Detailed Description

In order to clearly understand the technical contents of the present invention, the following examples are given in detail.

Fig. 1 to 8 show an embodiment of a display supporting device according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the display supporting device of the present invention includes a supporting body 3, a mounting portion 2 for mounting a display 1, and a quick release mechanism 4 for connecting the mounting portion 2 and the supporting body 3, wherein the quick release mechanism 4 includes an insertion block 6 disposed on the mounting portion 2 and a slot 7 disposed on the supporting body 3, the insertion block 6 has an insertion block main body 9 and an elastic piece 8 connected to the insertion block main body 9, and the elastic piece 8 is configured to be deformable relative to the insertion block main body 9 when a force is applied to the elastic piece 8, so as to reduce the thickness of the insertion block 6, facilitate the detachment of the insertion block 6 from the slot 7, and achieve the detachment of the display 1.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the bottom end of the elastic piece 8 is connected to the bottom end of the insertion block main body 9, the top end of the elastic piece 8 is an operation end, and a user can directly operate the top end of the elastic piece 8, so that the elastic piece 8 deforms relative to the insertion block main body 9. In order to facilitate the deformation of the elastic piece 8 relative to the insertion block main body 9 when applying force to the top end of the elastic piece 8, a preset distance is formed between the plane of the elastic piece 8 and the outer surface of the insertion block main body 9, that is, the connection part of the bottom end of the elastic piece 8 and the bottom end of the insertion block main body 8 is in a U shape.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the elastic piece 8 has a height exceeding the insertion block main body 9, so that the top end of the elastic piece 8 is located above the insertion block main body, which is convenient for a user to operate the top end of the elastic piece 8.

As shown in fig. 2-3, the elastic piece 8 is provided with a protruding block 10, the side wall of the slot 7 is provided with an opening 12 corresponding to the protruding block 10, as shown in fig. 3, when the insertion block 6 is inserted into the slot 7, the protruding block 10 is combined with the opening 12, so that stable installation is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 2, the insertion groove 7 includes a first region 13 for receiving the elastic piece 8 and a second region 14 for receiving a portion of the insert block body 9, wherein the width of the elastic piece 8 is set smaller than the width of the insert block body 9.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the insertion slot 7 is installed on the rotation block 5, the rotation block 5 is rotatably installed on the top of the support body 3, and the rotation block 5 can be installed on the top of the support body 3 through a U-shaped block 15, so that the installation part 2 is connected with the support body 3 through a quick release mechanism to adjust the angle.

The quick insertion mechanism comprises an insertion process and a removal process. In the inserting process, the inserting block 6 is inserted into the slot 7, the inserting block main body 9 of the inserting block 6 is matched with the second area 14 of the slot 7, the shaking is reduced, and the convex block 10 of the elastic sheet 8 automatically pops into the open hole 12 to prevent the separation; in the process of taking out, the display is lifted by one hand, and meanwhile, the elastic piece 8 is pressed by fingers, so that the convex blocks 10 are separated from the openings 12, and the display can be taken out easily.

As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the supporting body 3 has a base 16, the base 16 is provided with an accommodating mechanism 17, the accommodating mechanism 17 includes a first upper and lower through groove 18 for accommodating a cable 21 and two second upper and lower through grooves 19 for accommodating a wrench 20, the first upper and lower through groove 18 has a side opening 22 for allowing the cable 21 to enter, and the first upper and lower through groove 18 is disposed between the two second upper and lower through grooves 19.

Therefore, the supporting device provided by the invention has the functions of accommodating tools and cables, a wrench can be easily and quickly inserted into the second upper and lower through grooves, the first upper and lower through grooves can be used for quickly accommodating related cables, the accommodating mechanism can be integrated on the base, namely, the accommodating function can be realized by using one part, and the accommodating mechanism is different from the prior art that the accommodating function can be realized by using the combination of two or more parts.

As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the wire cover mechanism includes a cover 23 and two sets of connecting components for connecting the cover 23 and the support body 3 of the display support device, each set of connecting components includes a first opening 24 disposed on the cover 23, a second opening 26 disposed on the support body 3, a latch 28, and a plug 25, a first end of the latch 28 is connected to the first opening 24, and a second end of the latch 28 is configured to deform and be fixed to the second opening 26 when the plug 25 is inserted into the latch 28 through the first opening 24; when the plug 25 is disengaged from the latch 28 through the first opening 24, the second end of the latch 28 is restored to be freely disengaged from the second opening 26.

As shown in fig. 7, the latch 28 includes a pair of resilient half shells disposed at an interval, and the pair of resilient half shells are disposed at an angle, the latch has a cylindrical shape, the latch has a circular hollow channel inside, so that the latch 28 has a tapered distance from the first end to the second end, when the latch 28 is in an initial state, the outer diameter of the second end of the latch 28 is smaller than the diameter of the second opening 26, so that when the cover 23 is covered on the support body 3, the second end of the latch 28 can be freely inserted into the second opening 26 and can be freely removed from the second opening 26; when the second end of the elastic buckle 28 is inserted into the second opening 26 and the plug 25 is inserted into the elastic buckle 28 through the first opening 24, the plug 25 passes through the inner channel of the elastic buckle 28, so that the elastic half-shell is deformed, the outer diameter of the second end of the elastic buckle 28 is increased, and the elastic half-shell is stably fixed in the second opening 26 to connect the cover 23 and the support body 3.

To further enhance the fastening between the latch 28 and the second opening 26, the second end of the latch 28 is provided with a circumferential groove that mates with the second opening.

As shown in FIGS. 7 to 8, one end of the bolt 25 is provided with a transverse limiting rod 27 for easy operation and fixation.

As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the cover 23 is a U-shaped groove to accommodate the cable in the cover 23.

As shown in fig. 8, the first opening 24 is a hammer-shaped hole, and the minimum opening position of the hammer-shaped hole is connected with the first end of the snap 28.
