According to the invention, the two sides of the inner wall of the valve body 1 are respectively provided with the overflow mechanisms 7, the two overflow mechanisms 7 are connected with the valve body 1 through bolts, and the overflow mechanisms 7 are conical in shape, so that crude oil or water can be prevented from refluxing.

In the invention, the stirring mechanism 8 comprises a fixed plate 13, a rotating shaft 15 and a plurality of stirring shafts 14, the fixed plate 13 is connected with the inner wall of the valve body 1 through bolts, the rotating shaft 15 is rotatably connected with the fixed plate 13 through bearings, the stirring shafts 14 are fixed on the rotating shaft 15 at equal intervals, when crude oil and water are contacted with the stirring mechanism 8, the crude oil and the water have certain impact force during conveying, therefore, when the crude oil and the water are contacted with the stirring shafts 14, the stirring shafts 14 can drive the rotating shaft 15 to rotate under the action of the crude oil and the water, so that the crude oil and the water can be stirred through the stirring shafts 14, the crude oil and the water can be fully mixed, and the mixing effect between the crude oil and the water is improved.

In the invention, the shape of the blade 22 is arc-shaped, the blade 22 is made of corrosion-resistant material, and the inner wall of the valve body 1 is coated with high-temperature-resistant coating.
