Background

In recent years, with the deep implementation of WHO "tobacco control framework convention", the global form of controlling the smoke is increasingly severe and the health consciousness of consumers is gradually improved, the heating cigarette is taken as an important form of a novel low-harm tobacco product, a mode of heating instead of burning is adopted, the release of more than ninety percent of harmful substances generated by burning of the traditional cigarette is reduced for smokers to enjoy, and the cigarette is more close to the traditional cigarette in the aspects of physiological perception, psychological perception, smoking mode and the like, and is favored by wide consumers. At present, the homogenization phenomenon of the cigarette is serious in the market, the recognition degree is not high in appearance, and a consumer cannot form a memory point to remember a specific product in a plurality of products, so that the difficulty in establishing the brand degree of the product is high.

At present, information is displayed by a method of coating thermosensitive color-changing paint on a wrapping material of a cigarette. However, the thermochromic powder in the thermochromic paint is liable to fall off and has poor durability.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a cigarette with information display function, wherein the cigarette is provided with a tobacco section, and the cigarette further comprises: the information display layer wraps the outermost periphery of the cigarette, the information display layer is a non-seepage-proofing layer, and a seepage-proofing layer is arranged in the upper part of the information display layer; or the information display layer is an impermeable layer, and the upper part of the information display layer is provided with holes.

Preferably, when the information display layer is a non-impermeable layer, the information display layer is tipping paper.

The impermeable layer is an oil-proof and water-proof impermeable layer. The cigarette wrapping materials in the tipping paper are impermeable. Or at least the cigarette wrapping material corresponding to the partial region of the tipping paper without the impermeable layer is impermeable. This is to allow the material within the cigarette to seep through regions of the tipping paper where no barrier layer is provided.

The cigarette can be made of conventional cigarettes, for example, the cigarette is formed by wrapping a tobacco section, a hollow paper tube cooling section and a filtering section, composite forming paper wraps the hollow paper tube cooling section and the filtering section, cigarette paper wraps the tobacco section, and tipping paper wraps the composite forming paper and the cigarette paper together.

Preferably, the region of the tipping paper which is not provided with the impermeable layer at least partially wraps the tobacco section of the tobacco rod. This is because tar substances generated after heating cigarettes seep out through a region where no impermeable layer is provided, and therefore, a part of the cigarette region shows a yellowish impurity.

Preferably, the cigarette further comprises:

containing liquid coloured substances, or

A solid coloured substance having a melting point of less than 300 degrees celsius.

The melting point herein is the melting point at atmospheric pressure.

The liquid colored substance includes: a liquid colored dye at 25 degrees celsius. The solid colored matter includes: a solid colored dye having a melting point of less than 300 degrees celsius. The colored dye is preferably edible dye.

When the cigarette comprises the blasting beads containing the liquid colored substances, the blasting beads are pinched during use, the liquid colored substances are leaked out through the region of the cigarette tipping paper without the impermeable layer, and therefore, part of the cigarette shows colors.

When the cigarette comprises the solid colored substances, the solid colored substances are melted into liquid when the cigarette is heated, and the liquid seeps out through the region of the cigarette tipping paper without the impermeable layer, so that the cigarette partially displays colors.

Preferably, the barrier layer comprises a waxy material layer, a metal alloy layer, a resin layer.

Of course, the combination of tipping paper and barrier layer may be replaced by: a metal layer with holes or an aluminum foil paper layer or a tin foil paper layer. The holes are the areas without the impermeable layer.

Preferably, the barrier layer is disposed on the inner and/or outer surface of the information display layer.

Preferably, the shape of the barrier region is a letter, symbol, and/or pattern.

Preferably, the information display layer is provided with a region without the impermeable layer or the holes are in the shape of words, letters, symbols and/or patterns.

Of course, the tipping paper may be designed with a pattern in advance. The shape of the impermeable layer area, the area without the impermeable layer or the hole is a part of a pre-designed pattern.

Preferably, a thermosensitive color-changing material layer is further arranged on the tipping paper and is arranged on the upper layer of the impermeable layer, the lower layer of the impermeable layer or the area where the impermeable layer is not located; or the thermosensitive color-changing material layer and the impermeable layer are combined into a whole, and the thermosensitive color-changing material layer is a mixed layer of the impermeable substance and the thermosensitive color-changing material.

The thermosensitive color-changing material layer is obtained by coating a substance formed by mixing a thermosensitive color-changing material and a small amount of gel on the wrapping material of the cigarette.

The thermochromic material can be any suitable thermochromic material available. Such as a mixed powder of mercury diiodide and silver iodide, and the like.

Preferably, the part of the tipping paper, on which the impermeable layer is not arranged, is coated with a first reactant layer, the cigarette overflows from the second reactant layer after being heated, and the first reactant layer is discolored after the first reactant layer is contacted with the second reactant layer.

The second reaction substance overflowing after the cigarette is heated can be a substance generated by heating the tobacco section, and can also be a liquid substance which is preset in the cigarette and is formed by heating and melting a solid substance in the cigarette.

Preferably, the part of the tipping paper, on which the impermeable layer is not arranged, is coated with a first reaction substance layer, the blasting beads of the cigarette contain a second reaction substance, and the first reaction substance layer changes color after contacting with the second reaction substance.

The first reactant material layer and the second reactant material layer may comprise any suitable combination that can undergo a color reaction.

For example: the first reactant layer contains methyl red, bromocresol green, or thymol blue, similar to pH test paper, and the second reactant layer contains acetic acid, sodium hydroxide, etc., which is an acidic or alkaline solution.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the cigarette, which comprises the following steps: coating or covering a layer of impermeable layer on the partial region of the outer surface of the tipping paper of the cigarette wrapped with the tipping paper at the outermost periphery.

Preferably, a bead containing liquid colored substances or solid colored substances is placed in the cigarette in advance; the solid colored substance becomes liquid at a temperature of 300 degrees celsius.

If the region of the cigarette tipping paper in the shape of characters, letters, symbols and/or patterns is an information region, the information display form of the invention comprises the following steps:

the color of the information area is changed and the colors of other areas are not changed;

the color of the information area is unchanged and the colors of other areas are changed;

the information area and the other areas are changed in color, but after the change, the two colors can be distinguished.

The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention provides a new method for displaying cigarette information, which is characterized in that an impermeable layer is designed on cigarette tipping paper for the first time, and information is displayed by heating tar naturally exuded from the cigarette. In the preferred technical scheme, the paraffin layer can be directly used as the impermeable layer, the cost is low, no harmful substances exist, the safety is good, the impermeable layer is firmly combined with the paper, and the durability is good.

2. In a preferred technical scheme, the design of the impermeable layer can also be used together with a reaction color development method, and the first reaction substance seeps out of the non-impermeable layer and contacts with the second reaction substance to display. The reaction color development method can select various substance combinations, and the selection range of the color development substances is expanded.

3. In a preferred technical scheme, the information display method can display by pinching and bursting the beads or heating. The method for displaying information by pinching and breaking the bead is suitable for the situation that the user does not want to suck or heat the smoking set and wants to know the information of the cigarette.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1-2, a cigarette with information display function, the cigarette has a tobacco section therein, the cigarette still includes: the cigarette outer-most periphery wrapping type cigarette packaging paper is characterized in that the outer surface of the upper part of the packaging paper is coated with a paraffin anti-seepage layer, and the part coated with the paraffin anti-seepage layer is in a shape of a letter MC.

The cigarette wrapping materials in the tipping paper are impermeable. The cigarette is formed by sequentially rolling and connecting a tobacco section, a hollow paper tube cooling section and a filtering section, wherein composite forming paper wraps the hollow paper tube cooling section and the filtering section, cigarette paper wraps the tobacco section, and tipping paper wraps the composite forming paper and the cigarette paper together. The tobacco section of the cigarette is internally provided with a bead containing liquid yellow edible dye.

Before the cigarette is used, a user can not see obvious information on the outer surface of the cigarette. When a user sucks, the explosion beads are firstly pinched and broken, the liquid dye seeps out through the area which is not provided with the paraffin impermeable layer, most of the whole cigarette is yellow, and the area of the letter 'MC' is not changed in color because the area is coated with the paraffin impermeable layer, so that the letter 'MC' is displayed.

FIG. 1 is a picture of a cigarette before bead blasting is performed. Fig. 2 is a picture of a cigarette after a bead is pinched off, and a remarkable shape of 'MC' can be seen.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 3-4, the cigarette with the information display function is formed by sequentially rolling and connecting a tobacco section, a hollow paper tube cooling section and a filtering section, wherein composite forming paper wraps the hollow paper tube cooling section and the filtering section, cigarette paper wraps the tobacco section, and tipping paper wraps the composite forming paper and the cigarette paper together.

The tipping paper is a layer of aluminum foil paper with holes, the holes are in the shape of a letter 'MC', and the tobacco sections are wrapped at the positions of the holes.

Before the cigarette is heated, the letter 'MC' is not obvious, and tar substances generated after the cigarette is heated seep out through the hole area of the aluminum foil paper by heating the cigarette in the smoking process of a user, namely, the letter 'MC' at the position of the hole shows a scorched yellow color.

Figure 3 is a picture of a cigarette before smoking. Figure 4 is a photograph of a smoking article showing the distinct "MC" shape.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 5-6, a cigarette with information display function, the cigarette has a tobacco section therein, the cigarette still includes: the cigarette outer-most periphery wrapping paper is coated with a layer of mixed layer of paraffin and thermosensitive discoloring substances on the outer surface of the upper part of the wrapping paper, and the part coated with the mixed layer is in the shape of a letter 'MC'.

The temperature of the thermosensitive color-changing material is above 60 ℃, and the material shows red.

The cigarette wrapping materials in the tipping paper are impermeable. The cigarette is formed by sequentially rolling and connecting a tobacco section, a hollow paper tube cooling section and a filtering section, wherein composite forming paper wraps the hollow paper tube cooling section and the filtering section, cigarette paper wraps the tobacco section, and tipping paper wraps the composite forming paper and the cigarette paper together.

Before the cigarette is heated, a user can not see obvious information on the outer surface of the cigarette, the cigarette is heated in the smoking process of the user, tar substances generated after the cigarette is heated seep out through an area which is not provided with a mixture layer of paraffin and thermosensitive discoloring substances, most of the whole cigarette presents a scorched color, and the character MC area is coated with the mixture layer of paraffin and thermosensitive discoloring substances, so that the cigarette can prevent seepage and does not display the scorched color. In contrast, the letter "MC" area shows red color because the thermochromic substance is coated.

Figure 5 is a picture of a cigarette before smoking. Figure 6 is a photograph of a smoking article showing the distinct "MC" shape.
