Background

An ice maker is a refrigeration mechanical device which cools water through a refrigeration system refrigerant to generate ice. According to different principles and production modes of the evaporator, the shapes of the generated ice blocks are different; ice machines are generally classified in ice form into a pellet ice machine, a flake ice machine, a slab ice machine, a tube ice machine, a shell ice machine, and the like.

In the prior art, for example, in a bullet ice type ice making machine disclosed in patent No. CN202020958308.8, a water storage chamber is connected to a shower pipe assembly through a water supply pipe, and a water pump is disposed on a pipe of the water supply pipe, and water pumped by the water pump is sprayed onto the ice making tray through a pipe and a nozzle to form bullet ice. The water stirring shaft in the water stirring device is inserted into the water tank, the connecting wheel is connected with the driving device, and a plurality of water stirring blades are arranged on the water stirring shaft at intervals, so that in the process that the driving device drives the water stirring device to rotate, the water stirring blades stir water to be sprayed onto the forming ice tray to form bullet ice. The distance between the central shaft of the water stirring shaft and the bottom wall is greater than the distance between the central shaft of the water stirring shaft and the end head of one end of the water stirring blade, so that the water stirring blade is prevented from driving impurities at the bottom of the water tank in the rotating process, and the quality of the formed bullet ice is influenced. Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Fig. 1 to 6 are schematic structural views of a water-stirring ice ejecting ice maker according to the present invention. The water-stirring type ice making machine with elastic ice comprises a mounting frame 1, a water tank 10 arranged on the mounting frame, a forming ice tray 20 arranged on one side of the water tank 10, a water stirring mechanism 30 arranged between the water tank 10 and the forming ice tray 20, an ice skating bar 40 accommodated in the water tank 10 and arranged on one side of the water stirring mechanism 30, and a water retaining curtain 50 arranged on one side of the forming ice tray 20. The water-stirring type ice making machine further includes other functional modules, such as a package, a condenser, a compressor, a belt, etc., which should be well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

The mounting bracket 1 is used for supporting and mounting the water tank 10 and the ice tray 20 to connect the devices to each other, and the mounting bracket 1 is a prior art and will not be described herein.

The water tank 10 includes a bottom wall 11, four side walls 12 surrounding the bottom wall 11, and an ice outlet 13 disposed on the side walls 12.

The forming tube 232 is inserted into the mounting hole 22 and protrudes from one side of the mounting seat 21 facing the water tank 10, or the forming tube 232 is disposed at an end of the mounting hole 22 opposite to the water tank 10. As shown in fig. 5, in the first embodiment of the ice tray 20, the forming tube 232 is inserted into the mounting hole 22 and protrudes from the mounting seat 21 toward the water tank 10, and the water-stirring mechanism 30 sprays water onto the forming tube 232 to form bullet ice (not shown) on the side wall of the forming tube 232. As shown in fig. 6, in the second embodiment of the shaped ice tray 20, the shaped pipe 232 is disposed in an end of the mounting hole 22 opposite to the water tank 10, the water-stirring mechanism 30 sprays water into the mounting hole 22, and bullet ice is formed in the mounting hole 22 under the action of the shaped pipe 232.

The water-stirring mechanism 30 comprises a driving device 31 arranged on the mounting frame 1, and a water-stirring device 32 arranged in the water tank 10 and connected with the driving device 31.

The driving device 31 is a motor, and the motor is an electromagnetic device that realizes electric energy conversion or transmission according to an electromagnetic induction law, and is a prior art and is not described herein again.

The water-stirring device 32 includes a water-stirring shaft 321 inserted into the water tank 10, a connecting wheel 322 fixedly connected to one end of the water-stirring shaft 321 and used for connecting the driving device 31, and a plurality of water-stirring blades 323 arranged on the water-stirring shaft 332 at intervals.

The water-stirring shaft 321 is inserted into the side wall of the water tank 10, in this embodiment, the connecting wheel 322 is connected to the driving device 31 through a belt (not shown), so that the driving device 31 drives the water-stirring device 32 to rotate.

Each of the water-removing blades 323 includes a blade body 3231 and a plurality of water-removing grooves 3232 symmetrically disposed on two side walls of the blade body 3231. The extending directions of any two adjacent water-moving blades 323 are perpendicular to each other, and the distance between any two adjacent water-moving blades 323 is equal, it is conceivable that a plurality of water-moving blades 323 on the water-moving device 32 sprinkle water to one side of the shaped ice tray 20 circularly and uniformly.

The outer contour of the two side edges of the water shifting groove 3232, which are arranged on the blade main body 3231, is arc-shaped, and the center of the arc is toward one side of the center of the water shifting blade 3231, so that the water shifting groove 3232 can be tangent to the water surface in the water groove 10 during the rotation process of the water shifting blade 323, thereby facilitating the water to flow into the water shifting groove 3232 and reducing the impact force of the water shifting blade 323 on the water surface during the rotation process.

The distance between the central axis of the water-stirring shaft 321 and the bottom wall 11 is greater than the distance between the central axis of the water-stirring shaft 321 and the end of one end of the water-stirring blade 323, so as to prevent the water-stirring blade 323 from driving impurities at the bottom of the water tank 10 in the rotating process, thereby influencing the quality of the formed bullet ice.

The skating bar 40 includes a plurality of skating bars 41 sequentially arranged at one side of the water distribution mechanism 30. The ice-skating bar 40 is disposed between the forming tray 20 and the water-moving blade 323, each of the ice-skating bars 41 is disposed in an inclined manner and has one end abutting against the ice outlet 13, when a bullet ice is formed in the forming tray 20, the bullet ice drops on the ice-skating bar 40, and the ice-skating bar 41 in the ice-skating bar 40 guides the bullet ice to slide toward the ice outlet 13. Each of the water-stirring blades 323 is disposed between two adjacent ice-skating rods 41, so that the water-stirring blades 323 rotate to spray water in the water tank 10 onto the ice-forming tray 20.

The water curtain 50 includes a mounting bracket 51 fixedly connected to one side of the ice tray 20, and a rotating curtain 52 movably connected to the mounting bracket 51 and disposed at one side of the ice outlet 13.

The mounting bracket 51 includes a mounting bracket body 511, and at least two mounting hooks 512 symmetrically disposed on one side of the mounting bracket body 511.

The rotating curtain 52 includes a rotating shaft 521 inserted into the mounting hook 512, and a plurality of movable ice protection plates 522 sequentially sleeved on the rotating shaft 521. The movable ice protection plates 522 are disposed on the movable ice protection plates 522 and can rotate around the rotating shaft 521.

Compared with the prior art, the water-stirring type ice ejecting and making machine provided by the invention sprays the water in the water tank 10 onto the formed ice tray 20 through the water stirring mechanism 30. The water-stirring mechanism 30 drives the water-stirring device 32 accommodated in the water tank 10 to rotate through the driving device 31. The water-stirring shaft 321 of the water-stirring device 32 is inserted into the water tank 10, the connecting wheel 322 is connected with the driving device 31, and a plurality of water-stirring blades 323 are arranged on the water-stirring shaft 321 at intervals, so that in the process that the driving device 31 drives the water-stirring device 32 to rotate, the water-stirring blades 323 stir water to the formed ice tray 20 to form bullet ice. The distance between the central axis of the water-stirring shaft 321 and the bottom wall 11 is greater than the distance between the central axis of the water-stirring shaft 321 and the end of one end of the water-stirring blade 323, so as to prevent the water-stirring blade 323 from driving impurities at the bottom of the water tank 10 in the rotating process, thereby influencing the quality of the formed bullet ice.
