1. A locking device, comprising: a body, a latch member and an unlatching member;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of climbing devices, in particular to a locking device and lifting equipment.

Background

The lifting equipment is a low-speed light hoisting machine which utilizes a motor to drive a lifting platform to move up and down along a track arranged on a building or an equipment ladder stand to carry out high-altitude personnel and material conveying operation.

During operation of the lifting device, the lifting device may stall and fall due to overload or other sudden causes, and the process usually relies on the instantaneous acceleration of the fall arrest device to lock. There are often times when the fall arrest device cannot be opened, thereby rendering the latch ineffective.

Under the above-mentioned condition, independent locking structure has appeared, through the pull-up brake handle, just can make locking structure open the locking on the guide rail to protection jacking equipment and personnel's safety. However, the locking structure is inconvenient to operate, and the brake handle needs to be pulled upwards in an emergency, so that time and labor are wasted.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a locking device and lifting equipment, which are used for solving the technical defects that a locking structure in the prior art is inconvenient to use and time and labor are wasted in operation in an emergency situation, are convenient to operate, and have obvious using effect in the emergency situation by only pressing the locking device for locking.

In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a lock device including: a body, a latch member and an unlatching member;

the body is positioned on the lifting equipment, and the locking piece and the unlocking piece are respectively arranged on the body;

the locking device locks the lifting equipment through the locking piece and unlocks the lifting equipment through the unlocking piece.

According to the locking device provided by the invention, the body comprises a seat body, a lock body and an elastic element;

the lock body is arranged in the sliding cavity through the elastic element, and can move in the sliding cavity.

According to the locking device provided by the invention, one end of the seat body is provided with an opening, and the lock body and the elastic element extend into the sliding cavity from the opening;

and, a first locked groove is opened on the base body, and the locking piece is arranged in the first locked groove.

According to the locking device provided by the invention, the lock body comprises an unlocking part and a clamping part, and a second locking groove is formed in the unlocking part;

when the elastic element is in a compressed state, the position of the second lock groove is aligned with the position of the first lock groove;

the touch piece is located on the outer side of the seat body, one end of the driven piece is connected with the touch piece, and the other end of the driven piece penetrates through the seat body and is connected with the lock body.

In order to achieve the above object, a second aspect of the present invention provides a lifting apparatus including the locking device described in any one of the above.

According to the locking device provided by the invention, the locking piece can be separated from the lock body by pressing the locking piece, and the lock body is drawn out of the sliding cavity and is instantly clamped into the guide rail, so that mechanical limiting is realized.

The locking device can realize mechanical limit under various conditions such as ascending or descending and the like, and has a wide application range.

Further, the lifting device according to the present invention includes any one of the above-described lock devices, and therefore has all the advantages described above.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in detail, the present invention provides a locking device, including a body 1, a locking member 2 and a unlocking member 3, wherein the body 1 includes a seat 11, a lock body 12 and an elastic element 13, a sliding cavity 111 is formed in the seat 11, the lock body 12 is disposed or installed in the sliding cavity 111 through the elastic element 13, and the lock body 12 can move in the sliding cavity 111 to make the lock body 12 extend into or extend out of the sliding cavity 111.

Wherein, under the compression state of the elastic element 13, the locking member 2 contacts with the lock body 12 for limiting the lock body 12 to be drawn out from the sliding cavity 111; when the elastic element 13 is in the reset state, the lock member 2 is separated from the lock body 12, the lock body 12 is drawn out from the sliding cavity 111 and clamped into the guide rail, lock holes are formed in the guide rail at equal intervals, and the lock body 12 is clamped into the lock holes to realize locking.

Wherein the unlocking member 3 is fixedly connected to the lock body 12, and by pulling the unlocking member 3, the lock body 12 moves in the sliding chamber 111 to press the elastic member 13, and at the same time, the lock body 12 is separated from the guide rail.

It can be understood that the present invention can separate the locking member 2 from the lock body 12 by pressing the locking member 2, and the lock body 12 is drawn out of the sliding chamber 111 and instantly snapped into the guide rail to achieve mechanical limit.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the housing 11 is a cup-shaped structure, wherein one end is provided with an opening, the lock body 12 and the elastic element 13 extend into the sliding cavity 111 from the opening, and the lock body 12 can extend from the opening and be inserted into the guide rail; and a first lock slot 112 is opened on the side wall of the seat body 11, and the locking member 2 is disposed in the first lock slot 112.

As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, specifically, the lock body 12 may be a stepped shaft, and includes an unlocking portion 121 and a clamping portion 122, the clamping portion 122 is used for clamping into a guide rail, and a second locking groove 1211 is formed on the unlocking portion 121.

When the elastic element 13 is in a compressed state (corresponding to the locking device being in an unlocked state), the position of the second lock slot 1211 is aligned with the position of the first lock slot 112, that is, the locking member 2 can penetrate through the first lock slot 112 and extend into the second lock slot 1211, and the locking member 2 is in contact with the second lock slot 1211 (that is, the locking member 2 is snapped onto the second lock slot 1211 for locking).

When the elastic member 13 is in the reset state, the position of the second lock groove 1211 is staggered from the position of the first lock groove 112 (corresponding to the locking device being in the locking state), and the lock body 12 slides out of the sliding cavity 111.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, specifically, the locking member 2 includes a pressing member 21, a locking tongue 22 and a support 23;

the lock bolt 22 is movably connected to the support 23, the pressing piece 21 is movably connected to the lock bolt 22, the pressing piece 21 is touched to drive the lock bolt 22 to rotate, so that the lock bolt 22 is separated from the lock body 12, and the lock body 12 is ejected from the sliding cavity 111 under the reset action of the elastic element 13 and limited on the guide rail.

Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the support 23 is "T" shaped, and includes a first connection portion 231 and a second connection portion 232, wherein the first connection portion 231 is provided with a first connection hole 2311, the support 23 is mounted on the base 11 through the first connection hole 2311, which is equivalent to the first connection portion 231 lapped on the first locking groove 112, so as to prevent dust from entering the locking groove and affecting the use of the locking groove.

The second connecting portion 232 is provided with a second connecting hole 2321 and a third connecting hole 2322, the pressing member 21 is mounted on the support 23 through the second connecting hole 2321, and the locking bolt 22 is mounted on the support 23 through the third connecting hole 2322.

In this embodiment, the pressing member 21 and the locking tongue 22 may be fixed to the support 23 by a pin, or may be connected by a bolt or a pin by changing the size of each connecting hole.

Further, the pressing member 21 includes a pressing block 211 and a connecting rod 212, the pressing block 211 is movably connected to a first end of the connecting rod 212, a contact is formed at a second end of the connecting rod 212, a sliding slot 221 matched with the contact is formed in the lock tongue 22, and the contact moves in the sliding slot 221 to enable the lock tongue 22 to rotate.

In addition, the connecting rod 212 may be replaced by a toggle mechanism, and the lock body 12 may be triggered and locked by a plurality of connecting rod 212 mechanisms.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, specifically, the unlocking member 3 includes a contact member 31 and a follower member 32.

One end of the driven member 32 is fixedly connected to the triggering member 31, and the other end of the driven member 32 is fixedly connected to the lock body 12, so that the triggering member 31 is moved by pulling the triggering member 31, and the lock body 12 is driven to move in the sliding cavity 111 to press the elastic element 13.

Specifically, the triggering member 31 may be a pull ring, and the driven member 32 may be a wire rope, a rod member, or a shaft member.

In some embodiments, the seat body 11 and the lifting equipment car body are integrally formed, and can be formed in a crushing mode; or a connecting seat (not numbered in the figure) is arranged on the outer side surface of the seat body 11, the connecting seat can be a flange, is welded with the seat body 11 or is integrally formed, and is fixedly connected with the lifting equipment vehicle body through a screw or a bolt.

In some embodiments, an intermediate sleeve 14 is disposed between the sliding cavity 111 and the lock body 12, so that friction between the lock body 12 and the sliding cavity 111 can be effectively prevented, and replacement and maintenance are facilitated. The radial size of the seat body 11 can be increased, which is equivalent to thickening the seat body 11, so that the serious abrasion of the seat body 11 caused by the movement of the lock body 12 in the sliding cavity 111 can be avoided.

Correspondingly, notches corresponding to the positions of the first lock grooves 112 are formed in the side walls of the intermediate sleeve 14, so that the lock member 2 can extend from the first lock grooves 112 into the second lock grooves 1211.

In some embodiments, the holder body 11 and the lock body 12 have corresponding structures, and may be a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, or various shapes or shapes.

The shape of the end of the lock body 12 (i.e. the clamping portion 122) can be determined according to the shape of the locking hole formed on the guide rail, and can be any shape or structure with any shape, and the length of the lock body 12 and the overall length of the locking device can be adjusted accordingly according to the use situation.

As shown in fig. 5, in the working process of the present invention, when the locking device needs to start the locking function, the pressing member 21 is pressed downward, the pressing member 21 drives the lock tongue 22 to rotate on the support 23 by a certain angle, so that the lock tongue 22 is separated from the second lock groove, the lock body 12 is ejected out under the thrust of the elastic element 13, and the end of the lock body 12 is clamped in the locking hole of the guide rail, thereby realizing mechanical locking and limiting.

When the locking device needs to start the unlocking function, the touch member 31 is pulled forcefully, the touch member 31 drives the lock body 12 to slide in the sliding cavity 111 through the driven member 32, the elastic element 13 is extruded, the clamping portion 122 located on the lock body 12 is drawn out from the locking hole of the guide rail, meanwhile, the touch member 31 drives the lock body 12 to continue sliding in the sliding cavity 111 through the driven member 32, and when the lock tongue 22 is in contact with the second locking groove and clamped in the second locking groove, the unlocking action is completed.

The locking device provided by the invention can not only make up the defect that the anti-falling device fails and cannot be locked, namely, when the lifting equipment has an accident, emergency braking can be realized; and the mechanical locking of the ascending or descending direction and any position of the lifting equipment can be realized, so that the running safety of the lifting equipment is higher, the blank of the ascending locking of the lifting equipment is filled, and the lifting equipment is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
