Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a closestool flushing system with a cleaning agent adding device, which is simple in structure, better in universality, stable in cleaning agent adding amount each time, capable of avoiding unnecessary waste and better in cleaning effect.

the pressure source is provided with a first water outlet channel communicated with the brush ring water channel and a second water outlet channel communicated with the main flushing water channel, when the second water outlet channel supplies water, the movable core closes the lower liquid outlet and opens the upper liquid outlet under the action of the water pressure of the second water outlet channel, and the cleaning agent enters the overflowing channel; when the first water outlet channel supplies water, the movable core closes the upper liquid outlet and opens the lower liquid outlet, water flows into the overflowing channel to be mixed with the cleaning agent to form mixed liquid, and the mixed liquid flows out of the overflowing channel and flows to the toilet bowl through the brush ring water channel.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The invention provides a toilet flushing system with a detergent adding device, which comprises a detergent adding device 1, a brush ring water channel 2 for flushing the inner wall of a urinal, a main flushing water channel 3 communicated with the bottom of the urinal and a pressure source 4, as shown in figure 1.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the cleaning agent adding device 1 is provided with a first cavity 11 communicating with the brush ring water path 2, one end of the first cavity 11 is a brush ring water inlet 111, the other end is a brush ring water outlet 112, a second cavity 12 communicating with the main water path 3, a movable core 13 and a liquid storage bottle 14 which can move in the first cavity 11 and the second cavity 12, the liquid storage bottle 14 is arranged above the first cavity 11, the bottom of the liquid storage bottle 14 is provided with a liquid outlet, a flow passage 113 is arranged at a position of the first cavity 11 corresponding to the liquid outlet, the top of the movable core 13 passes through the flow passage 113 to be matched with the liquid outlet for controlling the opening and closing of the liquid outlet, the bottom of the movable core 13 is movably arranged in the second cavity 12, a joint 15 is connected below the second cavity 12, the joint 15 is communicated with the main water path 3, the bottom of the joint 15 is a main flushing water inlet 151, and the side wall of the joint 15 is provided with a main flushing water outlet 152.

As shown in fig. 3, the detergent adding device 1 further includes an upper sealing gasket 131, a lower sealing gasket 132 and a baffle 133, the upper sealing gasket 131 is disposed below the top of the movable core 13 and is in sealing fit with the upper liquid outlet, the baffle 133 is disposed on the movable core 13 and has a distance from the top of the movable core 13, and the baffle 133 is provided with the lower sealing gasket 132 in sealing fit with the lower liquid outlet.

The pressure source 4 is provided with a first water outlet channel 41 communicated with the brush ring water channel 2 and a second water outlet channel 42 communicated with the main flushing water channel 3 as shown in fig. 1, when water is supplied from the second water outlet channel 42, the movable core 13 closes a lower liquid outlet and opens an upper liquid outlet under the action of the water pressure of the second water outlet channel 42, and the cleaning agent enters the overflow channel 113; when the first water outlet channel 41 is used for supplying water, the movable core 13 closes the upper liquid outlet and opens the lower liquid outlet, water flows into the overflow channel 113 and is mixed with the cleaning agent to form mixed liquid, and the mixed liquid flows out of the overflow channel 113 and flows to the toilet bowl through the brush ring water channel 2.

Specifically, when the toilet is flushed, the brush ring water path 2 is opened first, after the brush ring is finished, the main flushing water path 3 is started under the control of the pressure source 4, the main flushing water enters the second cavity 12 from the main flushing water inlet 151 through the second water outlet channel 42, the movable core 13 is pushed open, as shown in fig. 3, at this time, the movable core 13 drives the lower sealing gasket 132 to move upwards to close the lower liquid outlet in a sealing manner, the upper sealing gasket 131 moves upwards to open the upper liquid outlet, and the cleaning agent enters the overflow channel 113; after the main flushing is finished, the brush ring water path 2 is opened again, the brush ring water is only used for supplementing water seal water, the movable core 13 moves downwards under the action of gravity and the pressure of the cleaning agent, as shown in fig. 4, at the moment, the movable core 13 drives the upper sealing gasket 131 to move downwards to close the upper liquid outlet in a sealing manner, the lower sealing gasket 132 moves downwards to open the lower liquid outlet, the brush ring water path 2 is opened under the control of the pressure source 4, the brush ring water enters the first cavity 11 from the brush ring water inlet 111 through the first water outlet channel 41 and then enters the overflowing channel 113 to be uniformly mixed with the cleaning agent, the mixed liquid flows out from the brush ring water outlet 112 and flows into the toilet bowl through the brush ring water path 2, so that the cleaning agent is only added during the toilet water supplement, the waste of the cleaning agent can be effectively avoided, and the cleaning effect is better.

In order to ensure that the cleaning agent adding device 1 controls the liquid storage bottle 14 to be opened and closed and realize automatic liquid supplementing, in the scheme, the diameter of the movable core 13 is smaller than that of the overflowing channel 113, and the distance between the baffle 133 and the top of the movable core 13 is larger than the length of the overflowing channel 113, so that the movable core 13 can move smoothly in the overflowing channel 113, a space for containing cleaning agent is ensured between the overflowing channel 113 and the movable core 13, the amount of cleaning agent added each time is quantitative and stable, and different adding amounts can be configured by changing the overflowing amount, so that the cleaning agent adding device is suitable for toilets with different specifications.

In order to realize uniform mixing of the cleaning agent and the brush ring water, the movable core 13 is additionally provided with the blocking rib 134, the blocking rib 134 is positioned on the lower sealing gasket 132, the diameter of the blocking rib 134 is smaller than that of the overflowing channel 113, and an overflowing gap is arranged between the blocking rib 134 and the overflowing channel 113, when the brush ring water path 2 is started, the brush ring water enters from the brush ring water inlet 111 through the first water outlet channel 41 and flows into the overflowing channel 113 through the overflowing gap, and flows into the toilet bowl through the brush ring water path 2 after being fully mixed with the cleaning agent under the action of the blocking rib 134, so that the cleaning effect is better, and meanwhile, the service life of the cleaning agent is prolonged.

The resetting of the movable core 13 may be effected not only by gravity, but also by an elastic element, as shown in fig. 5, in another embodiment, the reset of the movable core 13 is realized by additionally arranging a spring 135, the spring 135 is sleeved above the bottom of the movable core 13 and is positioned in the second cavity 12, when the main flushing water is started, the main flushing water enters the second cavity 12 from the main flushing water inlet 151 through the second water outlet channel 42 to jack the movable core 13, at this time, the spring 135 is extruded to deform, the movable core 13 drives the lower sealing gasket 132 to move upwards to close the lower liquid outlet in a sealing manner, the upper sealing gasket 131 moves upwards to open the upper liquid outlet, the cleaning agent enters the overflowing channel 113, after the spring 135 is extruded to the limit, the spring 135 drives the movable core 13 to move downward to start to reset, at this time, the movable core 13 drives the upper sealing gasket 131 to move downward to close the upper liquid outlet in a sealing manner, and the lower sealing gasket 132 moves downward to open the lower liquid outlet.
