Background

In general, a curling iron of a hair styler is a cosmetic appliance which curls hair by using a heated heating plate and has a clip shape for curling long hair or moderately rotating a curling iron on a curling iron to make various curly or straightened curly hair.

The heating plate of the curling iron generates heat by using heating wires according to the flow of current, the pincer-shaped heating plates are installed inside the body of the curling iron facing each other, the curling iron is pulled downward in a clamped state after hair is clamped between the heating plates, and at this time, the finish of curling and the degree of damage to the hair are different according to the time when the heating plates are in contact with the hair and the applied pressure. In addition, in the case of using the hair curler, the hair is pinched between the heating plates and the heated hair is pulled from the head to the tail, thereby closely adhering the heating plates to the hair, and in this case, the setting force and the durability for setting the shape of the hair are improved. In addition, curling irons are sometimes used in conjunction with a comb, which flattens hair entering the curling iron, causing the hair passing through the curling iron to curl or spread in the correct direction, thereby improving the quality of the curl. However, it is not easy for a person to use both a comb and a curling iron when looking into a mirror alone, since both hands must be used. In contrast, in the related art curling iron, a comb is installed at one side of the curling iron so that hair introduced into a heating plate is introduced through comb teeth, but even if the curling iron with the comb is used, the curling iron still needs to be firmly held to make curls well, and thus there are still problems of damaging hair, etc. Further, in the hair curler, a pair of bodies are rotatably mounted via a hinge shaft generally on one side in a longitudinal direction, and in use, the bodies must be kept in close contact, maintaining a gripping action, while repeatedly performing pulling and curling actions in a gripped state, and thus a continuous application of force is required.

As a background art of the present invention, a curling iron of patent registration No. 10-1788727 is disclosed in Korea. The hair curler disclosed in the above registered patent includes: the body is formed into a column shape, the cross section of the body is semicircular, and the body receives external force; a heating part connected to one end of the body and receiving power from the outside to generate heat; a pressing part formed in a shape corresponding to the body such that one surface is in contact with the body and one end is connected to the other end of the body to be rotatable within a predetermined range; a pressing part connected to the other end of the pressing part, for pressing the hair of the user by the operation of the pressing part; and a guide part for guiding the body and the heating part and the pressing part connected thereto and the pressurizing part to prevent pushing.

The heating part includes an upper surface inclined to both sides with respect to a longitudinal center and a lower surface formed in a curved shape, and the pressing part is formed in a shape corresponding to the upper surface to be in close contact with the upper surface, and the guide part includes: a protrusion part having a dome shape and formed at an end part connected to the heating part of the body; an insertion groove having a shape corresponding to the protrusion to be inserted and fixed at a position corresponding to the protrusion of the pressing part; and a buffer part protruding from a position where the pressing part is connected to the inner side of the insertion groove and having a circular upper surface.

The buffer part of the guide part is made of a heat-resistant silicone material, and when the protrusion part is inserted into the insertion groove, a gap is formed between the body and one end of the pressing part to prevent the hair of a user from being pulled out. The curling iron of the granted patent inclines the upper surface of the heating part to both sides, thereby increasing the bulkiness of the root of the user's hair, having a function of making the hair voluminous.

However, the present invention provides a ground continuous structure capable of maintaining a hair styling part of hair continuously rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction to continuously supply power through a heating plate installed inside the hair styling part capable of continuously rotating, and continuously maintaining a heated state of the heating plate due to a current heating even during continuous rotation, thereby enabling various hair styling of the hair styling part to be more effectively performed, the ground continuous structure is not a point-to-point contact structure but a continuous surface-to-surface contact structure, which can generate a higher amount of heat compared to a point-to-point contact structure, thereby generating excellent thermal efficiency, and the hair can be easily interlocked between an upper rotating body and a lower fixing body by repeatedly bending a user's finger through a finger operating part to reduce operation fatigue caused by hair styling, by continuous rotation of the lower fixing body, the hair styling of various hairstyles can be easily performed according to circumstances, and the technical effects of the present invention are difficult to achieve by the technology disclosed in the issued patent.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the multi-functional electric hair heater of the present invention includes: a plurality of control buttons 110 are arranged on the upper side of the holding body 10 for being held by a user; a finger operation part 20 installed in the grip body 10 and rotated by a finger operation of a user; a hair styling part 30 composed of a lower rotator 31 and an upper rotator 32 connected to the grip body 10 for clamping hair to design hair styling; a lift control part 400 for rotating the hair styling part 30 or rotating the upper rotating body 32 upward.

That is, the multifunctional electric heater for hairdressing and beauty according to the present invention rotates the hair styling part 30 to curl hair easily by operating the control button 110 in a state of holding the grip body 10, and when an operation of straightening hair is performed, the upper rotating body 32 is rotated upward by an operation of the finger operating part 20 to position hair between the upper rotating body 32 and the lower rotating body 31, and then the upper rotating body 32 is folded into the lower rotating body 31 by an operation of releasing the finger operating part 20, so that hair can be easily gripped, and thus, a hair straightening work can be easily performed.

The grip body 10 receives an external power source, and an inner circumference of one side of the guide 120 in the longitudinal direction is formed in a state where the plurality of control buttons 110 are formed on the upper surface. At this time, the guide 120 may be formed of a first locking member 120a and a second locking member 120b, the first locking member 120a and the second locking member 120b being formed on an inner circumference of one side in a longitudinal direction of the grip body 10 to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval.

At this time, it is preferable that the outer surface of the grip body 10 has a streamlined shape to increase a user's grip force, and has a power line (not shown) through which external power can be applied.

At this time, although it is described that the grip body 10 may receive an external power source through a power line, it is not limited thereto, and a separate battery receiving part (not shown) may be provided inside the grip body 10.

In addition, one longitudinal side of the finger operation part 20 is rotatably installed inside the grip body 10, and the other longitudinal side is exposed below the grip body 10 so as to be rotated by the finger operation of the user.

That is, when the finger operating part 20 sandwiches hair between the lower rotating body 31 and the upper rotating body 32 of the hair styling part 30, the upper rotating body 32 operates upward only by bending the fingers, and the hair is easily positioned between the lower rotating body 31 and the upper rotating body 32.

At this time, it is preferable that a separate elastic spring (not shown) for applying an elastic force to the finger operating part 20 is installed in the grip body 10, the elastic spring is compressed when the upper rotating body 32, which will be described later, is opened by operating the finger operating part 20, and the upper rotating body 32 is smoothly folded in the direction of the lower rotating body 31 by the elastic force of the elastic spring when the operation of the finger operating part 20 is released, so that hairs are easily nipped by the upper rotating body 32 and the lower rotating body 31. The finger operation section 20 will be described in detail below.

In addition, the hair styling part 30 is composed of a lower rotator 31 rotatably mounted along the guide 120 of the grip body 10 at one side in the longitudinal direction and an upper rotator 32 rotatably mounted on the lower rotator 31 at the upper and lower sides, so that heat is generated by power supplied from the outside, thereby enabling appropriate hair styling according to circumstances.

That is, the hair styling part 30 straightens hair by sandwiching hair between the upper rotator 32 and the lower rotator 31, or curls hair by sandwiching hair between the upper rotator 32 and the lower rotator 31.

At this time, when the hair clip is between the lower and upper rotating bodies 31 and 32, the upper rotating body 32 is rotated upward by the bending motion of the finger hooked in the finger operating body 20, and then when the bending operation of the finger operating body 20 is released in a state that the hair is positioned between the lower and upper rotating bodies 31 and 32, the upper rotating body 32 is folded into the lower rotating body 31, so that the hair can be easily engaged.

At this time, the lower rotating body 31 is composed of a lower holder 320 provided with a cover mounting hole 322 on one side in a longitudinal direction to which a lower heating plate 321 generating heat by externally supplied power is mounted, a lower cover 330 mounted on a lower side of the lower holder 320, and a mounting cover 340 mounted on the cover mounting hole 322. At this time, it is preferable that a pair of insertion holes 323 are formed in the cover mounting hole 322, and an exposure hole 341 is formed in the mounting cover 340.

In this way, the mounting cover 340 is rotatably mounted between the first locking member 120a and the second locking member 120b of the guide member 120 in a state where the lower rotating body 31 is located inside the grip body 10 at one longitudinal side.

In addition, the upper rotating body 32 is composed of an upper coupling member 360 mounted with an upper heating plate 361 generating heat by power supplied from the outside, and an upper cover 370 mounted on an upper side of the upper coupling member 360.

Further, the elevation control part 400 is connected to the hair styling part 30 to rotate the upper rotating body 32 up and down by the finger operating part 20, or to rotate the hair styling part 30 by the control button 110.

That is, when the finger operation part 20 is operated, the upper rotating body 32 is opened by the elevation control part 400, and when the control button 110 is operated, the hair styling part 30 is rotated by the elevation control part 400 to curl hair.

At this time, the elevation control part 400 as an embodiment is constituted by a driving motor 15 installed inside the grip body 10 and driven by the operation of the control button 110, a driving shaft installed at one side of the longitudinal direction of the lower rotating body 31 and connected to the driving motor 15, a rotation operating part 420 allowing the hair styling part 30 to rotate, and an upper rotation guide part 460 formed at one side of the longitudinal direction of the upper rotating body 32 to be connected to the rotation operating part 420 so that the upper rotating body 32 can be opened when the finger operating part 20 is operated.

At this time, the rotation operating part 420 is composed of a close fitting piece 430 having a close fitting hole 431 installed at one side in the longitudinal direction of the lower rotating body 31 in which the upper rotation guide part 460 is slidably inserted into the insertion hole, a pair of rotation guides 440 extending from one side of the close fitting piece 430 in the direction of the driving motor 15 such that one side in the longitudinal direction of the upper rotation guide part 460 is coupled via a hinge shaft 441, a shaft rotation connecting part 450 extending from one side of the close fitting piece 430 in the direction of the driving motor 15 in a state of being located between the rotation guides 440 and connected to a driving shaft of the driving motor 15.

At this time, the rotation operating part 420 is installed between the cover installation hole 322 and the installation cover 340, and the shaft rotation connector 450 is installed in a direction protruding from the driving motor 15 through the exposure hole 341 of the installation cover 340.

Further, the upper rotation guide 460 is composed of an extension guide 461 extending from one side in the longitudinal direction of the upper rotation body 32 and slidably inserted into the position installation hole 431, a receiver 462 formed at an end of the extension guide 461 and connected to the rotation guide 440 through the hinge shaft 441, and having a longitudinal lower side extending toward an inner lower side of the grip body 10, i.e., extending toward one side in the longitudinal direction of the finger operation part 20.

At this time, the position-fitting hole 431 has a structure communicating with the insertion hole 323 of the cover-fitting hole 322 such that the extension guide plate 461 is slidably inserted into the insertion hole 323 and the position-fitting hole 431.

Observing the operation state of the elevation control part constructed as described above, when the upper rotation body 32 is rotated upward and unfolded and the finger operation part 20 is operated, one side of the finger operation part 20 presses the receiver 462 of the upper rotation guide part 460, thereby rotating and spreading the upper rotation body 32 upward with respect to the hinge shaft 441.

Thereafter, when the operation of the finger operating part 20 is released, the upper rotating body 32 is folded to the lower rotating body 31 by the elastic force of the elastic spring, so that the hairs can be easily engaged.

In this case, the elastic spring may be attached to the rotation shaft of the finger operation part 20, or may be attached to the hinge shaft 441 of the rotation operation part 420.

In this state, when straightening hair, an operator straightens hair downward with the hair wound between the upper and lower rotors 32 and 31, and if curling hair, operates the control button 110, the driving motor 15 is driven to rotate the rotary operation part 420, so that the upper and lower rotors 32 and 31 connected to the rotary operation part 420 are rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to curl hair.

On the other hand, the finger operating part 20 is opened by rotating the upper rotating body 32 upward, and the finger operating part 20 as an embodiment is composed of a handle body part 210 rotatably installed inside the grip body 10, a support part 220 formed at an upper side of the handle body part 210, and an extension pressing member 230 protruding from the support part 220 for pressing the receiver 462 so that the upper rotating body 32 can be rotated upward based on the hinge shaft 441 to be unfolded when the handle body part 210 is operated.

In this case, a groove 221 may be formed on an upper surface of the supporting member 220, and the driving motor 15 may be located at an upper side of the groove 221.

Further, a separate rotation restricting member 411 installed at one side of the driving motor 15 to restrict the rotation of the finger operation part 20 may be installed inside the grip body 10.

Further, according to the multifunctional electric heater for hairdressing and beauty of the present invention, when the hair styling part 30 is rotated to generate curls in a state that the hair styling part 30 sandwiches hair, the hair grip 500 capable of gripping hair is installed.

That is, one side of the hair grip 500 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the grip body 10, spaced apart from the hair styling part 30 by a predetermined interval, so that the hair can be gripped when the hair styling part 30 is rotated.

At this time, the hair grip 500 is made of a structure having an arc shape in a width section, and may be installed at a position spaced apart from the lower rotator 31 by a predetermined interval.

Further, the hair grip 500 may be detachably installed in the grip body 10 in order to use the hair grip 500 in case of curling hair, while being able to be suitably used according to circumstances by separating and storing the hair grip 500 from the grip body 10 when straightening hair.

The multi-functional electric hair heating appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention can improve usability by straightening and curling hair with one apparatus, and improve operability by rotating the upper rotating body upward with a finger operation or by rotating the hair styling part clockwise or counterclockwise.

[ example 2]

As shown in figures 10 to 14 of the drawings,

the multi-functional electric hair and beauty heater of the second embodiment of the present invention has a ground continuity in a rotated state, comprising:

a grip body 10 having a streamlined outer surface shape, in which a control device for controlling temperature and rotation is formed on an upper surface of an outer side;

a finger operation part 20 installed at a lower portion of an outer side of the grip body 10 and rotating the upper rotation body up and down by a user's finger operation;

a hair styling part 30 formed in a symmetrical structure by a lower rotator 31 and an upper rotator 32 in face-to-face contact; a lower rotator 31 formed at the front end of the grip body 10 in a longitudinal direction and driven independently of the grip body 10 to continuously rotate in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction; an upper rotating body 32 which is driven independently of the grip body 10 and can rotate up and down;

the power supplying and heating part 40 has a ground continuity for maintaining a power-on state even when the hair styling part 30 is continuously rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, so that the heating plate mounted on the hair styling part 30 can continuously supply power, thereby maintaining a heating state while being rotated.

As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the hair styling part 30 of the present invention is installed at the front end of the grip body 10 in a longitudinal direction to form a physical coupling structure, but works independently from the grip body 10 to realize independent rotational driving.

The lower rotator 31 constituting the hair styling part 30 can be continuously rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. That is, the user can continuously rotate the lower rotator 31 by a time or direction required by the control means.

The upper rotating body 32 constituting the hair styling part 30 is rotated in an upward opening direction. At this time, the upward rotation is realized by the finger operation of the finger operation section 20 by the user.

Further, in the present invention, since the hair styling part 30 continuously supplies current to the heating plate even during the rotational driving, the heating plate can be continuously heated due to the heating action of the current, and further, since the heat generated from the heating plate is generated on the entire surface of the hair styling part 30, there is an effect of easily styling the hair.

The following describes specific technical contents of the respective components constituting the multifunctional hair cosmetic electric heater 1.

As shown in fig. 10, 15 and 16, the grip portion 10 has a control device for controlling temperature and rotation, and has a streamlined outer surface shape on an outer upper surface.

The control device includes: the first control unit 11 includes: a power on/off button 111 and a temperature control button 112 formed on an outer upper surface of the grip body 10;

a rotation direction control button 121 formed on an outer upper surface of the first control part 11 at a predetermined interval and controlling clockwise and counterclockwise rotations of the hair styling part 30;

and a second control part 12 including an initialization button 122 for restoring the initial state before the hair styling part 30 is rotated.

The first control part 11 is installed at an inner upper portion of the grip body 10 and electrically connected to the main plate 13 to receive an external power source, and controls a temperature of heat emitted from a heating plate consisting of a plurality of lower and upper heating plates 321 and 361 installed inside the hair styling part 30 through a controller installed on the main plate 13.

At this time, the heating temperatures of the lower heating plate 321 of the lower rotating body 31 and the upper heating plate 361 of the upper rotating body 32 may be adjusted by the controller operation.

The grip body 10 may have various shapes, but preferably has a streamlined shape in order to increase the grip force of a user.

And a power line 14 for receiving external power is provided. A separate battery receiving part (not shown) may be formed inside the grip body 10 in addition to a method of receiving external power through the power line 14.

A rotation driving part driven by the operation of the second control part 12 is installed at an inner central portion in the longitudinal direction of the grip body 10.

The rotation driving part includes a driving motor 15 electrically connected to the second control part 12, a driving shaft 16 connected to the driving motor 15, and a rotation operating part 17 connected to the driving shaft 16.

When the drive motor 15 of the rotation drive unit is operated by the key operation of the second control unit 12, the rotation power of the drive motor 15 is transmitted to the drive shaft 16, and the rotation operation unit 17 having a structure connected to the drive shaft 16 is rotated.

For this, the lower rotator 31 of the hair styling part 30 having a physical coupling structure with the rotational operation part 17 is continuously rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, or is restored to an initial state before the rotation.

As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the upper rotation guide 18 is connected to the inner center of the rotation operation part 17.

The front end of the upper rotation guide 18 is physically connected to the upper rotation body 32 of the hair styling part 30, and the rear end is in contact with one end of the finger operating part 20.

The upper rotary guide 18 is formed with a plurality of hollow passages 181 on the inner side. The passage 181 is a space in which the second power supply line 44 is placed.

The upper rotation guide 18 is installed between the upper rotation body 32 and the finger operation part 20, and when the user operates a finger to pull the finger operation part 20, the rear end of the upper rotation guide 18 contacting the finger operation part 20 is pressed downward, and at this time, the upper rotation body 32 physically connected to the front end of the upper rotation guide 18 is naturally rotated upward. The upward rotation of the upper rotation guide portion 18 is performed with a rotation shaft portion 18a formed on one side as a rotation center.

In contrast, when the pulling operation of the finger operating part 20 is released, the force pressing down the rear end of the upper rotation guide part 18 is released and it returns to the original state.

As shown in fig. 17, an elastic spring 181a is attached to the rotation shaft portion 18a of the upper rotation guide portion 18. When the pulling operation of the finger operation part 20 is released, the upper rotation guide part 18 returns to its original position due to the elastic force of the elastic spring 181 a.

As shown in fig. 18, a circular rotating body 171 having a gear structure formed along an edge is provided at the front end of the rotation operating portion 17.

As shown in fig. 19, a lock button 172 having a locking function is formed on an outer lower surface of the grip body 10, and can prevent the lower rotator 31 from being rotationally driven as necessary.

As shown in fig. 19, the locking button 172 is integrally formed with a stopper protrusion 172a protruding in an inward direction of the grip body 10.

When the user desires to lock, the locking button 172 is pushed in the direction of the circular rotating body 171 constituting the gear structure, and the rotation of the circular rotating body 171 can be prevented by making the stopping protrusion 172a enter the groove 171a of the gear structure formed along the edge of the circular rotating body 171.

In contrast, if the rotation-locked state of the lower rotator 31 is to be released, the locking button 172 is operated by removing the stopping protrusion 172a of the locking button 172 from the groove 171 a.

As shown in figures 14 to 16 and 20,

the finger-operated portion 20 is exposed to the lower outer side of the grip body 10 to form a trigger structure.

The user can easily clamp hair between the upper rotator 32 and the lower rotator 31 by repeatedly bending the finger-operated part 20 exposed to the lower part of the outer side, so that fatigue can be reduced by operating according to the direction of the hair.

Further, such a simple operation facilitates the hair styling according to the situation.

As the user performs the pulling action of the finger operation part 20, the upper rotating body 32 is opened while rotating upward from the lower rotating body 31, and when the pulling action is released, the upper rotating body 32 is closed while returning to its original state.

As described above, when the user's finger is bent to operate the finger operation part 20 as pulling the trigger, the finger operation part 20 presses down the rear end of the upper rotation guide part 18, and naturally, the front end of the upper rotation guide part 18 rotates upward with the rotation shaft part 18a as the rotation axis.

When the front end of the upper rotation guide 18 is rotated upward, the upper rotation body 32 of the hair styling part 30 physically connected to the front end is naturally rotated upward.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the hair styling part 30 includes: a lower rotator 31 which draws a circle in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction and can continuously rotate within an operation range desired by a user; and an upper rotating body 32 installed in a vertically rotatable symmetrical structure with respect to the lower rotating body 31.

As shown in fig. 19 and 21, the lower rotator 31 is physically connected to the rotation operating unit 17.

As shown in fig. 19 and 21, the rotation operation portion 17 is connected to the drive shaft 16 and the drive motor 15 in a linear structure, and the drive shaft 16 and the rotation operation portion 17 are rotated by the driving force of the drive motor 15. The rotational drive of the rotational operation section 17 is transmitted to the lower rotating body 31 forming a physical coupling to achieve rotation in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

As shown in fig. 22, the upper rotating body 32 is physically connected to the front end of the upper rotation guide 18.

The upper rotating body 32 is rotated upward, and is rotationally driven upward as described above.

Fig. 23 is an exploded perspective view of the entire hair styling part 30.

As shown in fig. 23, the lower rotator 31 includes a stacked structure of a lower hair coupling member 31a, a lower body member 31b, and a lower cover member 31 c. And a pair of lower heating plates 321 are installed between the lower hair engaging members 31a and the lower body members 31b and between the lower body members 31b and the lower cover members 31 c.

A pair of lower heating plates 321 is mounted on the lower rotator 31 to radiate heat in both directions of the lower hair coupling members 31a and the lower cover members 31c, so that the lower rotator 31 has a heat radiation effect as a whole.

The upper rotating body 32 includes a laminated structure of an upper hair engaging member 32a, an upper body member 32b, and an upper cover member 32 c. And a pair of upper heating plates 361 are mounted between the upper hair engaging members 32a and upper body members 32b and between upper body members 32b and upper covering members 32 c.

A pair of upper heating plates 361 is installed on the upper rotating body 32 to radiate heat in both directions of the upper hair coupling members 32a and the upper covering members 32c, so that the upper rotating body 32 has a heat radiation effect as a whole.

At this time, the temperature of heat radiated through the lower rotator 31 and the temperature of heat radiated through the upper rotator 32 may be controlled to maintain the same or different temperatures. Such control may be controlled by a controller mounted on the above-mentioned main board 13.

Due to the rotating function and the heating function, it is possible to make the hair styling using the hair styling part 30 more various and convenient.

The power supplying and heating part 40 is physically coupled to the hair styling part 30 and continuously rotates in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction together with the hair styling part 30, and can continuously maintain an energized state even during continuous rotational driving.

That is, the hair styling part 30 has a ground continuity capable of maintaining an energized state while rotating even when continuously rotating in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction, and thus, a heated state by the heating plate attached to the hair styling part 30 can be continuously maintained even during the rotational driving.

With such a structure of the current supply with the ground continuity, various desired hairstyles can be easily, conveniently and efficiently implemented through the hair styling part 30.

As shown in figures 24 and 29 of the drawings,

the power supply and heat generation unit 40 includes: a non-rotating annular structure made of a metal material, an energized rotation guide portion 41 having a rotatably guide groove 41a formed along an inner circumferential surface of the annular structure;

a first power line 42 connected to one side of the outer circumferential surface of the circular ring structure and applying an external power source,

A grounding rotation portion 43 fixed to the rotation grounding guide groove 41a of the current-carrying rotation guide portion 41 and continuously rotatable in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction along the rotation grounding guide groove 41a while maintaining a face-to-face grounding state;

a second power line 44 having one side electrically connected to the heating plates installed in the lower and upper rotating bodies 31 and 32 of the hair styling part 30 and the other side electrically connected to the ground rotating part 43 for supplying external power applied through the first power line 42 to the heating plates;

a heating plate for generating heat using external power supplied from the second power line 44.

As shown in figures 24 and 25 to 29,

the power supply and heat generation unit 40 includes a non-rotating portion structure and a rotating portion structure.

Namely, the non-rotating portion includes: an electric rotation guide 41 fixedly installed inside the grip body 10;

a first power line 42 connected to one side of the outer circumferential surface of the circular ring-shaped structure of the electrified rotation guide part 41 to apply an external power,

the rotating part includes: a ground rotation unit 43 fixed to the rotation ground guide groove 41a of the current-carrying rotation guide unit 41 and rotating along the rotation ground guide groove 41a while maintaining a surface-to-surface ground state; one side is electrically connected to the heating plates installed in the lower and upper rotating bodies 31 and 32 of the hair styling part 30, and the other side is electrically connected to the ground rotating part 43, a second power line 44 for supplying external power applied through the first power line 42 to the heating plates, and the heating plates generating heat using the external power supplied through the second power line 44, thereby enabling the rotating part to continuously rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.

That is, the external power supplied through the first power line 42 is supplied to the ground rotating part 43, the second power line 44, and the heater plate through the conductive rotation guide part 41, and the heater plate generates heat by a current heating action.

The structure of rotating part includes: the heating plate installed inside the hair styling part 30, a second power line 44 having one side electrically connected to the heating plate and the other side connected to the ground rotating part 43, and the ground rotating part 43 fixed to a rotating ground guide groove 41a formed on an inner circumferential surface of the circular ring-shaped structure constituting the energization rotation guide part 41, are rotated in the same manner according to the rotating direction and speed of the hair styling part 30.

In this case, the current-carrying rotation guide 41 is fixedly attached to the inside of the grip body 10 and does not rotate. That is, the energized rotation guide 41 is a non-rotating portion structure.

In the present invention, the grounding rotation part 43 of the rotation part structure and the energization rotation guide part 41 of the non-rotation part structure form a fastening structure with each other, so that energization can be achieved while maintaining the surface-to-surface grounding state even during continuous rotation of the hair styling part 30.

As shown in fig. 29, the fastening structure is a structure in which the ground rotation portion 43 is fastened to a rotation ground guide groove 41a formed along an inner peripheral surface of an annular structure of the energization rotation guide portion 41. Due to such a fastening structure, even during continuous rotation of the ground rotating portion 43 along the rotation ground guide groove 41a, the surface-to-surface ground state can be continuously maintained.

Due to such a fastening structure, the ground contact state can be continuously maintained even if the hair styling part 30 is continuously rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, and due to such ground contact continuity, the heating state of the heating plate due to the ground contact continuity can be continuously maintained even during the rotational driving of the hair styling part 30.

The plurality of energized rotation guide portions 41 are formed such that the rotation grounding guide groove 41a and the grounding rotation portion 43 are maintained in a grounding state of 1:1, respectively. As a specific example, as shown in fig. 16 to 28, the number of the ground rotating portions 43 is four, and at least four or more circular ring structures are provided to maintain a separate ground state with respect to the ground rotating portions 43.

The number of the ground rotating parts 43 and the number of the circular ring structures constituting the current-carrying rotation guide part 41 are provided in plural according to the number of the heating plates installed in multiple stages in the hair styling part 30.

While specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail above, various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but should be defined not only by the following claims but also by the claims and their equivalents.
