Background

At present, in the test process of the hydraulic oil cylinder and the electric cylinder, the standard executed by both a factory test and a type test is GB/T15622-. Because the standard does not include a lateral force test, but in actual working conditions, the lateral force bearing condition exists in very many times, the failure or damage of the hydraulic oil cylinder or the electric cylinder is caused by the lateral force bearing condition, and in order to guarantee the service life of a product, the lateral force bearing capacity of the product needs to be detected.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the test bed with the functions of testing the lateral force and the axial force, which has a simple structure and is convenient to use, and can be used for detecting the lateral force and the axial force of actuating elements such as a hydraulic oil cylinder and an electric cylinder.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following scheme: a test bed with a function of testing lateral force and axial force simultaneously comprises a test bed frame, a loading frame, a lateral loading cylinder, an axial guide rail and an axial loading cylinder mounting plate, wherein the axial guide rail and the axial loading cylinder mounting plate are arranged on the test bed frame; and a support which is hinged with the other end of the tested piece is arranged on the test bed, and the axial loading cylinder is rotationally connected with the axial loading cylinder mounting plate.

The lateral loading cylinder is a servo oil cylinder, and a servo valve is connected to the lateral loading cylinder.

The support arranged on the radial guide rail is rotationally connected with the load sensor through a connecting shaft; avoiding interference.

The radial guide rail and the axial guide rail are both linear rolling guide rails; the precision is high, has high rigidity, guarantees the accuracy of testing.

A plurality of groups of mounting pieces are arranged on the axial loading cylinder mounting plate; the device is used for mounting axial loading cylinders of different specifications so as to meet the detection requirements of tested pieces of various specifications.

Advantageous effects of the invention

The loading frame is connected with the tested piece and the axial loading cylinder, so that the axial force loading detection is realized, the lateral force loading detection is realized through the lateral loading cylinder arranged on the loading frame, and the operation is simple; the invention can carry out no-load lateral force test, can also finish the bearing capacity test of the tested piece under the actual working condition, and can determine the service life of the product; the accurate control of the lateral force test process is realized through a servo valve and a load sensor; the invention has the advantages of few components, low cost, simple structure and easy manufacture.

Detailed Description

The device comprises a test bench 4, a loading frame 5, a lateral loading cylinder 9, an axial loading cylinder 8, an axial guide rail 3 and an axial loading cylinder mounting plate 7, wherein the axial guide rail 3 and the axial loading cylinder mounting plate 7 are arranged on the test bench 4, a plurality of groups of mounting pieces 6 are arranged on the axial loading cylinder mounting plate 7, and the axial loading cylinder 8 is rotationally connected with the axial loading cylinder mounting plate 7 through one group of mounting pieces 6. The rod end of the axial loading cylinder 8 is articulated with a support 1 arranged on the loading frame 5. The axial guide rail 3 is a linear rolling guide rail, and the loading frame 5 is arranged on the axial guide rail 3 and can reciprocate on the axial guide rail 3 in a linear motion. The top of the loading frame 5 is provided with a lateral loading cylinder 9, and the lateral loading cylinder 9 connected with a servo valve 10 is a servo oil cylinder.
