7. The intelligent soil improvement device of claim 1, wherein the crushing mechanism comprises an oil motor and a twin screw blender connected to an output shaft of the oil motor.

8. The intelligent soil improvement device of claim 1, wherein the screening mechanism comprises a drum, a screen disposed within the drum, and a plurality of flights disposed within the screen at predetermined intervals;

the raw material soil pretreatment mechanism comprises a controller, a support frame, a crushing hopper, a crushing mechanism and a first bin gate mechanism, wherein the crushing hopper is arranged on the support frame, the crushing mechanism is arranged in the crushing hopper, the first bin gate mechanism is arranged on the crushing hopper, the first bin gate mechanism is used for opening and closing the crushing hopper, and the controller is electrically connected with a control end of the first bin gate mechanism.

the input end of the lifting mechanism 13 is connected with the output end of the first conveying mechanism 1, the output end of the lifting mechanism 13 is connected with the input end of the screening mechanism 14, and the output end of the screening mechanism 14 is connected with the input end of the second conveying mechanism 15;

the raw material soil pretreatment mechanism comprises a controller, a support frame 12, a crushing hopper 7 arranged on the support frame 12, a crushing mechanism arranged in the crushing hopper 7, and a first bin gate mechanism arranged on the crushing hopper 7, wherein the first bin gate mechanism is used for opening and closing the crushing hopper 7, and the controller is electrically connected with a control end of the first bin gate mechanism. It should be noted that, when the medicine is put into the medicine hopper 5, the second door mechanism is in a closed state, the second door mechanism is opened, the medicine is put into the first conveying mechanism 1 downward, and falls on the first conveying mechanism 1, wherein the second electronic scale 3 is configured to obtain the weight of the first conveying mechanism 1 in real time and send the weight to the controller, specifically, in this embodiment, when the medicine is put into the first conveying mechanism 1, the second slider moves downward in the second chute 16, and when the controller determines that the weight of the first conveying mechanism 1 reaches a preset value, the second door mechanism is closed, specifically: in the present embodiment, the second rubber skirt 21 is disposed between the first conveying mechanism 1 and the medicine hopper 5 to prevent the medicine from being scattered to other places and causing waste of the medicine when the medicine drops.

In the present embodiment, the second door mechanism includes a second cylinder 6 and a medicine door 4;

the output end of the second cylinder 6 is connected with the medicine bin gate 4, and the control end of the second cylinder 6 is electrically connected with the output end of the controller.

It should be noted that, when receiving the opening instruction of the medicine bin door 4, the controller sends a control signal to the control end of the second air cylinder 6 to push the medicine bin door 4 to open, and when determining that the second electronic scale 3 reaches the preset value, the controller sends a control signal to the control end of the second air cylinder 6 to push the medicine bin door 4 to close.

In this embodiment, the raw soil pretreatment mechanism is disposed on the downstream side of the chemical pretreatment mechanism.

The raw soil pretreatment mechanism may be disposed upstream of the chemical pretreatment mechanism.

In this embodiment, the raw material soil pretreatment mechanism further includes: a first electronic scale 11 with a first end arranged on the supporting frame 12, a first slide block arranged at a second end of the first electronic scale 11, a first chute fixed on the first conveying mechanism 1, and a first rubber skirt 20 arranged between the first conveying mechanism 1 and the crushing bucket 7, wherein the first slide block moves in the first chute, and an output end of the first electronic scale 11 is electrically connected with an input end of the controller.

It should be noted that, when the raw material soil or the soil to be improved is thrown into the crushing hopper 7, the first bin gate mechanism is in a closed state, the first bin gate mechanism is opened, the raw material soil is thrown downwards into the first conveying mechanism 1 and falls onto the first conveying mechanism 1, wherein the first electronic scale 11 is configured to obtain the weight of the first conveying mechanism 1 in real time and send the weight to the controller, specifically, in this embodiment, when the raw material soil is thrown into the first conveying mechanism 1, the first slider moves downwards in the first chute, and when the controller determines that the weight of the first conveying mechanism 1 reaches a preset value, the first bin gate mechanism is closed, specifically: in the present embodiment, the first rubber skirt 20 is disposed between the first conveying mechanism 1 and the crushing bucket 7 to prevent the raw material soil from being scattered to other places when the raw material soil falls.

In this embodiment, the first door mechanism includes a first cylinder 8, and a crushing door 19;

the output end of the first cylinder 8 is connected with the crushing bin gate 19, and the control end of the first cylinder 8 is electrically connected with the output end of the controller.

It should be noted that, when receiving the opening instruction of the crushing bin door 19, the controller sends a control signal to the control end of the first air cylinder 8 to push the crushing bin door 19 to open, and when determining that the first electronic scale 11 reaches the preset value, the controller sends a control signal to the control end of the first air cylinder 8 to push the crushing bin door 19 to close.

In this embodiment, the crushing mechanism includes an oil motor 9, and a twin screw agitator 10 connected to an output shaft of the oil motor 9.

It should be noted that after the raw material soil is dug out by the excavator, the raw material soil is placed in the crushing hopper 7, the oil motor 9 is started to control the double-screw agitator 10 to be started, so that the raw material soil is crushed, and the problem that the medicament cannot be uniformly attached to the soil due to non-uniform subsequent agitation can be avoided.

Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the screening mechanism 14 includes a roller 142, a screen 143 disposed in the roller 142, and a plurality of spiral pieces 141 disposed in the screen 143 at predetermined intervals;

the drum 142 and the screen 143 are cylindrical, and a gap 144 with a predetermined size is formed between the drum 142 and the screen 143.

It should be noted that, the lifting mechanism 13 may be a bucket elevator, and certainly, in other embodiments, the lifting mechanism 13 may be another lifting mechanism for lifting a predetermined amount of soil and drug into the screening mechanism 14, wherein the screening mechanism 14 may rotate in the axial direction to sufficiently mix the soil and the drug so that the drug is uniformly attached to the soil.

In this embodiment, the screening mechanism 14 is inclined at a predetermined angle in the first direction.

In this embodiment, the drum 142 is connected with the first outlet 17, and the screen 143 is connected with the second outlet 18;

wherein the first outlet 17 is connected to an input of the second transfer means 15.

When the soil and the agent rotate in the axial direction, they roll in a first direction, wherein the soil with smaller particles passes through the screen 143 and comes into contact with the inner wall of the drum 142, and falls from the first outlet 17 onto the second transfer mechanism 15 when moving in the first direction, and the soil with larger particles falls from the second outlet 18 onto the ground when the screen 143 moves in the first direction.

Based on the intelligent soil improvement equipment provided by the invention, a medicament with a preset weight is put on the first conveying mechanism 1 through a medicament pretreatment mechanism arranged on the first part of the vehicle body 2, raw soil is crushed through the raw soil pretreatment mechanism, then the raw soil with the preset weight is put on the first conveying mechanism 1, the first conveying mechanism 1 and the lifting mechanism 13 convey the pretreated soil and the medicament into the screening mechanism 14, and the improved soil falls on the second conveying mechanism 15 and flows to a preset position. The problem of prior art, soil and medicament mix inhomogeneous is improved.
