5. According to the invention, the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel are arranged, the first shaft drives the first belt to move when rotating, and further drives the second shaft to rotate, so that the first supporting wheel and the supporting roller rotate simultaneously, and further the first supporting wheel and the supporting roller generate friction force on the conveying belt simultaneously, so that the friction force borne by the conveying belt is increased, the probability of slipping of the conveying belt is further reduced, the stable movement of the conveying belt is further realized, and the stable transfer of a patient is further realized.

As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6, the support member 2 includes a first support plate 21, a second support plate 22 and a third shaft 23; the first supporting plate 21 is connected with the bed body 5; one end of the first support plate 21 is rotatably connected with the first shaft 41; the second support plate 22 is arranged at the other end of the first support plate 21; one end of the second support plate 22 is hinged with the first support plate 21 through the third shaft 23; the other end of the second support plate 22 is rotatably connected with the second shaft 31; a second supporting wheel 231 is arranged at the end part of the third shaft 23; the second supporting wheel 231 is rotatably connected with the third shaft 23; an auxiliary wheel 232 is arranged above the third shaft 23; the auxiliary wheel 232 is rotatably connected with the first supporting plate 21; the cylindrical surface of the auxiliary wheel 232 abuts against the upper surface of the conveyor belt 6.

By arranging the connecting plate 71, the end surfaces of the supporting rollers 4 are always attached to the connecting plate 71, the end surface of the first supporting wheel 3 is always attached to the connecting plate 71, the conveying belt 6 is stably hung on the end surfaces of the supporting rollers 4 and the first supporting wheel 3 by the connecting plate 71, when the distance between the two supporting rollers 4 is increased by the tensioning part 1, the supporting rollers 4 generate acting force on the connecting plate 71, the connecting plate 71 is driven to move, the distance between the two connecting plates 71 is increased, the distance between the two ends of the conveying belt 6 is increased, the tensioning of the conveying belt 6 is realized by the tensioning part 1, and the supporting of a patient is realized; when the conveyer belt 6 moves a patient, the patient generates acting force on the conveyer belt 6, so that the two ends of the conveyer belt 6 generate pulling force on the connecting plate 71, so that the connecting plate 71 generates acting force on the end surfaces of the supporting roller 4 and the first supporting wheel 3, so that the supporting roller 4 and the first supporting wheel 3 generate a trend of moving towards the middle of the bed body 5, and because the positions of the supporting roller 4 and the first supporting wheel 3 are fixed, and the conveyer belt 6 is stably hung on the end surfaces of the supporting roller 4 and the first supporting wheel 3 by the connecting plate 71, the distance between the two ends of the conveyer belt 6 is kept unchanged, so that the conveyer belt 6 is kept in a tensioning state, and the patient can stably move; after the patient lies on conveyer belt 6, when supporting roll 4 did not rotate, laminate each other between the connecting plate 71 near supporting roll 4, the joint strength between connecting band 72 and the supporting roll 4 has been increased, and laminate each other between the connecting plate 71 near supporting wheel 3, the joint strength of connecting band 72 and supporting wheel 3 has been increased, and then the stability of connecting plate 71 when increasing conveyer belt 6 and just beginning to move, and then the stability of conveyer belt 6 when increasing conveyer belt 6 and just beginning to move, and then the stationarity when increasing the patient and beginning to move, and then realize patient's smooth transition.

As a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the connecting member 7 includes a connecting band 72 and a wire 73; one end of the connecting belt 72 is fixedly connected with the conveying belt 6; the other end of the connecting belt 72 is provided with the metal wire 73; the wires 73 are connected end to end; the metal wire 73 is connected with the connecting belt 72; the end surface of the supporting roller 4 is attached to the connecting belt 72; the end surface of the first supporting wheel 3 is attached to the connecting belt 72.

By arranging the metal wire 73 and the connecting belt 72, the end surfaces of the supporting rollers 4 are always attached to the connecting belt 72, the end surface of the first supporting wheel 3 is always attached to the connecting belt 72, the metal wire 73 and the connecting belt 72 stably hang the conveying belt 6 on the end surfaces of the supporting rollers 4 and the first supporting wheel 3, when the distance between the two supporting rollers 4 is increased by the tensioning part 1, the supporting rollers 4 generate acting force on the connecting belt 72 to drive the connecting belt 72 to move, so that the distance between the two connecting belts 72 is increased, the distance between the two ends of the conveying belt 6 is increased, the tensioning of the conveying belt 6 is realized through the tensioning part 1, and the supporting of a patient is realized; when conveyer belt 6 removed the patient, the patient produced the effort to conveyer belt 6, and then the both ends of conveyer belt 6 produced the pulling force to connecting band 72, and then connecting band 72 produced the effort to the terminal surface of supporting roll 4 and supporting wheel 3, and then make supporting roll 4 and supporting wheel 3 produce the trend of removing to the bed body 5 centre, again because supporting roll 4 and supporting wheel 3's rigidity, and wire 73 and connecting band 72 hang conveyer belt 6 stable on supporting roll 4 and supporting wheel 3's terminal surface, and then make the distance at conveyer belt 6 both ends remain unchanged, and then make conveyer belt 6 keep the tensioning state, and then make the steady removal of patient.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, a first pulley 412 is arranged on the first shaft 41; the first belt wheel 412 is fixedly connected with the first shaft 41; a second belt wheel 311 is arranged on the second shaft 31; the second belt wheel 311 is fixedly connected with the second shaft 31; the second belt wheel 311 is connected with the first belt wheel 412 through a first belt 312.

Through setting up a band pulley 412 and No. two band pulleys 311, drive a belt 312 motion when axle 41 rotates, and then drive No. two axles 31 and rotate, and then make a supporting wheel 3 and supporting roller 4 rotate simultaneously, and then a supporting wheel 3 and supporting roller 4 produce frictional force to conveyer belt 6 simultaneously, and then increase the frictional force that conveyer belt 6 received, and then reduce the probability that conveyer belt 6 skidded, and then realize the stationary motion of conveyer belt 6, and then realize patient's smooth transfer.

As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the tension member 1 includes a guide rail 11, a slider 12, a worm wheel 13, a worm 14, a screw 15 and a hand wheel 16; one end of the bed body 5 is provided with the guide rail 11; the guide rail 11 is fixedly connected with the bed body 5; the guide rail 11 is connected with the sliding block 12 in a sliding manner; the first supporting plate 21 is arranged above the sliding block 12; the first supporting plate 21 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 12; the sliding block 12 is provided with the screw 15; the screw rod 15 is in threaded connection with the sliding block 12; the screw rod 15 is rotationally connected with the bed body 5; the end part of the screw rod 15 is fixedly connected with the worm wheel 13; the worm 14 is arranged on the bed body 5; the worm 14 is rotationally connected with the bed body 5; the worm 14 is meshed with the worm wheel 13; the end of the worm 14 is fixedly connected with the hand wheel 16.

When the conveyer belt 6 needs to be tensioned, the hand wheel 16 is rotated to further drive the worm 14 to rotate, further drive the worm wheel 13 to rotate, further drive the screw rod 15 to rotate, further drive the slide block 12 to move, further drive the first support plate 21 to move towards the end of the bed body 5, further increase the distance between the two first support plates 21, further increase the distance between the two support rollers 4, further increase the distance between the two connecting pieces 7, further increase the distance between the two ends of the conveyer belt 6, further realize the tensioning of the conveyer belt 6, when the conveyer belt 6 needs to be loosened, the hand wheel 16 is reversely rotated, further the worm 14 is reversely rotated, further the worm wheel 13 is reversely rotated, further the slide block 12 is reversely moved, further reduce the distance between the two first support plates 21, further reduce the distance between the two support rollers 4, further reduce the distance between the two connecting pieces 7, further reduce the distance between the two ends of the conveyer belt 6, thereby effecting slackening of the conveyor belt 6 and, in turn, tensioning and slackening of the conveyor belt 6 by turning the hand wheel 16.

As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, first columns 51 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bed body 5; the two first columns 51 are arranged on the same side of the bed body 5; the first column 51 is fixedly connected with the bed body 5; two columns 52 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bed body 5; the two second columns 52 are arranged on the same side of the bed body 5; one end of the second column 52 is fixedly connected with the bed body 5; the other end of the second column 52 is provided with a swinging plate 53; the swing plate 53 is connected to the second post 52 by a second bolt 54.

After the medical vehicle moves to the sick bed side, make a post 51 support on the footpost of sick bed, rotate No. two posts 52, make No. two posts 52 contradict on the same footpost of sick bed, No. two bolts 54 of locking, and then make the footpost of sick bed and bed body 5 form rigid connection under a post 51 and No. two post 52 combined action, and then increase the stability of bed body 5, and then prevent that conveyer belt 6 from shifting the in-process of patient's health and taking place to empty, and then prevent to empty and cause the secondary damage to the patient, and then prevent that the secondary damage from influencing patient's recovery.

As shown in fig. 5, first bolts 233 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the third shaft 23; the first bolt 233 is in threaded connection with the second support plate 22; two first threaded holes are formed in the first supporting plate 21; the first threaded hole is formed in two sides of the third shaft 23; two second threaded holes are formed in the first supporting plate 21; the second threaded hole is formed in the other two sides of the third shaft 23.

After a patient stably lies on the medical trolley, the first bolt 233 is twisted out of the first threaded hole, the second support member 2 is rotated above the bed body 5, the first bolt 233 is twisted after the second support member 2 is rotated above the bed body 5, the first bolt 233 is twisted in the second threaded hole, and the second support member 2 is stably fixed above the bed body 5, so that the volume of the medical trolley is reduced, the transfer of the medical trolley is facilitated, and the convenience of transferring the patient is improved; the fixed supporting piece 2 and the fixed conveying belt 6 block the patient on the medical vehicle, so that the patient is prevented from rolling out of the medical vehicle due to the fact that the body of the patient is rotated too much, and the safety of the patient is guaranteed; when needing to use the medical vehicle to shift the patient, after turning round No. two screw holes with a bolt 233, rotate No. two support piece 2, after No. two support piece 2 turned to the horizontal position, turn round a bolt 233 in a screw hole tightly, and then make No. two support piece 2's rigidity, and then make conveyer belt 6 resume original position, after conveyer belt 6 resumes the position, tensioning element 1 work, and then make conveyer belt 6 tensioning, and then hold up patient's health, and then realize patient's transfer.
