The invention relates to the technical field of child beds, in particular to a child bed capable of being converted into a swing.

Background

Children or infants sitting/lying furniture, such as a portable children's bed, has the characteristics of simple structure, small volume, light weight, convenient use and the like, and is popular in families. Generally, a family will purchase a child's bed after having children. The requirements of children on the crib are constantly changed in the growth process of the children. For example, in the infant period, a crib and a rocking bed with bed girdles around the crib are required; when the child can stand and walk, a child game bed and the like which can be played in the bed are needed.

However, the current crib has a single function, and cannot meet the demand of diversity of daily life, and particularly, when children grow to the point that the crib is no longer needed, the crib loses functions and is left unused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a children bed capable of being converted into a swing aiming at the defects in the prior art, so that the children bed is converted into a game bed through simple conversion for children to play.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a child bed convertible into a swing comprises a height adjusting structure, a support frame, a bed periphery, a multifunctional plate assembly and a swing assembly; the upper end of the supporting frame is connected with the height adjusting structure; the multifunctional plate component comprises a bearing plate and a backrest pivoted with the bearing plate; in a child bed state, the upper end of the height adjusting structure is connected with the bed periphery, and the lower end of the height adjusting structure is connected with the bearing plate; in the swing state, the upper part of the swing assembly is connected with the upper end of the height adjusting structure, and the lower part of the swing assembly is connected with the bearing plate and the backrest respectively.

Referring to fig. 1, the child bed convertible into a swing of the invention comprises a support frame, a height adjusting structure 3, a multifunctional plate component 4, a bed enclosure 5 and a swing component 9, wherein in a child bed state, the bed enclosure 5 is installed on the support frame through the height adjusting structure 3, and the multifunctional plate component 4 is fixed at the bottom end of the height adjusting structure 3 and is arranged opposite to the bed enclosure 5 up and down; in the swing state, the upper end of the height adjusting structure 3 is connected with the upper end of the swing assembly 9, and the multifunctional plate assembly 4 is connected with the lower end of the swing assembly 9.

The support frame includes first support frame 1a, second support frame 1b and connecting rod 1c, and first support frame 1a and second support frame 1b parallel arrangement. The first support frame 1a includes two support rods having the same length. The two support rods are axially symmetrically arranged upwards at acute angles in a vertical plane and are respectively connected with the height adjusting structure 3 at the upper ends. The second support frame 1b has the same structure as the first support frame 1 a. The first support frame 1a and the second support frame 1b are oppositely arranged in parallel. The two connecting rods 1c are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode and are respectively connected with the bottom end of the first supporting frame 1a and the bottom end of the second supporting frame 1 b.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the height adjusting structure 3 includes an adjusting assembly movably disposed in the joint seat 34, a joint seat 34, and a connecting assembly connected to the adjusting assembly.

Referring to fig. 5, the joint base 34 includes an adjusting straight pipe 340 and connecting branch pipes 342 connected to both sides of the adjusting straight pipe 340. The adjusting straight pipe 340 is preferably a square pipe, and a first accommodating cavity is arranged inside the adjusting straight pipe and used for accommodating the adjusting assembly. The adjustment assembly includes a positioner 30, a segment controller 31 and a fixed seat 32.

Referring to fig. 6, the main body of the locator 30 is in a shape of a Chinese character 'shan', and three protrusions 302 are disposed on a bottom plate 301; the protrusions 302 on both sides have grooves opened toward both sides of the retainer 30, respectively; the central protrusion 302 is higher than the protrusions 302 at both sides, and a positioning block 303 is formed at the top to fit with the positioning hole 341. Preferably, the bottom plate 301 between the middle protrusion 302 and the two side protrusions 302 has a passive slope 305. A pressure spring 304 is fixed on one surface of the bottom plate 301 opposite to the protrusion 302.

Referring to fig. 7, the segment controller 31 includes a base plate 310, a regulating block 311, and an elastic member compressing block 313, and the regulating block 311 and the elastic member compressing block 313 are vertically fixed on the same side of the base plate 310 in sequence. Preferably, the adjusting block 311 is fixed at the front end of the base plate 310, and the elastic member compressing block 312 is fixed at the middle portion of the base plate 310. The adjusting block 311 is integrally provided with an adjusting tongue 312, a flat end of the adjusting tongue 312 is vertically fixed on the adjusting block 311, and an axial direction of the adjusting tongue 312 is parallel to a direction of the protruding base plate 310 of the adjusting block 311. The rear end of the base plate 310 is provided with a positioner manipulating structure cooperating with the positioner 30, and the positioner manipulating structure includes an adjusting through groove 314 and adjusting plates 315 disposed at both sides of the adjusting through groove 314. The positioning block 303 extends out of the substrate 310 through the adjusting through-slot 314 and then is coupled with the positioning hole 341, and the positioning block 303 can move up and down and back and forth in the adjusting through-slot 314. The adjusting plate 315 is movably disposed between the positioning block 303 and the two side protrusions 302 of the positioner 30. The side of the adjusting plate 315 facing the adjusting block 311 is provided with a pushing slope 316, the segment controller 31 is pulled forward, and during the moving process of the segment controller 31, the pushing slope 316 of the adjusting plate 315 presses the passive slope 305 of the positioner 30, so that the positioning block 303 is disengaged from the positioning hole 341.

Referring to fig. 8, the fixing seat 32 is a long strip shape, and the fixing seat 32 is sequentially provided with an adjusting window, a second accommodating cavity and an installation clamping groove from front to back. The adjusting block 311 of the segment controller 31 is movably disposed in the adjusting window, and the adjusting tongue 312 of the segment controller 31 is exposed out of the fixing seat 32 through the adjusting window. The elastic element compression block 313 of the segment controller 31 is movably disposed in the second accommodating cavity, the elastic element 33 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity, the elastic element holder 320 is disposed between the second accommodating cavity and the adjusting window, the elastic element 33 is fixed on the elastic element holder 320, and the free end of the elastic element 33 abuts against the elastic element compression block 312. The retainer 30 is disposed in the mounting pocket and is freely movable in the axial direction of the mounting pocket. The left side surface and the right side surface of the mounting clamping groove of the fixing seat 32 are provided with rectangular strips matched with the grooves of the positioner 30, the front side surface and the rear side surface of the mounting clamping groove are provided with first openings communicated with the mounting clamping groove, and the first openings at the front end are communicated with the second accommodating cavity. The adjusting plate 315 of the segment controller 31 is disposed in the first slit and is movable back and forth in the first slit.

The adjustment process of the adjustment assembly is as follows:

firstly, the adjusting tongue 312 of the segment controller 31 is pulled upwards, and in the upward movement process of the segment controller 31, the pushing inclined plane 316 of the segment controller presses the inclined plane of the positioner 30, so that the positioning block 303 of the positioner 30 is separated from the positioning hole 341 of the joint seat 34;

secondly, the connecting base 36 is moved upwards or downwards to align the positioning block 303 of the positioning device 30 with another positioning hole 341, then the adjusting tongue 312 is released, the positioning block 303 is inserted into the positioning hole 341 under the elastic restoring force of the first spring 304, and the segment controller 31 is reset under the elastic restoring force of the elastic element 33.

The connection assembly includes a connection pipe 35, a connection seat 36, a first joint 37 and a second joint 2.

The connection pipe 35 is a long-bar shaped pipe, and a third receiving cavity is formed inside the connection pipe 35 to receive the segment controller 31 and the fixing base 32. The connection pipe 35 is disposed in the movable joint seat 34, upper and lower ends of the connection pipe 35 are exposed from upper and lower ends of the joint seat 34, respectively, and an upper end of the connection pipe 35 is disposed in the connection sleeve 360. The connecting tube 35 has a first through hole on its surface facing the positioning hole 341, and the positioning block 303 is coupled to the positioning hole 341 after passing through the first through hole. A second notch is formed in the top of the other plate surface of the connecting pipe 35, and the adjusting tongue 312 passes through the second notch and extends out of the connecting pipe 35.

Referring to fig. 9, the connecting base 36 includes a connecting sleeve 360, a split catch 361, and a carrying handle 362 integrally connected. The lower end of the connecting sleeve 360 is sleeved on the outer side of the upper end of the connecting pipe 35, and the upper end of the connecting sleeve 360 is fixedly connected with the split hook 361. A second through hole is formed in one plate surface of the connection sleeve 360, and the adjusting tongue 312 of the segment controller 31 is exposed out of the connection sleeve 360 through the second through hole. The free end of the split hook 361 is provided with two hook heads, a gap exists between the two hook heads, and the hook heads face the connecting sleeve 360. The carrying handle 362 is vertically fixed on the plate surface of the connecting sleeve 360 provided with the first through hole.

The first connector 37 has a cavity corresponding to the shape of the split hook 361, and a key 38 is transversely installed in the cavity. The key 38 has a key plate exposed through an opening in the side wall of the cavity and a body mounted in the cavity by a fixing pin 39. The first joint 37 is provided with pin runners on both side walls of the cavity, in which a fixing pin 39 is slidably arranged. A torsion spring or a plate spring (not shown) for returning the main body is installed in the cavity. First connecting holes are formed in two sides of the upper end of the first joint 37, and the first joint 37 is connected with the bed periphery 5 through the first connecting holes.

When the first connector 37 is connected with the connecting seat 36, the hook head of the split hook 361 is inserted into the cavity and hooks the fixing pin 39, and at this time, the main body of the key 38 is located in the gap of the split hook 361. When the first connector 37 is separated from the connecting seat 36, the key board of the key 38 is pressed, the fixing pin 39 is separated from the hook head of the split hook 361, and the split hook 361 is pulled out of the cavity.

Referring to fig. 11, the connection fitting 4a includes a telescopic plug 41, a connection compression spring 42, and a fixed guide 43.

The retractable plug 41 is a free block, and has a plug at the front end and a gap at the rear end to accommodate the connection pressure spring 42. A wrench 410 is provided on one side of the telescopic plug 41.

The fixed guide seat 43 is a rectangular box body without a front wall and an upper cover plate, and the middle-rear section of the telescopic plug 41 is movably arranged in the rectangular box body. The rear wall of the rectangular box body is used for fixedly connecting the pressure spring 42, a wrench shifting hole 430 is formed in the bottom plate of the rectangular box body, and the wrench 410 exposes the fixed guide seat 43 from the wrench shifting hole 430. The two outer side walls of the rectangular box body are respectively provided with a side lug, the side lugs are provided with connecting holes, and the fixed guide seat 43 is fixed on the lower surface of the bearing plate 4b through bolts or screws.

Preferably, the connection fitting 4a further includes a fixing plug 44, the fixing plug 44 is shaped to fit with the third accommodating cavity of the connection pipe 35, and the fixing plug 44 is further provided with a second socket adapted to the plug.

The lower extreme of connecting pipe 35 is equipped with the first socket groove with bayonet joint looks adaptation, and in the crib state, a set of connection fittings 4a are configured respectively at the both ends of loading board 4b, and loading board 4b passes through the bayonet joint and is connected with connecting pipe 35.

Referring to fig. 12, the swing assembly 9 includes a support rail 90, a link frame 92, and a link member 91, and both ends of the support rail 90 are received in the coupling holes of the two second couplers 2. The connecting frame 92 is in a V shape, the open end of the connecting frame 92 is respectively connected with the backrest 4c and the bearing plate 4b, and the other end of the connecting frame 92 is rotatably connected with the supporting cross rod 90 through a connecting piece 91.

The process of converting the child bed into the swing is as follows:

firstly, pressing the button 38 on the first connector 37 to detach the first connector 37 and the bed enclosure 5 from the height adjusting structure 3, and removing the connecting fitting 4 a;

secondly, the backrest 4c is rotated to enable the backrest 4c to be unfolded to be about 120 degrees relative to the bearing plate 4b, and then the connecting frame 92 is respectively connected with the backrest 4c and the bearing plate 4 b;

thirdly, connecting the connecting frame 92 with the connecting piece 91, and then sleeving the connecting piece 91 on the supporting cross rod 90;

and fourthly, inserting two ends of the supporting cross rod 90 into the connecting holes of the 2 second joints 2, and then respectively connecting the 2 second joints 2 with the 2 connecting seats 36.
