5. A construction method of a double-deck structural floor slab as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:

s1, binding steel bars of a lower-layer structural plate and a plate edge structural beam;

s2, pouring concrete of the lower-layer structural slab and concrete at the lower part of the slab edge structural beam;

s3, paving a polystyrene board on the lower-layer structural board;

s4, binding steel bars of the upper-layer structural plate above the polystyrene board;

and S5, pouring concrete of the upper-layer structural slab and concrete at the upper part of the slab edge structural beam.

6. The method of constructing a floor slab having a double structure according to claim 5, wherein the polystyrene board is laid after the initial setting of the concrete of the lower structural slab is achieved in step S3.

Background

In the design and construction of a concrete structure, due to various reasons, the condition that a double-layer structure floor slab needs to be made is often met, a space of about 400mm is reserved in the middle of the double-layer structure floor slab in a general processing scheme, the space is used for supporting a formwork of an upper-layer floor slab, and after a lower-layer floor slab is constructed, the formwork of the upper-layer floor slab, steel bars are bound, concrete is poured and the like. Above conventional processing scheme leads to the template system of upper floor to be difficult to demolish, and the construction is troublesome, also has certain influence to the use of later stage structure, and is great to the clear high influence of structure of lower floor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a double-layer structure floor slab and a construction method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the construction is influenced because a template system of an upper layer floor slab in the double-layer floor slab is difficult to remove.

s4, binding steel bars of the upper-layer structural plate above the polystyrene board;

and S5, pouring concrete of the upper-layer structural slab and concrete at the upper part of the slab edge structural beam.

As a further alternative, in step S3, after the concrete of the lower structural slab reaches initial setting, polystyrene boards are laid.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the polyphenyl board is used as filling material and is used as a template of upper-layer structural board concrete, the structure of a double-layer structural floor slab and a simplified method are provided, the polyphenyl board is used as a filling material and a template of the upper-layer structural board concrete, the conventional construction of a wooden template at the position can be cancelled, the space height of the position can be less than 200mm, the influence on the net height of a lower-layer structure is small, the problems that the template system of the conventional construction structure is complex and difficult to remove are solved, the floor slab structure is simple and convenient to construct, economical and saving, and the influence on the net height of the lower-layer structure is small.

and S5, pouring concrete of the upper-layer structural slab 1 and concrete on the upper part of the slab edge structural beam 3, namely post-pouring concrete 6.
