In order to overcome the above defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a high and low temperature test chamber, in which a telescopic outer rod and a telescopic inner rod are provided, and the telescopic outer rod and the telescopic inner rod are used to jack up a device body, so that a wheel is completely separated from the ground, and the device completely avoids a sliding friction force generated between the wheel and the ground, thereby increasing the stability of the device during use, and avoiding the problem of the device body slipping backwards, so as to solve the problems in the background art.
