the valve port piece (21) comprises a valve port piece upper part (211), a valve port piece lower part (212) and a valve port piece middle part (213), wherein the valve port piece upper part (211) and the valve port piece lower part (212) are folded towards the upper sealing piece (15) and are bonded to form a valve port upper piece (22); the valve port upper sheet (22) is fixedly bonded with the upper sealing sheet (15);

the pressing sheet (23) is arranged at the discharging end, and the pressing sheet (23) is folded towards the inner surface direction of the front sealing sheet (13); the pressing sheet (23) comprises a pressing sheet upper part (231), a pressing sheet middle part (232) and a pressing sheet lower part (233); the upper pressing piece part (231) corresponds to the upper valve port piece part (211), the middle pressing piece part (232) corresponds to the middle valve port piece part (213), and the lower pressing piece part (233) corresponds to the lower valve port piece part (212);

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging supplies, in particular to a leakage-proof valve bag.

Background

The valve bag is mainly used for packaging powdery or granular solid materials and flexible articles such as edible powder, chemical fertilizer, synthetic materials, grains, explosives, grains, salt, mineral substances and the like. The impact force is often larger in the material filling process, and the rear sealing piece end face 141 opposite to the material discharging end is not closed, so that the delamination is easily generated under the action of external force. In order to solve the above technical problem, preferably, the valve port upper plate 22 is provided with a separation blade 4; the baffle 4 extends below the back cover 14. The separation blocking piece 4 can be arranged between the upper sealing piece 15 and the valve port upper piece 22; or may be disposed below the valve port upper plate 22, and the upper surface of the barrier sheet 4 may be bonded to the lower surface of the valve port upper plate 22. In both of the above embodiments, the barrier sheet 4 functions to prevent delamination of the back cover sheet end face 141 of the back cover sheet 14.

In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, one end of the separation blade 4 away from the back cover sheet 14 is provided with a V-shaped notch, and a first connecting portion 41 and a second connecting portion 42 are formed and arranged correspondingly; the first connecting part 41 extends into the space between the lower pressing piece part 233 and the upper sealing piece 15, the upper surface of the first connecting part 41 is fixedly bonded with the upper sealing piece 15, and the lower surface of the first connecting part 41 is fixedly bonded with the lower pressing piece part 233; the second connecting portion 42 extends between the upper pressing portion 231 and the upper sealing piece 15, the upper surface of the second connecting portion 42 is fixedly bonded to the upper sealing piece 15, and the lower surface of the second connecting portion 42 is fixedly bonded to the upper pressing portion 231. The material is rushed out from the discharge end and enters the bag body 1, and because the separation blocking piece 4 is positioned below the rear sealing piece 14, the rushed material can not generate force effect on the end face 141 of the rear sealing piece, and further the separation blocking piece 4 can not be separated from the valve port upper piece 22 in a layered manner.

In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the separation blade 4 is disposed below the valve port upper blade 22; the upper surface of the separation sheet 4 is fixedly bonded with the lower surface of the valve port upper sheet 22. Similarly, the material is flushed out from the discharge end and enters the bag body 1, and since the separation blade 4 is located below the back cover sheet 14, the flushed material does not exert a force on the end face 141 of the back cover sheet, and thus the separation blade 4 and the valve port upper sheet 22 are not delaminated. The barrier 4 in this embodiment is of rectangular configuration.

Because the upper surface of the separation baffle 4 is not fixedly bonded with the lower surface of the rear sealing piece 14, when powdery materials are filled, the powder is light in weight, so that the powdery materials easily escape from a gap between the upper surface of the separation baffle 4 and the lower surface of the rear sealing piece 14, and the materials are wasted. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the upper surface of the barrier sheet 4 is bonded and fixed to the lower surface of the back cover sheet 14. The upper surface of the separation sheet 4 and the lower surface of the back sealing sheet 14 are bonded without a gap, so that light materials cannot escape.

In order to maximize the sealing effect of the pressing sheet 23 on the bag body 1, it is preferable that the length of the valve port sheet 21 is equal to the length of the pressing sheet 23. The pressing piece 23 can completely close the end surfaces of the first folded portion 111 and the second folded portion 121, and the valve port passage 7 is not easily detached due to a large bonding area.
