In recent years, the style of the antique furniture with fine engraving is very popular, and the characteristics of fashion, delicacy and passing through the world promote the antique furniture to be unique in the furniture market. The antique furniture is complex in process, the prior general technology adopts oil paint for coating, the process has the advantages of transparency, good antique effect, quick drying, high production efficiency and the like, but the oil paint emits strong pungent smell during construction, most of the oil paint is formaldehyde and benzene volatile substances, and the oil paint seriously harms human health.

In order to overcome the defects, the existing market also develops and researches water-based paint to replace oil-based paint, and the water-based paint takes water as a diluent, so that the water-based paint is low in carbon, energy-saving and environment-friendly, well saves resources, avoids the release of organic solvents and improves the environment-friendly health property. However, in the products actually produced and processed, the existing water-based transparent primer can achieve the paint coating effect on the common plane solid wood board, but the existing water-based transparent primer is acted on the board which contains more capillary holes, such as red oak solid wood, so that the requirements of filling, penetration and the like are difficult to meet, the coating can penetrate into the capillary holes in the surface treatment process, three primer coatings are generally required to be coated, but after the paint film is dried, a plurality of pinholes and conduit corrugation marks are generated on the surface of the board, the board cannot be completely sealed, and the coating effect is not ideal; in addition, when the paint is applied to the carved antique furniture, similar problems can be caused on the wood boards at the uneven positions, so that the defects of insufficient transparency, deep color gradation, antique effect, cracking prevention performance and the like of the painted furniture exist on the whole.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a production process for treating wood furniture by using water-based paint, and solves the problems of insufficient transparency, deep color gradation, antique effect, cracking prevention and the like after the overall coating of the furniture, which are caused by the fact that the filling and infiltration effects cannot be well met by coating the water-based paint on the uneven surface of the wood furniture or a wood board with more pores in the prior art.

The difference between this example and example 1 is that in step four and step six, the aqueous base paint was replaced with a nitro-group clear lacquer, which is a commercially available clear lacquer made from nitrocellulose, alkyd resin, plasticizer and organic solvent.

And (3) performance testing: the wooden furniture processed and treated in the examples 1 to 10 is sent to a furniture product quality detection center to be detected according to GB/T3324-2017 general technical conditions for wooden furniture, the results of the physical and chemical properties of the paint film of the wooden furniture processed and treated in the examples 1 to 10 are shown in the following table 1, the detection requirements of the physical and chemical properties of the paint film are detected according to the detection specified in the GB/T3324-2017 standard, and the wooden furniture obtained in the examples 8 to 13 can meet the detection indexes in terms of adhesion, liquid resistance, wet and heat resistance, dry and heat resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance as can be seen from the table 1; formaldehyde emission from wooden furniture was Not detected (ND, Not detected, translation was Not detected).

In the following test procedures, the adhesion of the paint film was measured according to the method of GB/T4893.4-2013, the determination of the humidity and heat resistance of the paint film is carried out according to the method of GB/T4893.2 (analysis standard: first-grade no test cup mark, second-grade intermittent slight mark and slight tarnishing, third-grade almost complete ring mark or ring mark and slight discoloring, fourth-grade obvious ring mark or ring mark and discoloring, fifth-grade serious ring mark or ring mark and discoloring or bubbling), the dry heat resistance of the paint film is measured according to the method of GB/T4893.3, the cold and hot temperature difference resistance measurement of the paint film is carried out according to the method of GB/T4893.7-2013 (standard: no bubbling, cracking and obvious light loss), the abrasion resistance of the paint film is measured according to the method of GB/T4893.8-2013, the impact resistance of the paint film is measured according to the method of GB/T4893.9-2013.

TABLE 1

In the production process steps, the water-based paint is used for coating in multiple processes, the treatment of the traditional wood furniture oil-based paint is replaced, and the water-based paint is tasteless, nontoxic, energy-saving and environment-friendly and is beneficial to the healthy work of operators; the water-based paint uses deionized water as a solvent, so that the leveling property of the paint is better, the leveling of the surface of a paint film can be quickly finished, the board surface effect is improved, the absorption of a wood product is facilitated, the capillary holes on the surface of a board can be well filled and covered, and the treated fine pinholes and conduits are completely covered; the transparent effect is good, and the paint film does not become cloudy or white; the last layer of vegetable wax that is processed on wooden furniture is again because wooden furniture itself has certain moisture content, in addition the processing of waterborne lacquer, the waterborne lacquer main material is water, wooden furniture appears the surface fluff, the fracture deformation, the humidity becomes moldy scheduling problem in processing treatment or follow-up use, reduces the effective effect of whole processing technology, and the processing of vegetable wax coating can play the closed effect to the paint film top layer, effectively prevents furniture surface fracture scheduling problem, still can improve the lifelike effect of antique furniture.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
