The present invention relates to a structure for receiving a tea bag with a mineral water bottle, and more particularly, to a structure for receiving a tea bag with a mineral water bottle, which is characterized in that the inside of a cover of the mineral water bottle is coupled with a receiving port including a tea bag, and then the cover is coupled with the mineral water bottle so that the contents of the tea bag are soaked by the water inside, thereby easily making green tea or coffee and the like for drinking; in the process of making the beverage, a plurality of tastes, aromas and functions are provided by a material selecting component which further provides the tastes and aromas for the lower side; the display component is attached to the tea bag and used for displaying the color of light mouthfeel, the color of common mouthfeel and the color of mellow mouthfeel so as to be convenient for comparing with the color of the content soaking water of the tea bag; the user will show that the component contrasts with the soaking color and taste and the fragrant smell of tea bag content, and the taste of various selection water supplies to drink.

Background

The invention previously filed by the present applicant (patent registration No. 1553337, registration date: 2015, 9, 11) describes the following technical features: the inside of the cover of the mineral water bottle is combined with the containing port comprising the tea bag, and then the cover is combined with the mineral water bottle so that the content of the tea bag is soaked in the water filled in the mineral water bottle, thereby easily infusing green tea, coffee and other beverages for drinking; the tea bag can be used for one time, can also be replaced for multiple times for repeated use, and is economical and practical; the anti-dropping rope is arranged to prevent the containing opening combined with the cover from moving into the mineral water bottle when being randomly separated, and meanwhile, one side of the containing opening is adhered with a display component for showing the color of light mouthfeel, the color of common mouthfeel and the color of mellow mouthfeel; the user compares the display component with the color of the tea bag content soaking water, and selects the taste of the beverage.

Technical problem

The present invention is characterized in that it comprises,

by:

a body having a cylindrical shape, an upper side of which is closed, and an outer circumferential surface of which is radially formed with a plurality of penetrating portions communicating with the inside and the outside along a length direction to form a filter member, and an upper side of which is formed with a coupling protrusion coupled with the cover;

the tea bag content is arranged in the body and is soaked by mineral water in the mineral water bottle;

a combining means, wherein the front end of the anti-drop rope connected on the body is connected with a fastening line belt which is composed of a combining bulge and a combining groove of the cover,

fixed in the tea bag containing structure of the mineral water bottle,

a rotary guide groove connected with a convex insertion groove formed at the lower front end of the body and including a material selecting hole for contacting the optional content with mineral water,

a material selecting projection combined with the projection inserting groove is formed, the inner part is divided into a planning space by a dividing part, then the material selecting projection is inserted into the planning space, and the outer side of the material selecting projection is composed of a material selecting component formed with a material selecting filter.

Advantageous effects

The invention arranges a line belt at the front end of the anti-dropping rope, which is fixed on a part of the mineral water bottle from the outside to adjust the depth and the length of the tea bag, thereby adjusting the soaking amount and the position of the tea bag.

The invention makes the contained tea soaked in water through the tea bag of the selected tea, and one side of the containing opening is attached with the display component for showing the color of light taste, the color of common taste and the color of mellow taste, so as to be convenient for comparing with the color of the content of the tea bag soaked in water; the user compares the display component with the color of the tea bag content soaking water, and the taste of the beverage is selected in a variety of ways.

In the process of making the beverage, the invention further selects the material selecting components with various tastes and various fragrances for the lower side to provide healthy tea culture with various tastes, fragrances and functions.

The tea bag mineral water bottle containing port 1 is provided with a space for storing the tea bag content 20 on the cylindrical inner diameter of the upper side of the body 10 which is sealed, and the cylindrical member is provided with a reticular filtering member 30 which radially forms a plurality of penetrating parts 11 with the inside communicated with the outside along the length direction, so that the tea bag content 20 contacts with mineral water to soak the tea water.

The body 10 is longitudinally provided with a display member 13 composed of three-step colors so as to be compared with the content-soaked water of the content 20 of the tea bag.

The lower side of the body 10 is connected with a material selecting component 50, the interior of the material selecting component is divided into a plurality of small grids, and materials with different tastes, fragrances and functions are provided for users to select the tastes, fragrances and functions.

The upper side of the body 10 is protruded with a combining projection 42 fixed to the mineral water bottle 100.

In the main body 10, the content 20 of the tea bag is placed in a cylindrical shape with an inner diameter, the cylindrical member is provided with penetrating parts 11 at a certain interval, and is blocked by the filter member 30, and the lower front end is formed with a material selecting hole 14 which occupies about 1/3 of the whole circumferential direction and contacts with one of 3 parts of the material selecting filter 56 of the material selecting member 50 to allow the mineral water to pass through.

A protrusion insertion groove 15 is axially formed at a certain interval at the lower front end of the body 10 forming the material selecting hole 14, and a rotation guide groove 16 is circumferentially formed at the protrusion insertion groove 15.

In the material selecting member 50, a material selecting protrusion 55 inserted into the protrusion insertion groove 15 is formed to protrude in the outer diameter, a partition part 54 is formed inside, after a planned space 53 is partitioned into 2 to 5 pieces, a selected content 57 is made to have different tastes, fragrances, and functions, and a cover plate 51 is used to close an open part, and a rotatable linear or cross-shaped material selecting groove 52 is formed.

The dividing parts 54 and the sorting filters 56 are arranged in the same number, and the sorting holes 14 correspond to one sorting filter 56 by the rotation of the sorting member 50, and after the completion of the selection, the sorting holes are brought into contact with mineral water to block the remaining planning space 53.

Display components 13 are longitudinally arranged between the penetrating parts 11 of the body 10, so that the display components can be compared with the soaking water to select the mouthfeel of the beverage.

Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing a state where a tea bag is fixed to a mineral water bottle according to the present invention, in which a cap 200 of the mineral water bottle 100 is separated and fixed to a coupling groove 41 of the cap 200 in a concavo-convex type by a coupling protrusion 42, so that the cap 200 is fixed to a mouth of the mineral water bottle 100.

As described above, when the present invention is applied to the mineral water bottle 100, the cap 200 is separated from the mineral water bottle 100, and then the upper side of the body 10 of the tea bag receiving hole 1 for a mineral water bottle is coupled to the cap 200, the coupling groove 41 having the inner diameter is coupled to the coupling protrusion 42 in a concave-convex type, so that the cap 200 is integrally coupled to the tea bag receiving hole 10 for a mineral water bottle.

At this time, in the lower side of the body 10, the cull protrusion 55 of the cull member 50 is coupled to the protrusion insertion groove 15 in a matching manner, and then, is rotated to align and stop the cull filter 56 and the cull hole 14 with each other, so that one of the alternative contents 57 delivered by being divided into the plurality of planned spaces 53 by the dividing part 54 is selected.

The cover plate 51 closes the dividing portion 54 and the planned space 53 to prevent the alternative contents 57 from flowing out, and it is preferable that marks are made on the cover plate 51 as needed to facilitate selection and confirmation of the taste and flavor and function of the alternative contents 57 from the outside.

As described above, according to the state of the present invention, the selecting filter 56 stores the optional contents 57 having the taste and flavor and the function, and when the selecting filter 56 is aligned with the selecting hole 14, the blocking portion of the selecting container 58 blocks the tea bag contents 20 of the body 10 to be located inside.

The display member 13 axially disposed at one side of the body 10 is marked with three-order colors corresponding to the light taste color, the usual taste color and the mellow taste color, so that a user can compare the color of mineral water changed in the process of soaking the tea bag content 20 with the display member 13 to select a desired taste, and when the color of the mineral water is changed to a color similar to the corresponding taste, the cover 200 is opened to separate the body 10.

Industrial applications
