move in a direction far away from the valve port so as to open the valve port, and simultaneously drives the face cover to move in a direction close to the valve port; the driving component drives the water stop piece to move towards the direction close to the valve port so as to close the valve port, and simultaneously drives the face cover to move towards the direction far away from the valve port.

2. The novel drainer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive assembly is a spring-loaded assembly, and pressing the face cover can drive the spring-loaded assembly to switch between a compressed state and a released state.

The novel drainer as claimed in claim 1, wherein two ends of the water stop are respectively connected with the face cover and the driving assembly in an abutting transmission fit; or the water stop piece is arranged on the driving component, and the surface cover is in butt transmission fit with the driving component.

9. A basin comprising a novel drainer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the basin having an overflow passage, the body having an overflow aperture communicating between the overflow passage and the drain passage.

The invention relates to the field of bathrooms, in particular to a novel drainer and a basin.

Background

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water stop member a of the conventional drainer is arranged above the valve port B, the water stop member a moves from top to bottom to stop water and discharges water from bottom to top, the water stop member a of the water sealing mode can be directly contacted with impurities in sewage, and therefore the sewage easily entangles the water stop member like hair to influence the water sealing effect, and meanwhile, the hair is not easily taken down after being entangled, so that the use experience of a user is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a novel drainer and a basin, wherein a water stopping piece of the drainer is arranged below a valve port, the water stopping piece moves from top to bottom to drain water and moves from bottom to top to stop water, and the water stopping piece is not easy to directly contact with impurities in sewage in a water stopping mode, so that the water stopping piece is not easy to be entangled by dirt such as hair and the like, and the water stopping effect is ensured.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a novel drainer, comprising:

the body is provided with a drainage channel, and a valve port is arranged on the drainage channel;

the water stop piece is movably arranged below the valve port and is matched with the valve port in an opening and closing manner;

the surface cover is arranged above the valve port and is in transmission fit with the water stop piece;

the driving component is in transmission fit with the water stopping piece so as to drive the water stopping piece to move between positions for opening or closing the valve port;

the driving component drives the water stopping piece to move in a direction far away from the valve port so as to open the valve port, and simultaneously drives the face cover to move in a direction close to the valve port; the driving component drives the water stop piece to move towards the direction close to the valve port so as to close the valve port, and simultaneously drives the face cover to move towards the direction far away from the valve port.

Preferably, the driving assembly is an elastic pressing assembly, and pressing the face cover can drive the elastic pressing assembly to switch between a compression state and a release state.

Preferably, the spring pressing component is a heart-shaped track bouncing structure or a gear rotating structure.

Preferably, a mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the drainage channel, one end of the pressing elastic component abuts against the mounting seat, and the other end of the pressing elastic component abuts against the water stop piece or the face cover.

Preferably, the valve further comprises a connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through the valve port, and the water stop piece and the face cover are respectively located at two ends of the connecting rod.

Preferably, the connecting rod and the water stop piece are integrally formed, or the connecting rod and the face cover are integrally formed.

Preferably, two ends of the water stop piece are respectively abutted with the face cover and the driving assembly for transmission fit; or the water stop piece is arranged on the driving component, and the surface cover is in butt transmission fit with the driving component.

The invention further provides a wash basin which comprises the novel drainer, the wash basin is provided with an overflow channel, and the body is provided with an overflow port communicated with the overflow channel and the drainage channel.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Example 1:

wherein, the driving assembly 40 drives the water stop 20 to move away from the valve port 12 to open the valve port 12, and simultaneously drives the face cover 30 to move close to the valve port 12; the driving assembly 40 drives the water stop 20 to move toward the valve port 12 to close the valve port 12, and drives the face cover 30 to move away from the valve port 12.

as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the invention further provides a basin 70, which includes the novel drainer, the basin 70 is provided with an overflow channel, and the body 10 is provided with an overflow port 13 communicating the overflow channel and the drainage channel 11.

In this embodiment, the basin 70 is provided with a mounting hole 71, when the water stop member 20 opens the valve port 12, a distance between the face cover 30 and the mounting hole 71 is H1, and when the water stop member 20 closes the valve port 12, a distance between the face cover 30 and the mounting hole 71 is H2, where H1 is smaller than H2, and since the distance between the face cover 30 and the mounting hole 71 is smaller and the attachment degree with the basin 70 is better when the drainer is opened, the overall appearance becomes more beautiful, and meanwhile, a smaller distance can filter large dirt to prevent the drainer from being blocked.

Example 2:

as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the main difference between the present embodiment and the above embodiments is that the face cover 30 of the present embodiment includes a decoration cover 31 and a filter 32, the connecting rod 60 is integrally formed with the decoration cover 31, the decoration cover 31 is separately formed from the filter 32, and the filter 32 is sleeved on the connecting rod 60 and located below the decoration cover 31.

Other parts not described above are consistent with the above embodiments and are not described again.

Example 3:

as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the main difference between the present embodiment and the second embodiment is that the filter mesh 32 of the present embodiment is integrally formed with the decorative cover 31 and is located below the decorative cover 31.

Example 4:

as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the main difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the water stop member 20 of the present embodiment is an independently formed water stop disc, the water stop member 20 is in contact transmission engagement with the driving assembly 40, and the connecting rod 60 is integrally formed with the water stop member 20.
