Technical Field

Background

Anal fistula is a short term for anorectal fistula and is a residual lesion caused by abscess rupture or incision drainage around the anorectum. As shown in fig. 10, a typical anal fistula comprises an outer fistula tract opening 91 at the perianal skin surface of the body 9, an inner fistula tract opening 92 at the outer anal margin, or at the rectal wall, and an open, but sinuous, intact fistula tract 90 communicating the outer fistula tract opening 91 with the inner fistula tract opening 92, wherein there may be a plurality of fistula tract openings 92.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

The water supply device 11 comprises a water storage pipe 1-1, a push rod 1-2 and a junction 1-3 of a confluence device; the push rod 1-2 comprises a push head 1-21 and a push handle 1-22; the front end of the pushing head 1-21 is provided with a sealing piston 1-23 matched with the water outlet tip 1-11 of the water storage pipe. s1, after the anal fistula outer opening is determined, inserting the water outlet end of the water flow delivery device 1 into the anal fistula outer opening, and starting the water flow delivery device 1;

s2, under the drive of the flushing water flow, the traction line 10 moves in the fistula tract along with the flushing water flow, namely flows from the external anal fistula orifice to the external anal fistula orifice until the traction line 10 flows out of the internal fistula tract orifice along with the flushing water flow;

s3, when the pull wire 10 flows out of the fistula tract inner opening along with the scouring water flow, the pull wire 10 is tied to the metal bougie 8 and is pulled in along the anal fistula outer opening or inner opening until the pull wire reaches the other end.
