1. A spinneret plate assembly comprising:

the spinneret plate is provided with a filament outlet surface;

the first micro-convex bodies are arranged on the filament outlet surface;

and the gas heating device is connected with the spinneret plate and is used for heating the spinneret plate.

Background

The spinneret plate is provided with a spinneret, and a thimble-like metal nozzle for spinning the rayon has a plurality of small holes, and the spinning solution is extruded from the holes to form filaments. The raw material is melted or dissolved into viscous solution by a chemical method, and then the viscous solution flows out of a spinneret plate to form a filament, and the filament is solidified by condensation, evaporation or cooling. The spinneret is an essential precision part in a spinning machine as an important equipment for manufacturing synthetic fibers, and the size and shape of the spinneret are important conditions for ensuring the quality of a fiber finished product.

In the production process of synthetic fibers, polyester melt at 300 ℃ is quickly sprayed out from micropores on a spinneret plate under the action of pressure and then cooled into filaments under the action of cooling air. When the spinneret plate works, various micromolecules, polyester sublimates, degradation products, carbides and the like are mixed and bonded on the filament outlet surface of the spinneret plate, and after long-time accumulation, micropores are not enough in roundness or even completely blocked, so that the problems of bending defects, broken filaments and filament breakage of the sprayed filaments occur.

At present, a factory periodically cleans polymers bonded on a spinning surface of a spinneret plate, so that the spinneret plate can effectively perform long-term spinning. The mode of cleaning the spinneret plate in more application in industrial production is that a specially-made scraper knife is manually utilized to clean the spinneret plate wire outlet surface by a scraper knife, and the method is time-consuming and labor-consuming. The shovel plate has high temperature in the process, is difficult to clean manually and is easy to cause industrial injury. Meanwhile, the shovel plate works to greatly consume the shovel blade and the silicone oil, and waste wires are generated in the cleaning process, so that the cleaning cost is high.

For such soils, the prior art has considered the use of a technique similar to that of a non-stick pan, but the effect is not ideal. The principle of the non-stick pan is to coat the pan bottom with a coating, such as teflon coating and ceramic coating. But such coatings cannot be applied to the spinneret with the same effect.

Therefore, aiming at the existing problems, the spinneret plate combined structure which can not adhere dirt on the plate surface in the working process of the spinneret plate and can cancel the complex work of cleaning the plate surface in chemical fiber production has important significance.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a combined structure of a spinneret plate, which ensures that dirt is not adhered to the plate surface of the spinneret plate in the working process, and cancels the complex work of cleaning the plate surface in the chemical fiber production, thereby reducing the production cost of chemical fiber and improving the production efficiency of chemical fiber.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a spinneret plate assembly structure, including:

According to the spinneret plate combined structure, the micro-convex structure is arranged on the filament outlet surface of the spinneret plate, so that macromolecular substances such as various chemical fiber raw material degradation products and carbides are not bonded on the plate surface, the situation that the spinneret plate is bonded with a large number of polymers due to long-time work is avoided, the plate cleaning work in chemical fiber production is cancelled, and the plate cleaning work efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

The structure, operation, and the like of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a spinneret plate assembly according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The spinneret plate combined structure comprises: spinneret 1, gas heating device.

The spinneret plate 1 is provided with a filament outlet surface 2. The filament outlet surface 2 and the spinneret plate 1 are of a composite structure integrally. The gas heating device comprises a gas supply device 7 and a heating device 8, and the heating device 8 heats gas and is connected with the spinneret plate 1. The gas heating device avoids the influence of the temperature reduction of the spinneret plate on the chemical fiber production.

As shown in fig. 2, the filament outlet surface 2 is provided with first microprotrusions 3, and gas outlet holes 5 are provided in gaps of the first microprotrusions 3. The height of the first micro-protrusions 3 is 15-20 μm, the distance between the first micro-protrusions 3 is 5-10 μm, and the density of the first micro-protrusions 3 is 1 ten thousand-10 ten thousand per mm2. The first microprotrusions 3 are cylindrical with a bottom circle of 5-10 μm diameter. The smaller the size of the micro-protrusions on the filament outlet surface 2 is, the smaller the pitch is, the better the anti-adhesion performance of the filament outlet surface 2 is, and the size of the micro-protrusions of the filament outlet surface 2 suitable for processing can be set according to actual conditions. As shown in fig. 3, the first microprotrusions 3 are provided with second microprotrusions 4, and the second microprotrusions 4 are disposed on the tips of the first microprotrusions 3. The second microprotrusions 4 are hemispherical, the diameter of the hemispherical second microprotrusions 4 is 10-20 μm, and the distance between the second microprotrusions 4 is 5-10 μm. The second microprotrusions 4 further ensure that the first microprotrusions 3 do not adhere to the macromolecular substance 9 and other small molecular substances 10, thereby improving the non-adhesion of the filament outlet side of the spinneret.

According to the spinneret plate combined structure disclosed by the first embodiment of the invention, the micro-convex bodies and the air outlet holes are additionally arranged, the micro-convex bodies are used for blocking macromolecular substances, and small molecular substances are blown out, so that a Teflon coating and a ceramic coating are not required to be arranged like a non-stick pan, the non-adhesion property of the filament outlet surface of the spinneret plate is greatly ensured, the problem of plate surface cleaning work with high loss in chemical fiber production is fundamentally solved, the plate cleaning work in chemical fiber production is eliminated, the cost of chemical fiber production is reduced, and the efficiency of chemical fiber production is improved.
