The working principle of the device is as follows: when the knife belt 2 is in a cutting state, the pneumatic telescopic rod is started to enable the inner tube 302 to move downwards until the smoothing ball 501 presses the upper surface of the sponge, so that when the knife belt 2 cuts the sponge, the smoothing ball 501 can smooth the bulged sponge, the cutting is not affected, the auxiliary part 3 moves along with the knife belt 2, the negative pressure fan 7 is started through the PLC control system, a negative pressure environment is generated inside the air purifying chamber 4 through the negative pressure fan 7, the dust generated by cutting is sucked into the smoothing dust suction ring 5 through the suction pipe 502, the sucked dust is filtered through the filter screen 601 and then is intercepted, the dust is not discharged into the outside air and causes pollution, when the knife belt 2 needs to be polished, the knife belt 2 is in a working state, then the pneumatic telescopic rod is used for enabling the inner tube 302 to drive the pneumatic polishing part 9 to move downwards, and meanwhile the air pump 8 is started to inflate the pneumatic polishing part 9, the adhesive plates 902 are ejected by the air pressure so that the two adhesive plates 902 sandwich the knife strip 2 therebetween, and since the knife strip 2 is reciprocated during operation, the sanding paper on the adhesive plates 902 can sand the knife strip.

The problem that the sponge is raised when cutting is solved by additionally arranging the auxiliary piece 3 on the basis of the existing numerical control vertical cutting machine, dust generated by cutting is absorbed simultaneously, the auxiliary piece 3 synchronously moving with the knife belt 2 through installation enables the auxiliary piece to press the sponge when cutting, the sponge raising caused by the pushing action of the knife belt 2 is effectively prevented, the knife belt 2 is enclosed by arranging the smoothing dust absorption ring 5, the dust generated when cutting is absorbed by utilizing the suction generated when the negative pressure fan 7 works, the dust is retained by the filtering action of the filter screen 601, the environment and the health of workers are effectively protected, the splicing plate 902 with the polishing abrasive paper clamps the knife belt 2 by inflating gas into the pneumatic polishing piece 9, the polishing of the knife belt 2 is realized by controlling the up-and-down movement of the inner pipe 302, and the cutting efficiency is effectively improved.
