Under the low-speed running state, when part of the electric automobile does not reach the critical speed, the working volume of the internal combustion engine cannot reach the low-speed prompt tone standard, and when the electric automobile reaches or exceeds the critical speed, the working volume of the internal combustion engine reaches the low-speed prompt tone standard. That is, the electric vehicle is in a hybrid vehicle exterior noise characteristic state when the critical speed is not reached, and the alarm executes a hybrid prompt tone mode. When the electric automobile reaches or exceeds the critical speed, the electric automobile is in the external noise characteristic state of the internal combustion engine car, and the alarm executes the closing prompt tone mode.

It should be noted that the function N in this embodiment is a function obtained through a large number of calculations according to the collected actual working condition values, and specific functions are not listed in this embodiment because of the actual working condition values of different vehicle types. The engine signal is not limited to the engine speed signal and the engine flywheel end torque signal described in the present embodiment, and may be a signal of operating conditions of other components of the internal combustion engine.

The control strategy of the embodiment can ensure that the sound level of the noise outside the whole automobile of the electric automobile meets the low-speed prompt sound standard, and simultaneously avoids the overlarge noise outside the whole automobile. The first aspect of the control strategy of this embodiment can guarantee the comfort level of the interior passenger and avoid causing the complaining of road participant outside the car to the noise, avoids appearing the condition of disturbing the citizen. The second aspect avoids unnecessary power output of the warning indicator, and can save energy. The third aspect can be applicable to electric vehicles of different vehicle types, and the suitability is high.

This embodiment provides a control system of a warning tone based on a control strategy, including:

the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle condition information;

the information processing module is used for judging the vehicle condition state to which the vehicle condition information belongs according to the calibration information;

and the execution module is used for selecting and executing the running mode of the corresponding prompt tone according to the vehicle condition state.

The vehicle condition information acquired by the signal acquisition module comprises a vehicle speed signal V, an internal combustion engine rotating speed signal n and an internal combustion engine flywheel end torque signal Tf

The calibration information in the information processing module comprises a motor vehicle exterior noise characteristic state, an internal combustion engine vehicle exterior noise characteristic state and a mixed vehicle exterior noise characteristic state;

the characteristic state of the noise outside the motor vehicle is the vehicle condition state when the signal of the internal combustion engine is an invalid value;

the external noise characteristic state of the internal combustion engine is the state of the vehicle condition when the working sound of the internal combustion engine reaches the low-speed prompt sound standard under the condition that the alarm is turned off, and the function N is usedInside and outside(n,TfAnd V) represents;

the hybrid vehicle exterior noise characteristic state is a vehicle condition state in which the working sound of the internal combustion engine is calibrated to be lower than the low-speed prompt sound standard under the condition that the alarm is turned offBy a function NMix the exterior(n,TfAnd V) represents.

The execution module selects an operation mode for executing the prompt tone according to the vehicle condition state, and comprises the following steps:

when the vehicle condition information is the characteristic state of the external noise of the motor vehicle, the warning device executes an all-electric warning tone mode, and in the all-electric warning tone mode, the warning device sends out a warning tone reaching the low-speed warning tone standard;

when the vehicle condition information is the characteristic state of the noise outside the internal combustion engine vehicle, the warning device executes a closing warning tone mode, and under the closing warning tone mode, the warning device closes the warning tone;

when the vehicle condition information is the external noise characteristic state of the hybrid vehicle, the alarm executes a hybrid prompt tone mode, and under the hybrid prompt tone mode, the prompt tone of the alarm is matched with the working sound of the internal combustion engine to reach the low-speed prompt tone standard.

With regard to the system in the above embodiment, the specific steps in which the respective modules perform operations have been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and are not described in detail herein.

Specifically, the system may be implemented by a VCU of the vehicle itself, or may be implemented by an independent control device such as a CPU and an MCU.
