1. An elephant nose light, comprising:

a skirt vertically disposed on the mounting ring, the skirt surrounding the perforation;

the anti-falling structure is arranged at the upper part of the surrounding edge and is a plurality of buckles;

a lower rail positioned between the skirt and the perforations;

the surrounding edge, anti-disengaging structure with form the guide rail space between the lower guideway, the guide rail ring level is rotated and is set up in the guide rail space.

9. The trunk lamp of claim 1, wherein a light focusing cup is disposed within the lamp body, the light focusing cup being mounted at the opening at the lower portion of the lamp body, the light focusing cup having a lens disposed thereon.

10. The trunk lamp of claim 9, wherein the inner side wall of the opening is provided with a ring groove, the light gathering cup is provided with a plurality of second fasteners, and the second fasteners are connected with the ring groove in a matching manner.

Background

The trunk lamp is a down lamp installed in a ceiling, the light of the down lamp is downward projected on a vertical surface (such as a wall), and the projection angle can be changed in a rotating way, so that the trunk lamp is widely applied to occasions such as hotels, restaurants, markets, offices, exhibition halls and the like. Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a novel trunk lamp, and the lamp body adopts a novel structure, so that the cost is reduced; an arc-shaped support is eliminated, the rack is used for positioning, the adjusting hand feeling is achieved, and the sliding position cannot be loosened.

The trunk lamp comprises a lamp body, wherein the lamp body is arranged in a hollow shape with a small top and a large bottom, an opening for installing a light source is formed in the lower portion of the lamp body, the lamp body comprises an upper end portion and a lower end portion, at least one connecting arc surface is formed between the upper end portion and the lower end portion, a sunken groove is formed in the connecting arc surface, and a lamp panel installation table for fixing a lamp panel is formed in the lamp body through the groove; a rack is arranged on one of the connecting cambered surfaces, the rack extends upwards from the lower end part along the surface of the connecting cambered surface, a swinging shaft is arranged on the lamp body, and the swinging shaft is arranged on one surface which is deviated from the rack; the lamp panel is arranged inside the lamp body; the middle part of the mounting ring is provided with a through hole for accommodating the lamp body; the guide rail ring is provided with a shaft groove, the swinging shaft is arranged in the shaft groove, and the guide rail ring is provided with a positioning hook matched with the rack; the lamp body is horizontally connected to the mounting ring in a rotating mode through the guide rail ring, the lamp body can vertically swing around the swing shaft, and the lamp body is locked in a position through the rack and the positioning clamping hook when vertically swinging.

The trunk lamp according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: according to the trunk lamp, the sunken groove is formed in the connecting arc surface of the lamp body, the lamp panel mounting table is formed in the lamp body through the groove and used for fixing the lamp panel, heat generated when the lamp panel works is dissipated outside the lamp body through the groove in the rear portion of the lamp panel mounting table, heat dissipation fins are not needed to be arranged, the structure is simple, and materials are saved; the design also completes the adjustment and the positioning of the vertical swinging of the lamp body by matching the rack on the lamp body with the positioning hook on the guide rail ring without arranging an arc-shaped bracket, thereby greatly reducing the lowest height of the trunk lamp and having wider application range; the rack is used for positioning, so that the adjusting hand feeling is provided, and a user can easily master the adjusting range; and the rack and the positioning hook are mutually fastened, so that the problem of loose running is solved.

According to the trunk lamp in the first aspect of the invention, the top of the lamp body is provided with a threading hole. The openings at the bottom of the threading hole and the bottom of the lamp body are opposite, so that air convection can be formed in the lamp, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.

According to the trunk lamp in the first aspect of the invention, the lamp body is internally provided with the wire positioning bracket, and the wire positioning bracket is positioned between the lamp panel mounting table and the threading hole. According to the trunk lamp provided by the first aspect of the invention, the annular groove is formed in the inner side wall of the opening, the light gathering cup is provided with the plurality of second buckles, and the second buckles are matched and connected with the annular groove, so that the light gathering cup can be fixed in the lamp body without screws, and the effect of quick assembly and disassembly is further improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a trunk lamp including a lamp body 100, a mounting ring 200, a rail ring 300, and a condensing cup 400.

Specifically, the lamp body 100 is formed in a hollow shape having a small top and a large bottom, and is curved as a whole, and the outer portion thereof is a smooth curved surface. The lower part of the lamp body 100 is provided with an opening for installing a light source accessory, and the lamp panel is fixedly installed inside the lamp body 100. The lamp body 100 includes an upper end portion 101 and a lower end portion 102, and at least one connection arc surface is formed between the upper end portion 101 and the lower end portion 102. As shown in fig. 1, an inwardly concave groove 150 is formed on one of the connection arc surfaces having a larger arc. Referring to fig. 3, a lamp panel mounting base 160 for fixing the lamp panel is formed inside the lamp body 100 through the groove 150 on the lamp body 100. The uppermost end of the rack 110 is provided with a limit block 112 to avoid unrecoverable displacement caused by over-adjustment. The lamp body 100 is provided with a swing shaft 120, the swing shaft 120 is close to the lower end 102 of the lamp body 100, and the swing shaft 120 is provided on the surface away from the rack 110. The swing shaft 120 allows the lamp body 100 to swing vertically to change the projection angle, and the rack 110 is used to lock the position of the lamp body 100 after adjustment in cooperation with other structures, so as to prevent the lamp body 100 from moving randomly.

The mounting ring 200 and the rail ring 300 cooperate to mount the lamp body 100. The middle of the mounting ring 200 is provided with a through hole for accommodating the lamp body 100, the periphery of the through hole is provided with a vertical surrounding edge 210, the surrounding edge 210 surrounds the through hole, the upper part of the surrounding edge 210 is provided with an anti-disengaging structure, the anti-disengaging structure is preferably a plurality of buckles 211, and a lower guide rail 220 is arranged between the inner side of the surrounding edge 210 and the through hole. The rail space is formed between the skirt 210, the anti-slip structure and the lower rail 220. The guide rail ring 300 is provided with a shaft groove 320 and a positioning hook 310, and the positioning hook 310 is located at the side opposite to the shaft groove 320. The guide rail ring 300 is sleeved on the lamp body 100 from above, the swing shaft 120 is arranged in the shaft groove 320, then the guide rail ring 300 is arranged on the inner side of the surrounding edge 210, so that the guide rail ring 300 can be horizontally and rotatably arranged in the guide rail space, the shaft groove 320 is matched with the lower guide rail 220 to limit the swing shaft 120, the guide rail ring 300 is limited by the buckle 211, and the guide rail ring 300 cannot be upwards separated, so that the installation process of the lamp body 100 is completed. Since the lamp body 100 is horizontally rotatably connected to the mounting ring 200 through the rail ring 300 and the lamp body 100 can vertically swing around the swing shaft 120, the installed lamp body 100 can horizontally rotate or swing in the vertical direction, and the projection angle can be adjusted in a wide range, but cannot be out of the ranges of the mounting ring 200 and the rail ring 300. The positioning hook 310 is engaged with the rack 110 to lock the position of the lamp body 100 when the lamp body 100 swings vertically. In addition, the mounting ring 200 is further provided with a limit protrusion configured to limit a rotation angle of the lamp body 100 and the rail ring 300.

The trunk lamp of this embodiment is provided with sunken recess 150 in the connection cambered surface of lamp body 100, through recess 150 at the inside lamp plate mount table 160 that forms of lamp body 100 for fixed lamp plate, the heat of lamp plate during operation distributes in lamp body 100 outside through recess 150 at lamp plate mount table 160 rear portion, need not to set up heat radiation fins, simple structure, save material. In addition, the adjustment and the positioning of the vertical swing of the lamp body 100 can be completed by the rack 110 on the connecting cambered surface on the lamp body 100 and the positioning hook 310 on the guide rail ring 300 without arranging an arc-shaped bracket, so that the lowest height of the trunk lamp is greatly reduced, and the application range is wider; the rack 110 is used for positioning, and the adjusting hand feeling is provided, so that a user can easily master the adjusting range; and the rack 110 and the positioning hook 310 are mutually clamped, so that the problem of loose running is avoided. And most connection structure of this design all passes through the buckle fixed, and the dismouting need not the instrument, realizes quick assembly disassembly.

Referring to fig. 4, a wire positioning bracket 170 is further arranged inside the lamp body 100, the wire positioning bracket 170 is located between the lamp panel mounting platform 160 and the threading hole 140, and a positioning screw hole 171 is formed in the wire positioning bracket 170 and used for being matched with a positioning strip to fix a wire inside the lamp body 100, so that a structure for fixing the wire does not need to be arranged on the outer wall of the lamp body 100, and the attractiveness of the lamp body 100 is improved. The lamp panel mounting table 160 is provided with reinforcing ribs 180, and the reinforcing ribs 180 are respectively connected with the inner wall of the lamp body 100 and the lead positioning support 170 to strengthen the structure of the lamp body 100.

Further, for the convenience of installing the ring 200 to the smallpox, on the trunk lamp of this embodiment, be provided with two symmetric distribution's slot on its surrounding edge 210, the inside buckle structure that is provided with of slot is provided with through the fixed jump ring 230 of buckle structure on the slot, and jump ring 230 adopts the mode of pegging graft and buckle fixed, does not need the bolt equally, supports quick assembly disassembly.

In addition, the trunk lamp of the embodiment further comprises a light gathering cup 400, and a lens is arranged on the light gathering cup 400. The light-gathering cup 400 is installed at an opening at the lower part of the lamp body 100, the annular groove 130 is formed in the inner side wall of the opening, a plurality of second fasteners 410 are arranged on the light-gathering cup 400, and the second fasteners 410 are matched with the annular groove 130, so that the light-gathering cup 400 is installed on the lamp body 100. The light collecting cup 400 of this embodiment is also fixed to the lamp body 100 by using a snap structure without screwing a bolt.

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the trunk lamp of this embodiment also includes a lamp body 100, a mounting ring 200, a guide ring 300, and a light-gathering cup 400. The construction of the trunk lamp provided in the second embodiment is substantially identical to that described in the first embodiment, except that: in the trunk lamp of the second embodiment, a directional groove 111 is formed in the middle of the rack 110, as shown in fig. 6; the positioning hook 310 is provided with an orientation protrusion 311 extending into the orientation slot 111, as shown in fig. 7. The design is suitable for the trunk lamp with larger size, the orientation groove 111 and the orientation lug 311 are mutually matched, the situation that the positioning hook 310 transversely deviates from the rack 110 is avoided, and the adjustment and the positioning of the lamp body 100 are more stable and reliable.
