The novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit of claim 2, wherein the mounting base (200) is provided with a sealing element (300) at the concave platform (220) when being mounted with the refrigerator body (500), and the sealing element (300) is of an integral structure and is sleeved on the periphery of the convex platform (210).

A novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit as claimed in claim 3 further comprising a support frame (400), wherein the support frame (400) is of a surrounding frame structure, the support frame (400) is fixed on the refrigerator body (500) when in use, and the mounting base (200) is fixed on the support frame (400).

5. The novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit of claim 4, wherein a fixing table (410) corresponding to the sealing element (300) is arranged above the supporting frame (400), and limit baffles (420) are arranged at four corners of the fixing table (410).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration of refrigerators, in particular to a novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit.

Background

With the continuous development of economy, the living standard of people is continuously improved, the demands of people on quick-frozen foods, fresh and healthy natural drinks are continuously increased, and meanwhile, consumers pay more attention to the safety problem of the foods. Commercial refrigerators are of self-evident importance in the storage of food as an integral part of the food cold chain.

Most parts of the existing refrigeration unit are arranged above a refrigerator body, an evaporator is arranged in a refrigerator, the refrigeration unit can only be half assembled, and the refrigeration unit cannot be directly assembled on a secondary line and vacuumized and filled with a refrigerant, so that the production efficiency of the primary line is seriously influenced. The refrigerator has a refrigeration fault in the market at the later stage, the existing refrigeration unit usually needs to be operated directly at the top of the refrigerator, is limited by maintenance space and places, sometimes needs to be changed for a customer, and is returned to the customer after the faulty refrigerator is maintained, so that the maintenance cost and the transportation cost in the whole process are high, and the loss of the customer is very large.

Therefore, a novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit is provided to solve the problems in the prior art, and the refrigeration unit has great significance for application and popularization.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an object of the present application is to provide a novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit to improve the production efficiency of the refrigeration unit and the convenience of refrigerator maintenance.

In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides the following technical solutions.

A novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and an installation base, wherein the compressor, the condenser and the evaporator are of an integrated structure;

the compressor and the condenser are arranged above the mounting base, the evaporator is arranged below the mounting base, and a foaming layer is arranged in the mounting base;

and sealing structures are arranged around the mounting base to prevent the loss of cold in the refrigerator after the refrigeration unit is mounted.

Preferably, a boss is arranged below the mounting base, and concave platforms are arranged around the lower side of the mounting base.

Preferably, a sealing element is arranged at the concave station when the installation base and the box body are installed, and the sealing element is of an integral structure and is sleeved on the periphery of the boss.

Preferably, this refrigeration unit still includes the support frame, and the support frame is for enclosing frame structure, fixes on the box during the support frame use, and the installation base is fixed on the support frame.

3) according to the invention, a sealing connection structure is adopted among the mounting base, the supporting frame and the box body, an upper clamping groove, a lower clamping groove and a fixed platform are arranged on the supporting frame, so that the mounting base and the supporting frame are clamped and fixed, a sealing element is arranged on the fixed platform, so that the mounting base and the supporting frame are sealed and fixed, a foaming layer is arranged between the mounting base and the box body, and a special sealing structure design is adopted at a joint, so that the cold quantity in the storage is greatly prevented from leaking from a connection gap.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a novel commercial refrigerator refrigeration unit comprises a compressor 110, a condenser 120, an evaporator 130 and a mounting base 200, wherein the compressor 110, the condenser 120 and the evaporator 130 are of an integrated structure.

The compressor 110 and the condenser 120 are disposed above the mounting base 200, the evaporator 130 is disposed below the mounting base 200, and a foaming layer is disposed in the mounting base 200.

And sealing structures are arranged around the mounting base 200 to prevent the loss of cold in the refrigerator after the refrigeration unit is mounted.

A boss 210 is arranged below the mounting base 200, and a concave table 220 is arranged around the lower part of the mounting base 200.

When the installation base 200 and the box body 500 are installed, a sealing element 300 is arranged at the position of the concave table 220, and the sealing element 300 is of an integral structure and is sleeved on the periphery of the boss 210.
