The water collecting device comprises a rain collector 45 arranged above the sealing box 10, and the rain collector 45 is connected with the water storage tank 41 through a water inlet pipe 46. The sprinkler head 42 is an arc sprinkler pipe, two segments of sprinkler pipes are annularly arranged at the outer side of the upper end of the cylindrical filter screen 30, and one side of the sprinkler pipe facing the filter screen is provided with a plurality of water spray holes. The filter screen below is equipped with sewage collecting tank 50, sewage collecting tank 50 is cyclic annular setting in the filter screen below, sewage collecting tank 50 has peripheral board 501 and interior bounding wall 502, the lateral wall and the chimney 60 laminating of interior bounding wall 502 are connected, the filter screen is located between peripheral board 501 and the interior bounding wall 502, sewage collecting tank 50's bottom is equipped with the blow off pipe 51 that is used for the blowdown, blow off pipe 51 passes seal box 10 drain pans to axial downwardly extending along chimney 60. The unpowered hood utilizes natural wind power and air heat convection caused by indoor and outdoor temperature difference to push the turbine to rotate so as to discharge stale hot air indoors by utilizing centrifugal force and negative pressure effect, the flue gas after combustion can smoothly pass through the filter screen by arranging the unpowered hood to achieve the effect of purifying the flue gas, then the purified flue gas is discharged through the unpowered hood without additionally arranging a motor for exhausting, the filter screen can be washed by arranging a washing device, the service life of the filter screen is prolonged, the filter screen can be repeatedly used, the use cost is reduced, the water collecting device is arranged for receiving rainwater, the received rainwater enters the water storage tank through the water receiving groove and the water inlet pipe, the rain receiving plate is made of metal material and can absorb the moisture in the air and condense the water vapor into water drops, the water drops accumulate to flow into the water storage tank more and reduce the waste of water resources, and the water pump is pressed to control the pull rod through the pull rope, the pressing part is provided with a reset spring, the pull rope is pulled continuously, water in the water storage tank can be washed to the filter screen through the water outlet pipe and the water spray head, the purpose of cleaning the filter screen is achieved, the sewage collecting tank is used for receiving sewage after the filter screen is washed, and the sewage is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe.

In conclusion, the invention can filter tiny particles in the smoke after combustion, can clean the filter screen and does not need electric power.
