Background

In the papermaking process, the formed wet paper needs to be squeezed and dewatered by a press part, and whether the horizontal line pressure of each point of a press area of a press roll is consistent or not is an important influence factor for determining whether the horizontal moisture and the thickness of the paper are uniform or not. Generally, a paper mill is required to carry a professional pressure detection instrument by a manufacturer equipment maintainer for performing a nip pressure test, and the test is complicated and high in cost.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a device for conveniently and quickly detecting the pressure of the cross web of the press roll nip.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a device for detecting the pressure of a banner nip between compression rollers, wherein the two sides of the nip of the compression rollers are respectively an operation side and a transmission side, the operation side is provided with a paper winder, the transmission side is provided with a paper shaft, and the paper winder is parallel to the paper shaft;

Referring to fig. 1-3, according to the device for detecting the pressure of the banner nip between the press rolls 4, two sides of the nip of the press roll 4 are an operating side and a transmission side respectively, the operating side is provided with a paper winder 1, the transmission side is provided with a paper shaft 2, and the paper winder 1 is parallel to the paper shaft 2.

The two press rollers 4 are arranged up and down, and the two press rollers 4 apply force to and extrude the paper in the middle. The central axes of the paper winder 1 and the paper shaft 2 are perpendicular to the central axis of the press roller 4. The paper winder 1 and the paper shaft 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the press roller 4.

The paper roll 2 is wrapped by the triple paper 21, the triple paper 21 is fixed with an auxiliary device, and the paper winder 1 is provided with an auxiliary fixing device. The auxiliary device is used for being connected with the auxiliary fixing device. The triplex paper 21 is a stylus type printing paper. The auxiliary device can be a telescopic or other device fixed with the triple paper 21 for realizing traction. The auxiliary fixing device can be a hook for connecting the auxiliary device with the auxiliary fixing device. After the auxiliary device is connected, the paper winder 1 rotates to pull and spread the three-link paper 21 wrapped on the paper shaft 2 to the nip through the pulling of the auxiliary device.

As an embodiment, the length of the auxiliary device is at least the longitudinal length of the press roll 4.

A traction device 3 is also provided, said traction device 3 comprising a sliding shaft 31 parallel to the central axis of said pressure roller 4 and a sliding block 32 sliding along said sliding shaft 31. The auxiliary device is movably connected with the sliding block 32, and the sliding block 32 draws the fixing device to move towards the paper winder 1.

The sliding shaft 31 is parallel to the press roll 4 and may in particular be arranged in the nip plane 8. The slide block 32 is moved left and right along the slide shaft 31. The sliding block 32 may be provided with fixing means such as hooks, the auxiliary means may be connected to the sliding block 32 by the fixing means, and the sliding block 32 pulls the auxiliary means to move toward the sheet winder 1.

The press rolls 4 pressed up and down are separated, i.e. the nip is opened. The auxiliary device is connected with the auxiliary fixing device, the paper winder 1 rolls, the auxiliary device drives the triple paper 21 to be spread out in the press area, the press rollers 4 on the upper side and the lower side are folded to extrude the triple paper 21, and the second page of the triple paper 21 leaves an impression of the press rollers 4. And indirectly acquiring the pressing position and the pressing strength of the pressing roller 4 according to the indentation of the second page of the three-link paper 21, and judging whether the pressure of the pressing roller 4 is uniform.

Preferably, the cleaning device 5 is further included, and the cleaning device 5 includes a spraying device and a drying device which are arranged on the sliding block 32. The cleaning device 5 is used for cleaning the behavior of the press roll 4.

The sprinkler includes a water nozzle 51 and a water valve. The water valve controls the water nozzle 51, the water valve is opened, and the water nozzle 51 sprays liquid to the press roll 4. After the water valve is opened, the water nozzle 51 sprays high-pressure water to remove residual pulp on the surface of the compression roller 4 so as to avoid the influence of the residual pulp on the impression display of the printing paper. As an embodiment, the water nozzles 51 may be high pressure fan water nozzles 51. In one embodiment, the water nozzles 51 may adjust the spray angle to clean the upper and lower rolls 4 at various angles. The water spray nozzle 51 may be connected to a cleaning water storage tank.

The drying means comprises an air nozzle 52 and an air valve. The air valve controls the air nozzle 52, the air valve is opened, and the air nozzle 52 sprays air to the press roll 4. After the air valve is opened, the air nozzle 52 ejects compressed air to form an air knife to clean the roller again, so that the surface of the roller is kept dry. In one embodiment, the air nozzle 52 may adjust the spray angle to clean the upper and lower rolls 4 at various angles. The nozzle 52 can be connected to a compressed air storage tank.

The slide 32 is moved from the operating side to the drive side and the sprinkler is opened. The slide 32 is moved from the drive side to the operating side and the drying device is switched on.

Preferably, the transmission shaft is provided with an operation side stopper 6 at the end of the operation side, and a transmission side stopper 7 at the end of the transmission side. The slide block 32 moves between the operation-side stopper 6 and the transmission-side stopper 7. The operation-side stopper 6 and the transmission-side stopper 7 are used to limit the range of movement of the slide block 32.

Preferably, the auxiliary device is an auxiliary rope 22. The auxiliary ropes 22 include two ropes, which are respectively fixed to both sides of the triple paper 21. The auxiliary ropes 22 can assist the spreading of the three-ply paper 21, and the two sides fixed on the three-ply paper 21 can apply force to the three-ply paper 21 uniformly, so that the breakage of the three-ply paper 21 is avoided.

Preferably, the upper and lower surfaces of the triple paper 21 are covered with waterproof films. The waterproof film is wound on the triple paper 21 to protect the triple paper 21 from water, so that the triple paper 21 is prevented from being polluted by residual pulp and water on the compression roller 4. The waterproof film is flatly covered on the surface of the triple paper 21, so that the crease is prevented from influencing the impression of the pressing roller 4 on the triple paper 21.

In practice, a method for detecting a web nip pressure between press rolls 4 comprises the steps of:

the upper and lower rolls 4 are separated and the nip is opened.

The auxiliary device is connected to a slide 32, which slide 32 is moved along a slide axis 31 from the operating side to the drive side, while the spraying device is opened. Slide 32 to the drive side and the sprinkler is closed. The auxiliary device is disengaged from the sliding block 32 and connected to the auxiliary fixture.

The slide 32 is moved from the drive side to the operating side and the drying device is switched on. The slide 32 to the operating side, the drying device is closed, the winder 1 is opened, the winding aid, the reel release triplex 21 is laid out in the nip.

The upper and lower press rollers 4 are folded, the nip is closed, and the press rollers 4 press the tripled paper 21 for a preset time.

Whether the pressure of the nip is uniform is judged according to the impression of the second page of the tripled paper 21.

Specifically, the upper and lower press rollers 4 are separated to open the nip, and the worker connects the auxiliary device to the slide block 32. The spraying device cleans the upper and lower compression rollers 4, and residual pulp on the surfaces of the compression rollers 4 is removed, so that the influence of the residual pulp on the impression display of the printing paper is avoided.

After the slider 32 has moved to the drive side, the sprinkler is closed. At the same time, the auxiliary device is disengaged from the sliding block 32 and connected to the auxiliary fixture.

The slide 32 is moved from the drive side to the operating side and the drying device cleans the rollers again with the aid of an air knife formed by compressed air, so that the roller surface remains dry.

After the slide block 32 is moved to the operation side, the drying device is closed. At the same time, the paper winder 1 is opened, the paper winder 1 rolls the auxiliary device connected with the paper winder 1, and the auxiliary device pulls the triple paper 21 to be laid flat in the press area. The winder 1 is closed, and the upper and lower folded press rollers 4 press the triple paper 21.

In one embodiment, the paper winder 1 can continue to roll after the extrusion of the upper and lower press rollers 4 is finished, and the extruded triplex paper 21 is rolled on the paper winder 1, so that the triplex paper is convenient to cut.
