The control apparatus of claim 26, wherein a difference between a maximum magnitude of the first output magnitude range and a minimum magnitude of the second output magnitude range is equal to a preset difference threshold; alternatively, the difference between the maximum amplitude of the first output amplitude range and the minimum value of the second output amplitude range is within a difference threshold range.
