Background

As shown in fig. 13-14, which are basic form diagrams of a stick ladder, the stick ladder comprises two ladder legs 1 on two sides, a plurality of step bars 2 are arranged between the ladder legs 1 on two sides, each step bar 2 is formed by hinging two parts, so that two ends and the middle part of each step bar 2 can rotate upwards, the two ladder legs 1 on two sides are respectively connected through a set of hinges 3, fig. 13 is an unfolded state, and fig. 14 is a storage state.

Such a stick ladder is difficult to place parts and tools required by the operator.

Therefore, the invention designs a tool tray suitable for a stick ladder aiming at the difficulty and hidden trouble caused by the insufficient convenience.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the stick ladder with the tool disc, which has a stable structure, is safe and reliable and does not influence the normal use of the stick ladder.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the ladder leg hinge outer side assembly and the ladder leg hinge inner side assembly are rotatably connected, the ladder leg hinge outer side assembly and the ladder leg hinge inner side assembly are respectively connected to two adjacent ladder legs, the step bar is formed by hinging two support bars, and the end parts of the support bars are rotatably connected with the ladder legs.

As a preferable scheme of the present invention, two rotation shaft brackets are formed at one end of the tool tray and arranged side by side, and a multi-axis hinge connected to the ladder leg hinge assembly is provided between the two rotation shaft brackets.

The limiting rivet 11 sequentially penetrates through the arc-shaped hole 6-3 on the multi-axis hinge 6 and the round hole 3A-2 on the outer component 3A of the ladder leg hinge and is movably riveted. The other end of the tool disc 4 is provided with a matching hole 12, a second rivet shaft 13 penetrates through a lock catch 14, a second isolation washer 15, the matching hole 12 and a second process washer 16 in sequence and then is movably riveted, and the process effect after the movable riveting is that the lock catch 13 can rotate in the radial direction by pulling out with a hand, but does not move in the axial direction and cannot rotate in the radial direction when no external force acts on the lock catch.

When the tool tray 4 is unfolded in place (i.e. when the bottom surface of the tool tray 4 is in planar contact with the top of the ladder leg hinge 3), the toggle lock 14 is manually clamped into the large-diameter part of the double-diameter rivet shaft 8 between the double-diameter rivet shaft 8 and the first isolation washer 9, so that the tool tray 4 is limited to move in the up-and-down direction, and at the moment, the directions of the front, the back, the left, the right, the up-and-down direction of the tool tray 4 are limited, so that the stability and the reliability of the tool tray in use are ensured.
