continuously replenishing water to the medicine dissolving tank through a chemical cleaning system water return main pipe, overflowing to the buffer tank through the first overflow device, flowing into the medicine inlet pipeline through the buffer tank through the second overflow device, and sucking into the cleaning system through the inlet of a cleaning pump of the chemical cleaning system to realize continuous medicine inlet; starting a dispensing pump, and establishing a dispensing cycle through a buffer tank, the dispensing pump, a dosing device, a dosing circulating pipeline and a medicine dissolving tank; chemical cleaning chemicals are added from a dosing device, are dissolved in a dissolving agent box and a buffer box in two stages and then enter a chemical cleaning system; the water supplementing amount and the medicine feeding amount are controlled by adjusting the opening of the valve, and the medicine feeding speed is adjusted according to the water outlet condition of the second overflow device, so that the continuous medicine dissolving and feeding processes are realized; and the liquid level of the second overflow device is monitored to avoid the influence on the operation of the cleaning pump caused by the suction of air by the cleaning pump of the chemical cleaning system.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention provides a chemical cleaning continuous medicine dissolving and feeding system, which adopts pipeline design and control, realizes continuous medicine dissolving and feeding, simplifies a chemical cleaning auxiliary medicine dispensing system, shortens chemical cleaning time, effectively reduces construction material loss, labor cost and construction period, and has small floor area.

According to the system, the solid cleaning agent, such as EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), citric acid monohydrate and the like, is continuously added into the chemical cleaning system after being dissolved in two stages, so that the problem of deposition and blockage caused by direct medicine feeding of chemical cleaning solid medicines is solved.

the dissolving box 1 is communicated with the buffer box 2 through a first overflow device 5; an inlet of the dispensing pump 3 is connected with the lower part of the buffer tank 2, an outlet of the dispensing pump 3 is connected with an inlet of the dosing device 4 through a pipeline, and an outlet of the dosing device 4 is led in from the upper part of the dissolving medicine tank 1 through a dosing circulating pipeline 7; the water supplementing pipeline 8 is introduced from the upper part of the medicine dissolving tank 1, and a chemical cleaning system water returning main pipe is connected with the medicine dissolving tank 1; the chemical inlet pipeline 9 is communicated with the buffer tank 2 through a second overflow device 6, and the chemical inlet pipeline 9 is connected with a cleaning pump inlet main pipe of the chemical cleaning system; the first overflow device 5 is higher than the second overflow device 6, and the second overflow device 6 is provided with liquid level monitoring.

The system is simple and convenient to implement, high in efficiency, convenient and reliable to operate, wide in application range, capable of solving the problem that chemical cleaning solid medicines are directly fed and deposited and blocked because of incomplete dissolution, and capable of simplifying the chemical cleaning auxiliary dispensing system, shortening the chemical cleaning time, effectively reducing the loss of construction materials and the labor cost, and small in occupied area.

Preferably, said first overflow means 5 is higher than the second overflow means 6, the second overflow means 6 being provided with a level monitor. And a third valve J3 and a fourth valve J4 are arranged on the inlet and the outlet of the medicine adding device 4. A first regulating valve K1 is arranged on the water supplementing pipeline 8; and a second regulating valve K2 is arranged on the medicine inlet pipeline 9.

As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the chemical cleaning medicines comprise EDTA, citric acid monohydrate and other solid medicines, and the dissolution speed in water is slow, and agglomeration and sedimentation are easy to occur. continuously replenishing water to the medicine dissolving tank 1 through a chemical cleaning system water return main pipe, overflowing to the buffer tank 2 through the first overflow device 5, flowing into the medicine inlet pipeline 9 from the buffer tank 2 through the second overflow device 6, and sucking into the cleaning system through the inlet of a cleaning pump of the chemical cleaning system to realize continuous medicine inlet; starting a dispensing pump 3, and establishing a dispensing cycle through a buffer tank 2, the dispensing pump 3, a dosing device 4, a dosing circulating pipeline 7 and a dissolving medicine tank 1; chemical cleaning chemicals are added by a chemical adding device 4, are dissolved in two stages by a chemical dissolving box 1 and a buffer box 2 and then enter a chemical cleaning system; the water supplementing quantity and the medicine feeding quantity are controlled by adjusting the opening of the valve, and the medicine feeding speed is adjusted according to the water outlet condition of the second overflow device 6, so that the continuous medicine dissolving and feeding processes are realized; monitoring the liquid level of the second overflow device 6 avoids causing air to be sucked by the cleaning pump of the chemical cleaning system to influence the operation of the cleaning pump.
