As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the other end of the interdental cleaning brush 24 is provided with a plurality of cleaning brush through holes 28, a cleaning brush channel 23 is arranged inside the interdental cleaning brush 24, one end of the cleaning brush channel 23 is arranged on the end surface of one end of the interdental cleaning brush 24, the other end of the cleaning brush channel 23 is communicated with the cleaning brush through holes 28, a second expansion pipe 36 is arranged between the interdental cleaning brush 24 and the bottom surface of the side groove 27, one end of the second expansion pipe 36 is fixed on and hermetically connected with the bottom surface of the side groove 27, the other end of the second expansion pipe 36 is arranged on and hermetically connected with the interdental cleaning brush 24, the second expansion pipe 36 is arranged inside the first expansion pipe 19, the cleaning brush channel 23 is arranged inside the second expansion pipe 36, a water outlet 37 is arranged on the bottom surface of the side groove 27, the water outlet 37 is arranged inside the second expansion pipe 36, the water outlet 37 is connected with the liquid cavity 11 through a third hose 38, the ventilation head 18 is arranged on the outer side of the second telescopic pipe 36.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner side wall of the cleaning brush channel 23 is provided with a sliding groove 32, the sliding groove 32 is arranged in the middle of the cleaning brush channel 23 and is connected with a movable frame 30 in a sliding manner, one end of the brush hair 29 is fixed on the movable frame 30, the other end of the brush hair 29 penetrates through the cleaning brush through hole 28 and is arranged outside the tooth gap cleaning brush 24, and the movable frame 30 is connected with the end wall of the sliding groove 32 through a spring 31.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a rotating ring 20 is arranged inside the side groove 27, an external thread 21 is arranged on the outer side wall of the rotating ring 20, an internal thread area 22 matched with the external thread 21 is arranged on the side wall of the side groove 27, the rotating ring 20 is in threaded connection with the side groove 27 through the matching of the external thread 21 and the internal thread area 22, one end of a tooth gap cleaning brush 24 is fixed on one surface of the rotating ring 20, a cleaning brush channel 23 corresponds to the inner circle of the rotating ring 20, a rotating groove 35 is arranged on the other surface of the rotating ring 20, a connecting block 34 matched with the rotating groove 35 is arranged in the rotating groove 35, the connecting block 34 is arranged in the rotating groove 35 and is in rotating connection with the rotating groove, the other end of the first telescopic tube 19 and the other end of the second telescopic tube 36 are both fixed on the connecting block 34 and are in sealing connection with the connecting block 34, a connecting block through hole 33 matched with the cleaning brush channel 23 is arranged on the connecting block 34, and the connecting block through hole 33 is arranged on the inner side of the second telescopic tube 36.

Before use, the gum grooves 5 on the two gum bodies 2 are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the upper row of teeth and the lower row of teeth, each tooth is placed in the corresponding tooth groove 6, and the tooth surface cleaning blocks 7 on the two side walls of the tooth groove 6 are respectively attached to the inner side and the outer side of the tooth. When the user wears the cleaner, air can be injected into the expansion tube 1 through the air valve 8 to expand the expansion tube so as to fix the tooth socket body 2 on the gum and seal the gum groove 5.

Cleaning the tooth surface: when a user bites the cleaner through teeth, the liquid medicine cavity 11, the air cavity 16 and the waste liquid cavity 12 in the elastic layer 3 are compressed, at the moment, the tooth socket body 2 and the teeth inside the tooth socket body are close to the tooth socket base plate 4 and move relative to the tooth surface cleaning block 7 hinged on the tooth socket base plate 4 to extrude the tooth surface cleaning block 7, meanwhile, the cleaning liquid inside the liquid medicine cavity 11 flows onto the tooth surface cleaning block 7 through the connecting rod channel 9 under the action of pressure, and the tooth surface cleaning block 7 can brush and wash the tooth surface at the same time. When the user releases the cleaner from his/her teeth, the liquid medicine chamber 11, the air chamber 16 and the waste liquid chamber 12 in the elastic layer 3 are automatically restored, and the waste liquid after washing is automatically sucked into the waste liquid chamber 12 through the check valve 14.

Cleaning tooth gaps: when a user bites the cleaner through teeth, the liquid medicine cavity 11, the air cavity 16 and the waste liquid cavity 12 in the elastic layer 3 are compressed, at the moment, air in the air cavity 16 is pressed into the inner space of the first extension tube 19 through the second hose 17 and the ventilation head 18 in sequence, the first extension tube 19 extends outwards under the action of air pressure and pushes the interdental cleaning brush 24 outwards, so that the interdental cleaning brush extends into an interdental space between two teeth, the insides of the interdental space are cleaned through the bristles 29, and meanwhile, cleaning liquid in the liquid medicine cavity 11 is pumped into the interdental space through the third hose 38, the water outlet head 37, the second extension tube 36, the connecting block through hole 33, the cleaning brush channel 23 and the cleaning brush through hole 28 in sequence under the action of pressure, so that the interdental space can be cleaned while brushing by the interdental cleaning brush 24. When the user releases the cleaner from his teeth, the liquid medicine chamber 11, the air chamber 16 and the waste liquid chamber 12 in the elastic layer 3 are automatically restored, the air in the bellows one 19 is returned to the air chamber 16, the interdental cleaning brush 24 is also returned to the side recess 27 by the restoring action of the bellows one 19, and the cleaned waste liquid is automatically sucked into the waste liquid chamber 12 through the check valve 14.

After the cleaning is finished, the air valve 8 is opened, the air in the expansion pipe 1 is discharged, and the cleaner can be taken out from the cavity.
