Background

The ventilating pipeline is a metal or composite pipeline for ventilating and air-conditioning engineering of industrial and civil buildings, and is used for circulating air, and a cabin air-conditioning system for a ship is generally provided with an air-conditioning air supply system and an air return system, so that the temperature and the humidity in a cabin meet the technical requirements of shipbuilding specifications and the relevant cabin noise value standard requirements.

The air conditioner air supply system is arranged in the cabin unit, when the air conditioner air supply temperature is usually lower than the required set temperature of the cabin, but the working power of the air conditioner cannot be increased due to the relevant specification requirement of the noise value of the cabin, so that the temperature set requirement of a room cannot be met.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the ventilation duct with electric heating device comprises a galvanized pipe 16, a temperature relay 9, a temperature sensor 10, an electric heating coil 3, an electronic control element 26, a three-way pipe 8, an air inlet 6, two air outlets 7 and a top plate 18,

the galvanized pipe 16 is positioned above the top plate 18, one end of the galvanized pipe 16 is connected with the air inlet 6, and the other end of the galvanized pipe 16 is externally connected with an air conditioner air outlet;

the middle part of the three-way pipe 8 is connected with an air inlet 6, and the upper end and the lower end of the three-way pipe 8 are both connected with an air outlet 7;

the electric heating coil 3 is arranged at the middle main port of the three-way pipe 8;

the temperature relay 9 is arranged above the top plate 18;

the temperature sensor 10 is arranged on the lower surface of the top plate 18, the temperature sensor 10 penetrates through the top plate 18 through a lead to be connected with the temperature relay 9, the temperature relay 9 is connected with the electronic control element 26 through a lead, and the electronic control element 26 is connected with the control electric heating coil 3.

The two air outlets 7 are respectively provided with a fan cover 11, the opening of the fan cover 11 is provided with a wind shield 12, the fan cover 11 is arranged in the top plate 18, and the lower surface of the wind shield 12 is flush with the lower surface of the top plate 18.

The galvanized pipe 16 is sleeved with a fixing piece 15, the lower part of the fixing piece 15 is connected with one end of a fixing frame 17, and the other end of the fixing frame 17 is fixed on the upper surface of a top plate 18.

The temperature in the room can be effectively kept, and the comfort is improved.

Example two

In the first embodiment, an electric heating coil 3 is used, which may cause a fire risk, and referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, a semi-circular notch 24 is formed on the galvanized pipe 16, a matching ring 20 is installed in the semi-circular notch 24, a hook ring 21 is fixed on each of the upper, lower, left and right sides of the ring 20, and a filter screen 23 is arranged inside the ring 20.

The inner wall of the three-way pipe 8 is provided with a flame retardant layer 2.

One end of the electric heating coil 3 is connected with the inner wall of the three-way pipe 8, and the electric heating coil 3 is positioned in the three-way pipe 8 and is not contacted with the inner wall of the three-way pipe 8.

The safety can be ensured when the electric heating coil 3 works, and the safety performance of the invention is improved.

EXAMPLE III

In the first embodiment, the wind deflector 12 is used, and the wind direction is difficult to control, referring to fig. 7, a plurality of fan blades 28 are installed in the wind deflector 12, the fan blades 28 are connected through a connecting shaft 31, the middle of the connecting shaft 31 is hinged with one end of a rotating shaft 30, the other end of the rotating shaft 30 is connected with the center of a pulley 29, and the pulley 29 is installed at the right edge of the wind deflector 12, so that the direction and opening and closing of the fan blades can be conveniently adjusted.

In the second embodiment, the semicircular notch 24 may cause air leakage from the pipeline, and referring to fig. 6, the edge of the semicircular notch 24 is provided with a sealing strip 27 to prevent air leakage when the ring is installed.

A handle 19 is arranged above the circular ring 20, so that the circular ring can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.

The periphery of the filter screen 23 is connected with a steel wire rope 22, and the steel wire rope 22 is sleeved inside the shackle 21, so that the filter screen 23 can be conveniently replaced.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, one end of a galvanized pipe 16 is externally connected with an air conditioner, the other end of the galvanized pipe is connected with an air inlet 6 of a three-way pipe 8, a filter screen 23 is arranged in the galvanized pipe 16, an electric heating coil 3 in the three-way pipe 8 is connected to an electronic control element 26 through a lead, the electronic control element 26 is connected with a temperature relay 9, the temperature relay 9 is connected with a temperature sensor 10 on the lower surface of a top plate 18 through a lead, air hoods 11 are respectively arranged at air outlets 7 on two sides of the three-way pipe 8 and penetrate through the top plate 18, then a wind shield 12 is arranged on the air hoods 11, after the air conditioner starts to work, the outlet air of the air conditioner passes through the filter screen 23 through the galvanized pipe 16, dust and flock in the air are filtered, then the air is sent into the three-way pipe 8 and is heated by the electric heating coil 3, the hot air is sent into a room from the air outlet 7, when the temperature in the room reaches the proper temperature, the signal is received by the temperature sensor 10, the signal is transmitted to the electronic control element 26 through the temperature relay 9, then the electronic control element 26 controls the closing of the electric heating coil 3, when the temperature in the room is reduced, the temperature sensor 10 transmits a signal to the electronic control element 26 to turn on the electric heating coil 3, and the room temperature is increased.
