Description of the working principle: firstly, a ton bag is hung on a supporting plate below the bottom of a crushing box through a lifting hook, then a moving trolley is controlled to drive a hydraulic lifting cylinder to be above stacked corrugated paper waste materials (beside the crushing box), after the hydraulic lifting cylinder is in place, the hydraulic lifting cylinder drives a support plate to be descended to a proper grabbing position of a pneumatic clamping jaw, meanwhile, the pneumatic clamping jaw grabs the stacked corrugated paper waste materials, after the grabbing is finished, the hydraulic lifting cylinder is controlled to drive the support plate to ascend and reset, then the hydraulic lifting cylinder is controlled to be above a feeding window, the pneumatic clamping jaw transfers the grabbed corrugated paper waste materials into the crushing box, a crushing shaft arranged in the crushing box crushes corrugated paper blades, after the crushing is finished, a control valve acts, and the crushed materials enter the ton bag through a discharge port.
