1. A calling system for an automobile is characterized by comprising a landing signal receiving device, a car signal receiving device, a portable terminal and a floor controller;

Technical Field

The invention relates to elevator equipment, in particular to an automobile calling system.

Background

The elevator has wider application range and is not limited to carrying people. With the modernization of society, city space is compressed, and the car is no longer restricted to the road surface and is gone in and out the parking area and is gone out, and the car is taken the elevator and becomes more and more common situation. When a car takes a ladder, a driver is required to get off to finish calling the ladder and then get back to a driving position to drive the car, after the car enters the elevator, the driver often needs to get off or stretch out from the car to finish floor registration, and the car takes the ladder inconveniently in the actual use of the driver.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a calling system for an automobile, wherein a driver can finish landing calling and target floor registration in a car in the automobile, and the landing calling and the target floor registration in the car of the automobile are convenient.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an automobile calling system, which comprises a landing signal receiving device, a car signal receiving device, a portable terminal and a floor controller;

the portable terminal is internally provided with a signal transmitting device and is provided with a landing calling key, a car calling rising key and a car calling falling key;

when the landing call key is triggered, the signal transmitting device sends a landing call signal; when the car call lifting key is triggered, the signal transmitting device sends an uplink car call signal; when the car call descending key is triggered, the signal transmitting device sends a descending car call signal;

the landing signal receiving device is arranged at a landing door and used for receiving a landing call signal sent by a signal transmitting device arranged in the portable terminal and transmitting a call instruction of the current landing to the floor controller when receiving the landing call signal;

the car signal receiving device is arranged in the car and used for receiving the car call signal sent by the signal transmitting device arranged in the portable terminal, forming an uplink car call instruction or a downlink car call instruction according to the car call signal and transmitting the instruction to the floor controller,

the floor controller is communicated with the elevator main control system and sends the received call instruction of the current landing to the elevator main control system; forming a call instruction of a current car according to the received call instruction of the uplink car and the call instruction of the downlink car, and sending the call instruction of the current car to an elevator main control system, wherein the call instruction of the current car comprises a registered destination floor;

the elevator master control system is used for controlling the motion of an elevator, controlling the motion of an elevator car when receiving a call instruction of a current landing, driving the elevator car to the floor where the current landing is located, and then controlling the opening of a car door and a landing door; and when the call instruction of the current car is received, controlling the elevator car to move to the registered destination floor of the call instruction of the current car.

Preferably, the elevator main control system controls the elevator car to move when receiving a call instruction of the current landing, and then controls the car door and the landing door to be opened, and controls the car door to be closed after the car door is opened for a first set time.

Preferably, the first set time is 20S to 60S.

Preferably, the car is behind the landing door;

opposite type photoelectric sensors are arranged on the left side and the right side of a landing door;

opposite photoelectric sensors are arranged on the left car wall and the right car wall in front of the car;

the counting module is used for registering the counting of the target floor, the number of registered target floors is reduced by 1 every time the floor controller receives a down car call signal, and the number of registered target floors is reduced by 1 every time the floor controller receives an up car call signal;

the registered destination floor included in the call instruction of the current car is the counting value of the counting module;

and a display screen is arranged in the car and used for displaying the registered destination floor count.

and when the landing call key, the car call ascending key or the car call descending key is triggered, the prompting lamp is lightened.

Preferably, the landing call key, the car call up key and the car call down key are all triggered when pressed;

the landing signal receiving device and the car signal receiving device are respectively connected with a floor controller through signal transmission cables.

The calling system for the automobile is provided with the signal transmitting device in the convenient terminal, and is held by a driver. After the automobile drives into the elevator car, a driver can select a destination floor by triggering a car calling rising key and a car calling falling key of the convenient terminal, and the floor controller forms a calling instruction of the current car according to the received uplink car calling instruction and the received downlink car calling instruction and sends the calling instruction to the elevator master control system; the elevator main control system controls the elevator car to operate according to the registered target floor in the received call command of the current car, and the elevator car runs to the registered target floor. The automobile calling system has the advantages that a driver can finish the landing calling and the target floor registration in the car in the automobile, and the landing calling and the target floor registration in the car are convenient for the automobile to take.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1, the car call system includes a hall signal receiving device, a car signal receiving device, a portable terminal, and a floor controller;

the portable terminal is internally provided with a signal transmitting device and is provided with a landing calling key, a car calling rising key and a car calling falling key;

when the landing call key is triggered, the signal transmitting device sends a landing call signal; when the car call lifting key is triggered, the signal transmitting device sends an uplink car call signal; when the car call descending key is triggered, the signal transmitting device sends a descending car call signal;

the landing signal receiving device is arranged at a landing door and used for receiving a landing call signal sent by a signal transmitting device arranged in the portable terminal and transmitting a call instruction of the current landing to the floor controller when receiving the landing call signal;

the car signal receiving device is arranged in the car and used for receiving the car call signal sent by the signal transmitting device arranged in the portable terminal, forming an uplink car call instruction or a downlink car call instruction according to the car call signal and transmitting the instruction to the floor controller,

the elevator master control system is used for controlling the motion of an elevator, controlling the motion of an elevator car when receiving a call instruction of a current landing, driving the elevator car to the floor where the current landing is located, and then controlling the opening of a car door and a landing door; and when the call instruction of the current car is received, controlling the elevator car to move to the registered destination floor of the call instruction of the current car.

The automobile calling system provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the signal transmitting device in the convenient terminal, and is held by a driver. When an automobile is on a boarding, when the automobile approaches a landing door, a driver triggers a landing call key of a convenient terminal, a signal transmitting device arranged in a portable terminal sends a landing call signal, and a landing signal receiving device receives the landing call signal and then sends a call instruction of the landing to a floor controller; and the floor controller sends a landing calling instruction to the elevator main control system, the landing calling is successful, the elevator main control system operates the elevator car, the elevator car runs to the floor where the current landing is located, and the landing calling operation is completed by opening the landing door. After the automobile drives into the elevator car, a driver can select a destination floor by triggering the car call rising key and the car call falling key of the convenient terminal (for example, if the current floor is 1, and the driver needs to go to 5, the car call rising key of the convenient terminal is triggered for 4 times, if the current floor is 5, the driver needs to go to 1, the car call falling key of the convenient terminal is triggered for 4 times), and the floor controller forms a call instruction of the current car according to the received uplink car call instruction and the downlink car call instruction and sends the call instruction to the elevator master control system; the elevator main control system controls the elevator car to operate according to the registered target floor in the received call command of the current car, and the elevator car runs to the registered target floor. The automobile calling system has the advantages that a driver can finish the landing calling and the target floor registration in the car in the automobile, and the landing calling and the target floor registration in the car are convenient for the automobile to take.

Example two

Based on the car elevator taking device of the first embodiment, when a call instruction of the current landing is received, the elevator main control system controls the elevator car to move, the elevator car runs to the floor where the current landing is located, then the car door and the landing door are controlled to be opened, and the car door is controlled to be closed after the car door is opened for a first set time.

Preferably, the first set time is 20S to 60S.

The second car elevator taking device of the embodiment controls the car door to be opened and the landing door to be closed automatically after the first set time elapses after the elevator car travels to the floor where the current landing is located, so that the time is accurately controlled, and the situation that the car is clamped by the car door during the process of traveling into the elevator car due to insufficient time is prevented.

EXAMPLE III

According to the automobile elevator taking device of the first embodiment, the elevator car is arranged on the rear side of the landing door;

opposite type photoelectric sensors are arranged on the left side and the right side of a landing door;

if the opposite type photoelectric sensors at the landing door, the front part of the car and the rear part of the car sequentially detect the light blocking objects within a second set time, then the opposite type photoelectric sensors at the landing door do not detect the light blocking objects, and the opposite type photoelectric sensors at the front part of the car and the rear part of the car still detect the light blocking objects, the elevator main control system controls the landing door and the car door to be closed.

Preferably, the distance between the front part of the car and the opposite type photoelectric sensor at the rear part of the car is more than 1.2 m;

the distance from the correlation type photoelectric sensor of the landing door to the lower end of the landing door and the distance from the correlation type photoelectric sensor at the front part of the car and the rear part of the car to the bottom plate of the car are both 20 cm-120 cm;

In the third car elevator taking device of the embodiment, the opposite type photoelectric sensors are respectively installed at the landing door, the front part of the car and the rear part of the car and used for judging whether the car enters the car or not, so that the time is accurately controlled, the car door and the landing door are automatically closed in time after the car enters the elevator car, and the car does not need to be pushed down to press a door closing button in the car.
