1. A closed heating smoking set with a mechanically controlled airflow path, the smoking set comprising:

a heating jacket (1) and at least one needle-like hollow element (4);

2. The closed heating smoking article of claim 1, further comprising:

3. A closed heating smoking article according to claim 1, wherein the hollow inner diameter of the needle-like hollow element (4) decreases from the outer periphery to the inner side of the heating chamber.

4. The closed heating smoking article of claim 1, further comprising:

a heating element (2) comprising one or a combination of at least two of a circumferential heating element arranged at the periphery of the heating cavity, a central heating element arranged at the center of the heating cavity, and an end heating element arranged at the bottom of the heating cavity.

5. The closed heating smoking article according to claim 1, wherein the needle-like hollow element (4) is sealed at the contact with the heating jacket (1) and the mouthpiece (3) is sealed at the contact with the heating jacket (1).

6. The closed heating smoking set of claim 1, wherein the aperture of the ventilation hole (4-1) is 0.1mm to 1.2 mm.

7. The closed heating smoking set according to claim 1, wherein the heating jacket (1) is a high temperature resistant flexible heating jacket (1), and high temperature resistance means no deformation under atmospheric pressure at 250 ℃.

8. A closed heating system with mechanically regulated airflow channels, the closed heating system comprising the closed heating smoking article of any one of claims 1-7, and a smoking article within the heating cavity;

the smoking article comprises a cigarette, a tobacco material section, a tobacco shred, a tobacco paste or tobacco powder, and the cigarette (5) at least comprises a smoking section (5-1) and a hollow section (5-2).

9. The closed heating system according to claim 8, wherein, when the smoking article is a cigarette, the needle-like hollow element (4) is movably inserted into the hollow section (5-2) of the cigarette.

When the smoking article is a segment of tobacco material, a tobacco thread, a tobacco paste, or a tobacco powder, the needle-like hollow member (4) is movably inserted into the smoking article or into the heating cavity above the smoking article.

10. Use of the closed heating smoking article of claim 1 for reducing the risk of combustion of a smoking article.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of heating smoking sets, and particularly relates to a sealed heating smoking set with a mechanically-regulated airflow channel, a sealed heating system and application thereof.

Background

The heating cigarette is also called as a low-temperature cigarette, the core of the product is that the tobacco shreds are heated by using a special heat source instead of being combusted, and nicotine and flavor substances in the tobacco shreds are volatilized to generate smoke to meet the requirements of smokers during heating. At present, most of the non-combustible heating cigarettes adopt air as a carrier of smoke, in order to ensure that the tobacco is not combusted, the applied heating temperature is usually lower and generally does not exceed 300 ℃, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the novel non-combustible heating cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so that the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. However, if the heating temperature is increased, combustion of the tobacco material occurs due to the presence of oxygen within the smoking article.

In addition, the comprehensive resistance of the conventional electrically heated cigarette is influenced by a plurality of factors such as the cigarette, a smoking set heating system, contact of the smoking set and the cigarette and the like. If the smoking resistance of the smoking article can be adjusted, the smoking experience of the user will be optimized.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides in a first aspect a closed heating smoking article with a mechanically controlled airflow path, the smoking article comprising:

a heating jacket 1 and at least one needle-like hollow element 4;

the heating sleeve 1 is of a hollow structure, and a heating cavity is arranged in the heating sleeve; the bottom and the circumferential side wall thereof are sealed, the circumferential side wall has the same number of hollow piece insertion holes 1-1 as the needle-like hollow pieces 4;

the needle-shaped hollow members 4 are movably inserted into the hollow member insertion holes 1-1, and at least one vent hole 4-1 is formed in a side wall or a tip of a portion of each of the needle-shaped hollow members 4 inserted into the heating chamber.

Preferably, the needle-like hollow member 4 is closed at its tip, and the ventilation hole 4-1 is disposed on a side wall beside the tip.

Preferably, the smoking article further comprises:

and the suction nozzle piece 3 is detachably connected with the upper end of the heating sleeve 1.

The detachable connection mode is selected from: magnetic attraction, clamping, screw thread or thimble connection.

Preferably, the hollow inner diameter of the needle-like hollow member 4 decreases from the outer periphery to the inner side of the heating chamber.

Preferably, the smoking article further comprises:

and the heating element 2 comprises one or a combination of at least two of a circumferential heating element arranged on the periphery of the heating cavity, a central heating element arranged in the center of the heating cavity and an end heating element arranged at the bottom of the heating cavity.

Preferably, the contact part of the needle-shaped hollow piece 4 and the heating jacket 1 is sealed, and the contact part of the suction nozzle piece 3 and the heating jacket 1 is sealed.

Preferably, the aperture of the vent hole 4-1 is 0.1 mm-1.2 mm.

More preferably, the aperture of the vent hole 4-1 is 0.2-0.5 mm.

Preferably, the number of the vent holes 4-1 on each needle-shaped hollow member 4 is 2-5.

Preferably, the number of the needle-shaped hollow members 4 is 1 to 5.

Preferably, the heating jacket 1 is made of rigid ceramic material, and the needle-shaped hollow member 4, the suction nozzle member 3, or the heating element 2 is sealed with the heating jacket 1 by using a sealing element such as a sealing ring or a sealing block.

Preferably, the heating jacket 1 is made of a flexible material, and when the needle-shaped hollow member 4 is inserted into the heating jacket 1, the contact position thereof is naturally sealed by interference fit, or sealed by a sealing element such as a sealing ring or a sealing block.

Preferably, the heating jacket 1 is a high temperature resistant flexible heating jacket 1, and high temperature resistance means no deformation under atmospheric pressure and at 250 ℃.

The material of the heating jacket 1 can be selected from high temperature resistant rubber, high temperature resistant silica gel and the like.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a closed heating system with a mechanically controlled airflow path, the closed heating system comprising the closed heating smoking article of the first aspect, and a smoking article within the heating cavity;

the smoking article comprises a cigarette, a tobacco material section, tobacco shreds, tobacco paste or tobacco powder, wherein the cigarette comprises a smoking section 5-1, a hollow section 5-2 and a filter tip section 5-3.

Preferably, when the smoking article is a cigarette, the needle-like hollow member 4 is movably inserted into the hollow section 5-2 of the cigarette;

when the smoking article is a segment of tobacco material, a tobacco thread, a tobacco paste, or a tobacco powder, the needle-like hollow member 4 is movably inserted into the smoking article or into the heating cavity above the smoking article. In use, the insertion position can be adjusted according to oxygen demand, smoking article type, user preference, and the like.

When the heating cavity is not filled in the smoking article, the needle-like hollow member 4 is movably inserted into the cavity above the smoking article.

A third aspect of the invention provides the use of a closed heating smoking article according to the first aspect for reducing the risk of combustion of the smoking article.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. simplifying suction resistance regulation: the smoking set simplifies the comprehensive resistance regulation and control means of the heated cigarette. The comprehensive resistance of the conventional electrically heated cigarette is influenced by a plurality of factors such as cigarette rods, a smoking appliance heating system, contact of the smoking appliance and the cigarette and the like.

2. Oxygen supply to the isolated smoking segment:

when the closed heating system is used, during suction, external air only enters the hollow section of the cigarette from the vent hole of the needle-shaped hollow part and does not contact with the smoking section of the cigarette, so that the oxygen supply of the smoking section is isolated, the oxygen content of the smoking section is reduced, and the cigarette is not easy to burn. Therefore, the heating temperature can be greatly increased, the aroma components in the tobacco are more fully released, the taste is closer to that of the traditional tobacco, and the traditional tobacco is more easily accepted by traditional smokers.

During the suction interval, based on the condition of being heated, the fragrant substance that carries that the smoking material is heated and is produced continuously volatilizees in heating the intracavity, forms local high pressure in heating the intracavity, combines airtight heating system needle-like hollow member unique structural design, forms one-way gaseous state circulation process at the cavity section, also completely cuts off external oxygen basically and gets into heating cavity through needle-like hollow member.

3. Forming smoke and cooling: in the suction process, based on the suction pressure of the suction nozzle piece, the fresh air entering through the needle-shaped hollow piece and the smoke generated by the smoke generation section are mixed at a high speed in the hollow section, so that the smoke is cooled, and meanwhile, the smoke amount is increased. Meanwhile, the hollow section has higher air flow rate and lower pressure, and has an extraction effect on the smoke generated by the smoke generating section.

4. When the smoking article is a segment of tobacco material, a tobacco rod, a tobacco paste, or a tobacco powder, the user may insert the needle-like hollow member 4 movably into the smoking article or into the heating cavity above the smoking article as needed for smoking in order to adjust the amount of air and the resistance to smoking.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1-2, a closed heating system with a mechanically controlled airflow channel comprises a closed heating smoking set and a cigarette 5;

the cigarette 5 comprises a smoking section 5-1, a hollow section 5-2 and a filter section 5-3 from upstream to downstream. A unidirectional flow section is arranged between the smoking section 5-1 and the hollow section 5-2, and a fine axial pore passage is arranged in the unidirectional flow section.

The closed heating smoking set comprises: a heating jacket 1, a needle-shaped hollow member 4, a heating element 2, and a suction nozzle member 3.

The heating sleeve 1 is made of high-temperature-resistant silica gel, is of a hollow structure, is provided with an opening at the upper end, is internally provided with a heating cavity, is sealed at the bottom and a circumferential side wall, the circumferential side wall is provided with a hollow piece inserting hole 1-1, and a cigarette 5 is accommodated in the heating cavity;

the heating element 2 is a central heating sheet and is inserted into the heating cavity through a hole at the bottom of the heating sleeve 1, and the insertion depth is smaller than the length of the smoking section 5-1; a heating element fixing seat is arranged below the heating sleeve 1.

Because the heating jacket 1 material is high temperature resistant silica gel, heating element 2 with the heating jacket 1 contact department relies on interference fit to seal. The contact part of the needle-shaped hollow part 4 and the heating sleeve 1 is sealed by interference fit.

The suction nozzle piece 3 is connected with the upper end of the heating sleeve 1 in a threaded connection mode, and the contact position of the suction nozzle piece and the heating sleeve is completely sealed. After the heating cavity is connected with the suction nozzle piece 2, the heating cavity is connected with the outside air only through the needle-shaped hollow piece vent hole 4-1 in the heating cavity.

The needle-shaped hollow member 4 is movably fixed on the side wall of the heating jacket 1, and is partially inserted into the heating cavity through the hollow member insertion hole 1-1, the side wall of the tip of the needle-shaped hollow member 1 is provided with 6 vent holes 4-1, and the aperture of the vent hole 4-1 is 0.4 mm. The hollow piece insertion hole 1-1 of the side wall of the heating jacket 1 is also covered with a flexible sealing block 6 which is made of rubber and is bonded on the side wall of the heating jacket 1 to further seal the heating cavity. The sealing block 6 is also provided with a through hole, and the needle-shaped hollow part 1 penetrates through the through hole to enter the heating cavity.

Example 2

According to the design scheme of the example 1, a closed heating smoking set is prepared as an experimental sample, a certain heating smoking set sold in the market is used as a reference sample, a certain brand heating cigarette sold in the market is used as an analysis sample of two smoking sets, and the closed heating smoking set and the reference smoking set of the example 1 are used for carrying out sensory quality evaluation on the heating cigarette sold in the market.

According to the standard of cigarette industry in Yunnan, namely 'novel cigarette sensory evaluation method', Q/YNZY.J04.022-2015, matched smoking tools are respectively used for smoking. See table 1 below.

Each grade I, II and III is provided with an average score for reference of the grader.

According to the result of the smoking evaluation, the following results are found:

compared with the experimental sample, the control sample has slightly obvious burnt smell, has the sign of ignition, has slightly poor harmony, slightly higher smoke temperature and coating feeling in the oral cavity. Therefore, the smoking set can reduce the ignition risk of cigarettes, reduce burnt gas, improve the flue gas harmony, reduce the flue gas temperature and adjust the uniformity of the flue gas.
