Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a belt pulley device of a washing machine and a drum washing machine, which not only can realize the tightening operation of a belt after a belt pulley and a belt contact surface are worn and slipped or the belt is loosened, but also can improve the stress balance effect when the belt is tightened, and can reduce the integral quality on the basis of improving the strength of the belt pulley.

The invention provides the following technical scheme:

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the belt pulley device for a washing machine in this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, in order to improve the stability effect of the top block 4, two sets of driving rings 6 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the top block 4, and the two sets of driving rings 6 can be synchronously rotated by the two sets of driving motors 8 to drive the top block 4 to be ejected out of the through hole 5 along the radial direction, so that the first thread grooves on two sides of the top block 4 realize the balanced support for the top block 4, and only when the two sets of driving rings 6 are synchronously rotated, the top block 4 can be ejected, thereby avoiding the displacement phenomenon of the top block 4 caused by the mis-rotation of one set of driving rings 6 when the conveying belt is ejected.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the belt pulley device for a washing machine in the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that two sets of top blocks 4 of a rim 1 are arranged side by side, so as to improve the top pressure contact effect of the top blocks 4 and a conveying belt, and a spring 14 for pressing the end of the top block 4 is further fixed on a reinforcing plate 11, so as to buffer a part of pressure on a first thread groove body, and a supporting plate 15 between the two sets of top blocks 4 is added between the reinforcing plate 11 and the rim 1, so as to further improve the connection strength between the rim 1 and a wheel disc 3.

Example 4

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, in the present embodiment, the difference from embodiment 2 is that the top block 4 of the rim 1 is provided with two sets arranged side by side, so as to improve the top pressure contact effect of the top block 4 and the conveying belt, and the reinforcing plate 11 is further fixed with a spring 14 for pressing the end of the top block 4, so as to buffer a part of the pressure on the first thread groove body, and a supporting plate 15 between the two sets of top blocks 4 is added between the reinforcing plate 11 and the rim 1, so as to further improve the connection strength between the rim 1 and the wheel disc 3.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when a belt pulley and a belt contact surface are abraded and slipped or the belt is loosened, the driving motor 8 can be started, the driving wheel connected with the driving motor 8 is meshed with the outer gear ring, so that the driving ring 6 is driven to rotate relative to the wheel rim 1, the side surface of the driving ring 6 is provided with a planar first thread groove, the side wall of the top block 4 is provided with a second thread groove in threaded connection with the first thread groove, when the driving ring 6 rotates, the top block 4 can be pushed out of the wheel rim 1 along the radial direction under the pushing of the groove body of the first thread groove due to the limiting of the through hole, the top end of the top block 4 protrudes out of the outer side of the wheel rim 1 and is pressed on the conveying belt, the effect of pressing and supporting the conveying belt can be achieved, the static pressure between the conveying belt and the conveying belt is increased, and the slipping phenomenon between the conveying belt and the belt pulley is avoided; the groove body of the first thread groove is also used for stably supporting the jacking blocks 4 to provide stable jacking force for the jacking blocks 4, so that the stress balance effect when the belt is tightened can be improved, the driving ring 6 is adopted to realize synchronous movement positioning of a plurality of groups of jacking blocks 4, and the overall quality can be greatly reduced on the basis of ensuring the strength of the belt pulley.
