Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

Example one

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a footrest apparatus for a rail train in accordance with an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view of the footrest shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 1 showing the internal structure thereof.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a footrest device for a rail train in accordance with an embodiment of the present application includes:

a stationary base 100;

a foot pedal 300 having two button mounting holes;

a lifting mechanism having a lifting button 211a and a lowering button 211b, the lifting mechanism being fixed on the fixing base 100, the foot board 300 being connected to the lifting mechanism and the lifting button 211a and the lowering button 211b protruding from the two button mounting holes, respectively;

wherein the lifting mechanism is configured to drive the pedal plate 300 to ascend by a preset unit height when the ascending button 211a is pressed once, and drive the pedal plate 300 to descend by the unit height when the descending button 211b is pressed once.

A pedal device for rail train of this application embodiment, elevating system fixes on the unable adjustment base who is located the bottom, and the running-board is connected with elevating system and rise button and decline button respectively from the button mounting hole protrusion. In this way, the up button and the down button for controlling the ascending and descending of the stepping means are directly exposed at the foot pedal, facilitating the stepping operation of the up button and the down button by the driver. When a driver steps on the lifting button once, the lifting mechanism drives the pedal plate to rise by a preset unit height, namely the lifting button is pressed once, and the pedal plate rises by one unit height; if the up button is stepped on five times, the foot pedal is raised five units high; similarly, the foot pedal is lowered by one unit height when the lift button is pressed once. The pedal device for the rail train in the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the operation modes of ascending and descending of the pedal are simple; and after the pedal is treaded once, the ascending or descending height is a unit height, so that the vertical moving height of the pedal plate is controllable, the height of the pedal plate can be conveniently adjusted, and the height requirements of different drivers on the pedal plate can be met.

In order to realize the lifting mechanism, the acting force of the button which is pressed down is converted into the acting force for lifting and descending the pedal plate per unit height. Therefore, in practice, as shown in fig. 4, the lifting mechanism further includes:

the first transmission mechanism 210 is used for transmitting the linear motion of the button pressed down to the second transmission mechanism, and the button comprises the ascending button and the descending button;

the second transmission mechanism 240 is configured to carry a linear motion and output a rotational motion of a preset angle of the second transmission mechanism;

the third transmission mechanism is used for bearing the rotation movement of a preset angle and converting the rotation movement into ascending and descending of unit height so as to drive the ascending and descending of the pedal plate to the unit height.

The first transmission mechanism transmits the linear motion of the button pressed down to the second transmission mechanism; the second transmission mechanism is a labor-saving mechanism, and amplifies and converts the smaller force action of linear motion of the button which is pressed once into rotary motion of a preset angle; the third transmission mechanism converts the rotation motion of the preset angle into ascending and descending of unit height, and the third transmission mechanism drives the pedal plate to ascend and descend by unit height.

Specifically, the pedal adopts a checkered plate. Therefore, when a driver steps on the pedal, the friction force is large, and the pedal is not easy to slip.

Specifically, the pedal, the ascending button and the descending button are all made of stainless steel materials.

The first transmission mechanism, the second transmission mechanism, the third transmission mechanism, and other structures of the pedal device will be described below.

The third transmission mechanism has the following structure:

FIG. 5 is a partial schematic view of the lower and upper housing portions of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 1 being engaged with each other; FIG. 6 is a partial exploded view of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the lower housing shown in FIG. 6; FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the upper housing shown in FIG. 7; FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the assembled gear shaft, fixed disk and bi-directional ratchet locking mechanism of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 10 is a side view of FIG. 9;

in practice, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, the third transmission mechanism comprises:

the lower box body 221 with an opening at the upper side is fixed on the fixed base 100, the inner box wall of the lower box body is provided with a rack 221-1, the lower box body is provided with two U-shaped grooves 221-2 which are oppositely arranged, and the openings of the U-shaped grooves face upwards;

an upper case 222 having an opening at a lower side thereof and fastened to the outside of the lower case 221, wherein shaft mounting holes are respectively formed at positions of the upper case located outside the U-shaped groove, and the foot board is fixed to the upper case;

two ends of the shaft body of the gear shaft 223 penetrate into the two shaft mounting holes through the two U-shaped grooves 221-2 respectively, and the gear teeth of the gear shaft 223 are meshed with the racks 221-1;

the gear shaft is used for converting the rotation of a preset angle into upward and downward rolling of the gear shaft on the rack at a unit height, and the upper box body is driven to ascend and descend according to the unit height.

The U-shaped groove is provided with an upward opening to provide a moving space for the ascending and descending of the gear shaft. The second transmission mechanism outputs the rotary motion of the preset angle, and one end of the shaft body of the gear shaft is fixed with the second transmission mechanism, so that the shaft body of the gear shaft bears the rotary motion of the preset angle. The gear shaft converts the rotation of a preset angle into the upward and downward rolling of the gear shaft on the rack, and converts the rotation of the preset angle into the upward and downward rolling height of the gear shaft on the rack as a unit height, so that the upper box body is driven to ascend and descend according to the unit height.

Specifically, the depth of the opening of the U-shaped groove is any value greater than or equal to 90 mm and less than or equal to 140 mm, and the rack extends to the top end of the upper box body at least from the height position of the inner bottom of the opening of the U-shaped groove.

Therefore, the height range of the foot pedal which can be adjusted is large, and the height requirements of different drivers on the foot pedal can be met.

In practice, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 9 and 10, the third transmission mechanism further includes a fixed disk 231 having a fixed disk shaft hole and a bidirectional ratchet locking mechanism 232;

the fixed disk 231 is fixed to the outer box wall of the lower box 221, one end of the shaft body of the gear shaft 223 penetrates through the fixed disk shaft hole and is coaxially fixed to the ratchet wheel of the ratchet locking mechanism, and the pawl of the ratchet locking mechanism is connected with the fixed disk 231;

the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism and the second transmission mechanism are fixed to bear the rotary motion of a preset angle, the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism is used for rotating in the clockwise direction and the anticlockwise direction by taking one gear tooth as a unit, and the pawl is used for locking the ratchet wheel after the ratchet wheel rotates one gear tooth to realize the rotation of the preset angle.

Therefore, the second transmission mechanism outputs the rotation of a preset angle, and the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism bears the rotation of the preset angle; through the matching of the ratchet locking mechanism, the fixed disc, the gear shaft and the rack, the rotary motion of a preset angle is converted into the ascending and descending of the unit height of the gear shaft, and then the ascending and descending of the unit height of the upper box body and the pedal plate are driven.

Specifically, the fixed disk is fixed with the outer box wall of the lower box body through the cushion block, the bolt and the nut. Therefore, the fixing of the fixing disc is conveniently realized, and the connection of the pawl of the ratchet locking mechanism is further realized.

Specifically, one end of the shaft body of the gear shaft and the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism are coaxially fixed through the coupler. The shaft body of the gear shaft and the shaft of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism are coaxially fixed through the shaft coupling.

In the implementation, as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 8, a cylinder 221-3 is arranged on the inner bottom plate of the lower box body, and a compression spring is fixed in the cylinder 221-3;

the inner top plate of the lower box body is provided with a cylinder 222-1;

when the upper box 222 and the lower box 221 are fastened, the cylinder 222-1 extends into the cylinder 221-3 and presses the compression spring to provide an upward supporting force for the upper box.

The cooperation of drum, compression spring and cylinder provides ascending holding power to last box, has reduced the resistance and the restraint compression spring elastic force direction when last box rises.

In practice, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the lower case 221 and the upper case 222 are rectangular parallelepiped cases; the two cylinders 221-3 are arranged on the inner bottom plate of the lower box body, and the two cylinders 221-3 are arranged at intervals along the long central line of the inner bottom plate of the upper box body;

the long central line of the inner bottom plate of the lower box body is a connecting line of the middle points of the two short sides of the inner bottom plate of the lower box body.

Therefore, the upper box body is matched with the two sets of cylinders, the compression springs and the cylinders, relatively uniform upward supporting force is provided for the upper box body, and the resistance when the upper box body rises and the direction of the elastic force of the restraint compression springs are reduced.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the number of the racks 221-1 is two, and the racks are spaced apart from each other and disposed on the inner wall of the lower box 221; correspondingly, the number of the gear teeth of the gear shaft 223 is two, and the gear teeth of the two gear shafts are respectively meshed with the two racks 221-1.

Therefore, when the gear shaft drives the upper box body to ascend and descend, the force applied to the upper box body is uniform.

In implementation, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the outer box wall of the lower box body is provided with a lower box body guide rail 221-4, and the guide direction of the lower box body guide rail 221-4 is a vertical direction;

as shown in fig. 8, the inner wall of the upper tank is provided with an upper tank guide groove 222-2;

when the upper box body ascends and descends relative to the lower box body, the lower box body guide rail 221-4 and the upper box body guide groove 222-2 are matched with each other to play a role in vertical guiding.

The lower box body guide rail and the lower box body guide groove are matched for guiding, so that the whole upper box body is stable in ascending and descending.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the number of the lower box guide rails 221-4 is four, and the four lower box guide rails 221-4 are disposed in the middle of the four outer box walls of the lower box;

as shown in fig. 8, the number of the upper tank guide grooves 222-2 is four, and four upper tank guide grooves 222-2 are provided in the middle of four inner tank walls of the upper tank.

Four lower box guide rails and four lower box guide grooves are matched for guiding, so that the whole upper box is very high in ascending and descending stability.

In implementation, as shown in fig. 7, a limiting block 221-5 is fixed at the top end of the lower box guide rail, and the limiting block 221-5 protrudes out of the lower box guide rail 221-4;

the limiting block is used for preventing the upper box guide groove from being separated from the top end of the lower box guide rail, and the lower box guide rail fixed with the limiting block is located on the long edge outer wall of the lower box.

The existence of the limiting block prevents the guide groove of the upper box body from being separated from the top end of the guide rail of the lower box body, thereby preventing the upper box body from being separated from the upper end of the lower box body. The lower box body guide rail fixed with the limiting block is positioned on the outer wall of the long edge of the lower box body, so that the limiting block is positioned close to the middle of the box body, and the upper box body is stressed uniformly.

In practice, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the bottom plate and the wall of the lower case 221 have lower case lightening holes, and the top plate and the wall of the upper case 222 have upper case lightening holes.

The existence of the lightening holes of the lower box body and the lightening holes of the upper box body reduces the material consumption of the whole pedal device and has lighter weight.

Specifically, the bottom end of the lower box body is provided with an everted lower box body flanging, and when the upper box body is buckled outside the lower box body, the bottom end of the upper box body is arranged on the lower box body flanging.

Like this, go up box and lower box interact, avoided last box and unable adjustment base's contact, reduced the intensity requirement to unable adjustment base.

In practice, to achieve the overall protection of the foothold, the foothold further comprises a dust cover 530 and a organ cover 540 attached under the dust cover, as shown in fig. 1. Important parts of the pedal device are arranged inside a dust cover and an organ cover, the dust cover is made of aluminum alloy, the organ cover is made of artificial leather, and the button needs to be operated by a driver through pedaling, so that the button is exposed. Therefore, protection of the button portion is required.

The first transmission mechanism has the following structure:

FIG. 11 is an assembled schematic view of the button assembly of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 4; FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a button assembly of the footrest apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 13 is a side view of the button assembly shown in FIG. 12; FIG. 14 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken at an angle as shown in FIG. 13; FIG. 15 is a partial schematic view of the button assembly of FIG. 12 with the inner seal ring separated from the inner annular groove; fig. 16 is another enlarged angular cross-sectional view of fig. 13.

In practice, as shown in fig. 4, 11, 12, 13 and 14, the first transmission mechanism includes a button assembly including:

the button mounting plate 221-6 is provided with two button barrel fixing holes;

the front end of the button barrel is provided with a mounting flange 221-8, and the tail end of the button barrel penetrates through the button barrel fixing hole and is fixed on the button mounting plate through the mounting flange 221-8; wherein, one side of the mounting flange facing the button mounting plate is provided with an outer annular groove 411 with a U-shaped cross section;

and the outer sealing ring 412 is arranged in the outer annular groove 411, and the mounting flange 221-8 is pressed on the button mounting plate 221-6 for sealing so as to realize sealing between the button barrel and the button mounting plate.

The installation turn-ups is provided with the outer annular groove that the cross section is the U type towards one side of button mounting panel, and in outer annular groove was arranged in to the outer seal ring, the installation turn-ups pressure equipment was sealed on the button mounting panel, has realized the sealed between button section of thick bamboo and the button mounting panel.

In practice, as shown in fig. 14, the button assembly further comprises the button;

the button is installed in the button cylinder 221-7, and the button is rebounded to the original position when the force of the pressed force is removed.

Like this, button and button section of thick bamboo are mutually supported, and when the realization was trampled the button, the button was along the downward rectilinear movement of button section of thick bamboo, and after the button was loosened, the button kick-backed, the button along the upward rectilinear movement of button section of thick bamboo.

In implementation, as shown in fig. 15, the inner wall of the button barrel is provided with an inner annular groove 421, and a notch of the inner annular groove 421 faces the inside of the button barrel;

the button assembly further includes an inner seal ring 422 disposed within the inner annular groove and in intimate contact with the button to effect a seal between the button and the button cartridge.

The inner ring-shaped groove is arranged on the inner wall of the button barrel, the notch of the inner ring-shaped groove faces the inside of the button barrel, and the inner sealing ring is arranged in the inner ring-shaped groove, so that the inner sealing ring is in close contact with the button, and sealing between the button and the button barrel is realized.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the inner annular groove 421 is provided at the front of the button cartridge.

In this way, the inner seal seals the button and the button cartridge at the front of the button cartridge, preventing water and dust from entering between the button and the button cartridge.

In implementation, as shown in fig. 15, the inner annular groove is provided with a clamping protrusion 411-1, and the clamping protrusion 411-1 is arranged at the top end of the groove wall on one side far away from the button mounting plate;

the cross section of the inner sealing ring is consistent with the shape of the inner annular groove;

the clamping bulge is used for blocking the inner sealing ring, and the lower end of the inner sealing ring is prevented from entering a gap between the button and the sealing cylinder when the button moves downwards relative to the button cylinder.

The clamping protrusion exists, the lower end of the inner sealing ring is blocked, and therefore when the button moves downwards relative to the button, the lower end of the inner sealing ring is prevented from entering a gap between the button and the sealing cylinder, the pedal device is durable, and the service life of the pedal device is long.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the clamping protrusion 411-1 is a clamping protrusion with a right trapezoid cross section, a right-angled bottom edge of the clamping protrusion 411-1 is fixed on a groove wall on one side far away from the button mounting plate, and a right-angled waist of the clamping protrusion is flush with an inner wall of the sealing cylinder.

Therefore, the contact surface between the clamping bulge and the lower end of the inner sealing ring is large, and the clamping bulge can well block the lower end of the inner sealing ring.

In implementation, as shown in fig. 15, the inner annular groove further has a limiting protrusion 411-2 diagonally arranged with the clamping protrusion, and the cross section of the inner seal ring is consistent with the shape of the inner annular groove;

the limiting protrusion 411-2 is used for providing a downward acting force to the inner sealing ring, so that the upper end of the inner sealing ring is prevented from entering a gap between the button and the sealing cylinder when the button moves upwards relative to the button cylinder.

Like this, spacing bellied existence for the area of contact of the upper end of interior sealing washer and interior annular groove is great, like this, prevents that interior sealing washer upper end from getting into the clearance between button and the sealed section of thick bamboo, makes pedal device durable, long service life.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the limiting protrusion 411-2 is a limiting protrusion with a rectangular cross section. The limiting bulge and the clamping bulge are arranged diagonally, so that enough space is provided for clamping the inner sealing ring into the inner annular groove.

In implementation, as shown in fig. 15, the inner wall of the button barrel is further provided with an assembling groove at a position below the inner annular groove;

the button assembly comprises an assembly ring 430, the assembly ring 430 is installed at the assembly groove, the inner wall of the assembly ring 430 protrudes out of the inner wall of the button barrel 221-7, and the inner wall of the assembly ring 430 is tightly matched with the button.

The existence of the rotary matching groove and the rotary matching ring enables the assembly between the button and the button barrel to be converted into the assembly between the button and the assembling ring, and the requirements for the strength and the precision of the button barrel are lowered.

In practice, as shown in fig. 15, the inner sealing ring 422 has a hollow center, so that when the button moves along the button barrel, the inner sealing ring can deform to reduce the friction force between the inner sealing ring and the button.

The center of interior sealing washer has well kenozooecium for interior sealing washer easily takes place deformation, when the button moves along a button section of thick bamboo, interior sealing washer take place deformation in order to reduce with frictional force between the button.

The inner sealing ring is a rubber ring made of nitrile rubber, the outer sealing ring is a rubber ring with an O-shaped cross section and made of nitrile rubber, and double-layer sealing protection can effectively prevent sundries from entering the pedal device. The service life of the inner rubber ring and the outer rubber ring is more than 10W, and the nitrile rubber material has the advantage of corrosion resistance, and can effectively protect water, snow, salt and calcium chloride.

In practice, as shown in fig. 1, the pedal device further includes dust brushes 510 fixed on both sides of the pedal plate, which can effectively prevent particles larger than 1 mm from entering. Specifically, the dustproof brush is made of a nylon material. The dustproof effect is good, and the quality is lighter.

Fig. 17 is a schematic view of the anti-leak plate of the pedal device shown in fig. 1 being fixed to a driver's seat. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, the step apparatus further includes a flat type leakage preventing plate 600, the leakage preventing plate 600 is fixed to the body of the train, and a fixing base of the step apparatus is fixed to the leakage preventing plate 600.

The leak-proof plate separates other parts of the pedal device from the outside, and can prevent rainwater, snow, dust and other sundries at the position of the bicycle body under the leak-proof plate from entering the inside of the pedal device.

Specifically, the leak-proof plate is provided with an M6 rivet pressing stud, the leak-proof plate is connected with a middle cabinet and a right cabinet of a driver platform in a riveting mode, the leak-proof plate is connected with a vehicle body as one part of a frame through a nut, a large flat pad, an elastic pad and an M8, and the joint is sealed by gluing.

Thus, the leak-proof plate is firmly fixed.

In practice, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, the button assembly further includes:

the bottom of the button barrel is provided with a button barrel through hole, the bottom end of the button penetrates through the button barrel through hole to fix the push rod 212, the push rod is perpendicular to the button, and the two push rods are arranged oppositely; the open end of the push rod is provided with a U-shaped mounting rack, and two arms of the two U-shaped mounting racks are perpendicular to the button mounting plate;

gyro wheel 213 and roller installation axle, the roller installation axle is fixed between two arms of U type mounting bracket, gyro wheel 213 passes through the bearing and installs on the roller installation axle.

The roller is installed on the roller installation shaft through a bearing, so that the roller can roll around the roller installation shaft. When the button descends, the push rod is driven to descend, so that the roller also descends; when the button is lifted, the roller is also lifted.

Fig. 16 is another enlarged angular cross-sectional view of fig. 13. In practice, as shown in fig. 16, the tread of the roller 213 is shaped so as to be low in the middle and high at both ends.

The tread of the roller is shaped so as to fit over the cylindrical surfaces of the other components, so that the tread of the roller can straddle the cylindrical surfaces of the other components.

In this way, the transmission of force between the roller and other components is made more stable.

In practice, as shown in fig. 11 and 13, the button assembly further includes:

the two limit plates 214 are respectively fixed on the back of the button mounting plate 221-6 at intervals and are positioned between the two rollers 213;

when the button is not pressed, the bottom end of the stopper plate 214 is lower than the bottom end of the roller 213.

When the button is not pressed down, the bottom end of the limiting plate is lower than the bottom end of the roller. Thus, the roller is protected during the rebound process of the button after the button is pressed and released.

In an implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the first transmission mechanism further includes:

a button assembly mounting plate 215, the button assembly mounting plate 215 having a button assembly mounting hole, the button assembly being fixed to the button assembly mounting plate 215 with the button and the button mounting plate 221-6 exposed from the button assembly mounting hole;

the pedal is fixed on the front surface of the button assembly mounting plate, and the button protrudes from the button mounting hole.

In this way, the assembly between the button assembly inside the first transmission mechanism and the button assembly mounting plate is achieved, as well as the assembly between the button assembly mounting plate and the pedal plate.

The button subassembly of the pedal device of the embodiment of the application is an independent structure, so that the button subassembly can be taken out independently without integrally disassembling the pedal device for overhauling.

In an implementation, as shown in fig. 6, the pedal device further includes a plurality of inclined strut structures 520, and each of the inclined strut structures 520 is fixed at the outer top plate and the outer box wall of the upper box 222;

the back of the button assembly mounting plate 215 is secured to the sprag structure 520 such that the button assembly mounting plate is maintained at a predetermined angle of inclination relative to the stationary base.

Thus, the installation plate of the button installation component keeps a preset inclination angle relative to the fixed base, and the pedal plate is fixed on the installation plate of the button installation component, so that the pedal plate keeps the preset inclination angle relative to the fixed base.

In operation, as shown in FIG. 3, the button assembly mounting plate 215 is formed with a viewing aperture 215-1 for viewing the interior of the footrest apparatus with the button assembly mounting plate 215 held stationary with the sprag structure.

The button subassembly mounting panel is opened there is the observation hole, like this, only need take off the running-board, just can observe the state of the inside of foot pedal device through opening the observation hole that has on the button subassembly mounting panel, also can carry out simple maintenance work, and the foot pedal device of this application embodiment has high maintainability.

The structure of the second transmission mechanism is as follows:

FIG. 18 is a perspective view of the second transmission shown in FIG. 4; FIG. 19 is a front elevational view of the second transmission shown in FIG. 18; FIG. 20 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken at an angle as shown in FIG. 19; fig. 21 is another enlarged angular cross-sectional view of fig. 19.

In practice, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the second transmission mechanism comprises:

a U-shaped mounting 241;

the two rotating shafts 242 and the two arm-of-force levers 243, one end of each arm-of-force lever 243 is fixedly connected with the corresponding rotating shaft hole, the rotating shafts 242 are connected between the two arms of the U-shaped mounting part 241, the two rotating shafts 242 are arranged at intervals, and the two arm-of-force levers 243 are kept in the same straight line in a back-to-back mode;

the outer groove bottom of the U-shaped mounting piece is fixed with a ratchet wheel of the bidirectional ratchet wheel locking mechanism; when the button is pressed down once, the roller presses the lower force arm rod, so that the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism rotates by taking one gear tooth as a unit and then is locked by the pawl.

The groove bottom of the U-shaped mounting piece is fixed with a ratchet wheel of the bidirectional ratchet wheel locking mechanism, and when the roller presses the force arm lever to enable the second transmission mechanism to rotate, the ratchet wheel of the bidirectional ratchet wheel locking mechanism also rotates; because the pawl of the bidirectional ratchet locking mechanism is connected with the fixed disc which is fixed with the upper box body, the pawl locks the ratchet after the ratchet rotates clockwise and anticlockwise by taking one gear tooth as a unit, and the rotating angle of one gear tooth of the ratchet is the preset angle between two adjacent gear teeth of the ratchet. The second actuator translates a vertical movement of the button received from the roller of the first actuator into a predetermined angular rotation of the second actuator as a whole. And because the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism and the gear shaft are coaxially fixed, the gear teeth of the gear shaft can be driven to roll upwards and downwards along the rack.

In practice, as shown in fig. 21, both ends of the rotating shaft 242 are rotatably connected to the two arms of the U-shaped mounting member 241 through bearings, respectively;

the second transmission mechanism further comprises two torsion springs 244, and the torsion springs 244 are sleeved outside the rotating shaft;

the lower torsion bar of the torsion spring is fixed with the groove bottom of the U-shaped mounting part, and the upper torsion bar of the torsion spring is tightly attached to one side, facing the groove bottom of the U-shaped mounting part, of the arm-force rod so as to keep the two arm-force rods in the same straight line which is opposite to each other.

The existence of the torsion spring enables the two arm levers to keep the same straight line back to back on the one hand, and on the other hand, when the roller presses the arm levers, the torsion spring and the bearing bear a part of twisting acting force to consume a part of torque brought by twisting, so that the durability of the second transmission mechanism is improved.

In operation, as shown in fig. 21, the torsion spring 244 is located below the arm 243.

Thus, when the roller presses on the lever, the downward force of the lever acts on the torsion spring rather than on the U-shaped mounting member. After the torsion spring is used for multiple times, if the torsion spring needs to be replaced, the replaced element is small, the cost is low, and the maintenance is convenient.

In practice, as shown in fig. 20, the arm-of-force lever comprises:

a rod body 243-1, wherein one end of the rod body is provided with a rod body shaft hole, and the rod body shaft hole is matched and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft in a shaft hole way;

the roller 243-2 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the rod body through a bearing, so that the roller 243-2 can rotate relative to the rod body, wherein the central axis of the roller is perpendicular to the central axis of the roller;

when the button is pressed down once, the roller presses the roller below, so that the ratchet wheel of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism rotates by taking one gear tooth as a unit and then is locked by the pawl.

The central axis of gyro wheel, the central axis of cylinder, the direction of the central axis of rotation are three mutually perpendicular's direction, and the three all can be rotatory to can be pressed the button and consume the moment that this operation probably produced once, and then make pedal device durability higher.

In practice, as shown in fig. 16, the tread of the roller 213 is low in the middle and high at both ends, so that the tread of the roller 213 can be stretched over the outer circumferential surface of the drum 243-2.

In this way, the force transmission between the roller and the drum is made more stable.

The components of the step device are further described below.

The utility model provides a pedal device, what adopt is the mechanical lift mode, has advantages such as sound construction, stable function and lift process are steady, and wherein, the bearing that uses among the pedal device is self-sealing structure, and both sides are intake and also can not fall on gear shaft and rack, and consequently pedal device is lower to the maintenance requirement.

But for preventing pedal device unexpected condition in the use, simultaneously for convenient daily operation maintenance and maintenance to pedal, after dismantling the running-board, through the observation hole of button assembly mounting panel just can be convenient observe the inside state of pedal device, also can carry out simple maintenance work.

Meanwhile, the button assembly is of an independent structure, so that the button assembly can be independently taken out for maintenance without integrally disassembling the pedal.

In the implementation, because the existence of the limiting plate of first drive mechanism for from being pressed to being loosened the back at the button, gyro wheel and cylinder reset together, the limiting plate blocks the cylinder, prevents that the ascending inertia of cylinder from applying on the gyro wheel, plays the guard action to the gyro wheel.

Specifically, the rack provides a stable step length for the ascending and descending of the upper box body.

Specifically, the standard straight teeth of 2-die 17 teeth are selected as the gear shaft. Through a large amount of calculation and verification, parameters such as the tooth number, the modulus and the like of the gear are determined, and the stability and the practicability of the whole structure are ensured. Practice proves that the double-mode gear can well realize the ascending and descending of the pedal. The reason is that: the smaller the modulus, the smaller the gear meshing surface, and the more likely tooth breakage occurs. When the modulus is large, the gear is easy to derail when the number of teeth is too small, and the phenomenon that the gear cannot rise during idling is caused. Practice proves that the gear shaft of the 2-die 17-tooth straight-tooth cylinder can ensure reasonable unit height, stable ascending and descending and has a smaller structure.

Specifically, the included angle between the pedal and the horizontal plane is any value which is larger than or equal to 15 degrees and smaller than or equal to 20 degrees.

Furthermore, the included angle between the pedal and the horizontal plane is 20 degrees. The included angle accords with the pedaling habits of more drivers and the ergonomics.

Specifically, the ascending button and the descending button are arranged on the right side of the pedal plate at intervals and are arranged at intervals up and down, the ascending button is located below, and the descending button is located above.

Under the condition that the pedal button is not stepped on, the button is about 35mm higher than the front surface of the pedal plate; the distance between the pedal button and the center of the pedal is 206 mm; the man-machine analysis is carried out in consideration of the situation that a driver wears the safety boots, and the man-machine analysis shows that when the height of the pedal plate is adjusted, the driver can incline a certain angle to tread in order to avoid simultaneously treading 2 buttons when treading, and the inclination angle is about 12 degrees; trample 2 buttons simultaneously certainly can not cause the influence to pedal device yet, trample 2 buttons simultaneously, and the running-board can be according to 2 button atress differences and carry out the action of going up and down, and the button that the atress is big plays the primary role this moment.

Specifically, the gear shaft, the rack and the lower box body guide rail are made of No. 45 steel, and the spring is made of spring steel; namely, the parts of the pedal device which have higher requirements on rigidity and strength are made of stainless steel materials. Other parts needing to be made of metal materials are made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the whole pedal device is light in weight, and the purpose of reducing weight is achieved.

The contact strength, fatigue strength and fatigue bending strength of the gear shaft and the rack all need to meet the use requirements. The service life of the button needs to reach 3 thousands of service lives.

Specifically, the pedal base is fixed with the lower box body through fasteners such as bolts, nuts and elastic flat pads.
