The invention relates to hydropower station ball valve maintenance, in particular to a scaffold for a ball valve body inspection route.

Background

The ball valve is one of important system devices of the hydropower station and has important significance for guaranteeing safe and stable operation of the hydropower station.

1. The ball valve is used as equipment for starting the water pump of the unit under working conditions, phase modulation of the unit and intercepting water flow when the unit is normally shut down.

2. When the unit is overhauled, the unit and an upstream water channel are separated, and the overhauling safety and the normal operation of other units are ensured.

3. When the machine is stopped, the water leakage of the machine set is reduced, and the restarting time is shortened.

4. When the unit breaks down, the ball valve is closed rapidly to cut off water flow, so as to prevent runaway accidents.

5. And in the initial production stage, the plug is used as a plug of a pressure steel pipe of a unit which is not put into production, so that the safety of a workshop is ensured.

For better inspection and maintenance, and also considering the safety of related workers during operation, the inspection route for inspection is designed to check whether the actual actions of specific key signals are in place or not. For example, the ball valve working seal exit signals (three in all) are arranged at an angle of 120 degrees on the circumference of the working seal at the downstream of the ball valve, and if one of the three signals is lost, the flow overtime alarm goes to the shutdown flow. However, the existing ball valve body uses common scaffolds which are distributed at different positions of the ball valve, and the scaffolds are not communicated with each other, so that a worker needs to continuously go up and down and replace the scaffolds at different ball valve positions to complete the maintenance of all the positions of the ball valve during the inspection, the inspection process is complicated, the inspection time is long, the inspection efficiency is low, and the worker cannot quickly go to the next position to be maintained when special conditions occur, so that the maintenance efficiency is influenced; and, because the scaffold is loaded down with trivial details from top to bottom, lead to the staff to appear the distraction easily when the ball valve is patrolled and examined to lead to the ball valve to patrol and examine and attach attention inadequately, influence and patrol and examine the effect, there is the potential safety hazard.

Examples are given.
