a valve body having an accommodating chamber therein;

a valve assembly disposed within the receiving cavity;

Technical Field

The invention relates to a pneumatic valve, in particular to an air starting valve of a diesel engine with starting and testing functions.

Background

For heavy vehicles, an air starting method is generally adopted, and a high-pressure air bottle supplies high-pressure air to a cylinder to push a piston to move so as to drive a crankshaft of a diesel engine to rotate, so that starting is realized. The conventional air starting valve is only a one-way valve, high-pressure air enters the cylinder from the air bottle through the starting valve during starting, and when the diesel engine works normally, the starting valve is closed, and the cylinder is sealed and does not leak air.

As the diesel engine is used, due to factors such as abrasion and the like, the compression pressure in the cylinder dragging process is gradually reduced, and the technical condition evaluation and the residual service life prediction of the diesel engine can be carried out by detecting the air compression pressure of the cylinder. The conventional method requires disassembly of the air starting valve, installation of a pressure sensor at the starting valve, and detection of the cylinder compression pressure. The traditional method for detecting the compression pressure of the cylinder by disassembling the air valve has two problems:

1. in the back-dragging process of the diesel engine, the compressed air temperature is different due to different back-dragging rotating speeds and different ambient temperatures, and the compression pressure values detected when the diesel engine is in the same technical state are different. Therefore, detecting only the air compression pressure value will cause the technical state estimation and the residual life prediction to be misaligned, and the compressed air temperature must be detected at the same time to correct the compression pressure value.

2. Because the vehicle power compartment space is compact, the diesel engine air starting valve is difficult to disassemble and the pressure sensor is difficult to install on a real vehicle, so that the detection process of the compression pressure of the air cylinder is long in time consumption and needs to be operated by professional technicians.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention designs and develops an air starting valve of a diesel engine with starting and testing functions, and realizes the switching of an air starting function and a cylinder compression pressure detection function through the mutual matching of a sleeve component and a valve component which are arranged in a valve body, thereby realizing the purpose of quick and convenient detection.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

the valve body compressed air outlet is formed in the valve body;

the valve body high-pressure air inlet is formed in the valve body and is positioned on one side of the compressed air outlet;

the sleeve high-pressure air inlet is formed in the sleeve;

the sleeve high-pressure air outlet is formed in the sleeve and is positioned on one side of the sleeve high-pressure air inlet;

the adjusting screw can move axially along the nut, so that the sleeve assembly and the valve assembly are pushed to move axially along the valve body, the valve body air inlet is selectively communicated with the sleeve air inlet, and the valve body air outlet is selectively communicated with the sleeve air outlet.

Besides, the air starting valve does not need to be detached when the air cylinder compression pressure is detected by utilizing the air starting valve, and the switching between the air starting function and the air cylinder compression pressure detection function is realized through the built-in sleeve, so that the aim of quick and convenient detection is fulfilled.

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a diesel engine air starting valve having a starting and testing function, comprising: the valve comprises a valve body 1, external threads 11, a valve body compressed air outlet 12, a valve body high-pressure air inlet 13, a valve component 2, an air valve 21, an air valve spring 22, a sleeve component 3, a sleeve 31, a sleeve spring 32, a sleeve high-pressure air inlet 311, a sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312, a longitudinal opening, a nut component 4, a nut 41 and an adjusting screw 42.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the diesel air starting valve includes: the valve comprises a valve body 1, a valve component 2, a sleeve component 3 and a nut component 4, wherein a containing cavity is arranged inside the valve body 1, an external thread 11 is arranged at one end of the valve body 1, a valve body compressed air outlet 12 and a valve body high-pressure air outlet 13 are sequentially arranged on the valve body 1 along the axial direction, the valve body high-pressure air outlet 13 is positioned at one side of the valve body compressed air outlet 12, the valve component 2 is arranged in the containing cavity of the valve body 1, the sleeve component 3 is arranged between the valve body 1 and the valve component 2, a sleeve high-pressure air inlet 311 and a sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312 are sequentially arranged on the sleeve component 3 along the axial direction, the nut 41 is provided with an internal thread and is arranged on the external thread 11 in a matching manner, one end of an adjusting screw 42 is abutted against one end of the sleeve component 3 after penetrating through the nut, the adjusting screw 42 can axially move along the nut 41, and further push the sleeve component 3 and the valve component 2 to axially move along the valve body 1, the valve body compressed air inlet 13 is selectively communicated with the sleeve high-pressure air inlet 311, and the valve body compressed air outlet 12 is selectively communicated with the sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312.

The valve body 1 includes: the air-conditioning valve comprises external threads 11, a valve body compressed air outlet 12, a valve body high-pressure air inlet 13 and partition plates 14, wherein at least two partition plates 1 are arranged on the inner wall of the valve body 1 along the radial direction, and the external threads are used for installing the valve body 1 to an air starting hole of a diesel engine. The valve body compressed air outlet is used for leading out compressed air in a cylinder in the process of dragging the diesel engine backwards to measure temperature and pressure, and the valve body high-pressure air inlet 13 is used for leading in high-pressure gas of a high-pressure air bottle, so that the high-pressure gas enters the cylinder to start the diesel engine.

The valve assembly 2 includes: the air valve 21 and the air valve spring 22 are arranged in the sleeve 31, one end of the air valve 21 is provided with a convex block, the sealing surface at the other end of the air valve 21 is matched with the sealing surface of the valve body 1, one end of the air valve spring 22 is supported against the convex block, the other end of the air valve spring 22 is supported against the partition plate 14 of the valve body, and the sealing surface of the air valve 21 is contacted with the sealing surface of the valve body 1 by the restoring force of the air valve spring 22 to cut off an air path.

The sleeve component 3 comprises a sleeve 31 and a sleeve spring 32, wherein the sleeve 31 is provided with a sleeve high-pressure air inlet 311 and a sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312 along the axial direction, the sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312 is positioned on one side of the sleeve high-pressure air inlet 311, one end of the sleeve 31 is provided with at least two longitudinal openings 313 along the axial direction, one end of the sleeve spring 32 is abutted to the valve body 1, the other end of the sleeve spring is abutted to the end face of the other end of the sleeve 31, the longitudinal openings 313 are matched with the partition plate 14, and the sleeve 31 can partially penetrate through the valve body partition plate 14 and move along the axial direction of the valve body.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the number of the partition 14 and the longitudinal opening 313 is two.

Nut assembly 4 includes nut 41 and adjusting screw 42, and adjusting screw 42 includes: the adjusting end face is vertically arranged at one end of the screw, the nut 41 is provided with a nut internal thread, a screw external thread is arranged on the screw and matched with the nut internal thread, and the adjusting screw 42 can move in the nut 41 along the axial direction.

As shown in fig. 4, when the adjusting screw 42 is in the initial position, the sleeve high-pressure air inlet 311 on the sleeve 31 is communicated with the valve body high-pressure air inlet 13, when the power system is started, high-pressure air enters the valve body 1, the air valve 21 is pushed open to enter the cylinder, and the engine is started; the position of the adjusting screw 42 in the nut 41 is changed to make the sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312 on the sleeve 31 communicate with the valve body compressed air outlet 12, and at the same time, the sealing surface of the air valve 21 is separated from the sealing surface of the valve body 1, and the compressed air in the cylinder flows out of the valve body 1 through the sleeve high-pressure air outlet 312 and the valve body compressed air outlet 12, at this time, the pressure and temperature of the compressed air can be detected by a pressure and temperature sensor, as shown in fig. 5.
